Decor is high school/80'sish, and service is sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Workers here are always nice and helpful though and I've never been disappointed on how the food tastes

YUMMY!! Service is sometimes super slow but the food is always really good and really fresh. Staff is always very friendly. Sad that we don't have city bites where I live now. It's my favorite sandwich place!!

Love City Bites. Hate the hours. Especially at this one. Tonight we got dinner there. They close at 8, we got there at 7:20, and they were out of the first 3 types of cookies that I requested, and baked potatoes. I don't know if that's what I get for arriving so late or what. This can't be a regular occurrence because we eat here fairly often and it has never happened before. But I am going into a strict training plan for the next 90 days and all I wanted for my lat treat meal was a Turkey spud and a pumpkin spice cookie. Maybe I'll try again in 3 months.

My family loves City Bites; however, we will never go to this particular one ever again. My husband and I got food poisoning after going to this City Bites. The only same thing we ate that day was our melts at this establishment. My husband is still recovering and had to take a sick day from work.

Don't laugh. We were getting gas next door and knew we'd be on the road for another few hours and could see this drive thru from our gas pump. We pulled over and got in line and didn't even know what restaurant we were at! I'd been to a City Bites long years ago in Oklahoma and remembered it fondly. Since we didn't know where we were at the time, I just ordered the first thing on the menu... a 6" turkey with provolone. We pulled around and waited and waited and waited and waited. The people in front of us had a car full. It didn't seem like a huge order, but it took about 10 minutes for them to get their food and drinks. We seriously almost pulled out of line. Finally, it was our turn at the window and we had to wait for them to make our sandwich that we were going to share. I think only 2 people were working in the store at about 1 pm. Well, we got on the road with our little snack and it was a great sandwich. We don't have City Bites near home, but it was a good sandwich.
