We'd left the Heavener Runestone Viking Celtic Festival hungry, not having been interested in their food offerings. I didn't hold out much hope for a non-chain diner in this small town, but Yelp didn't fail us! The diner is in a railroad car. The staff were quite friendly and wore train engineer caps with neck kerchiefs. He had a bacon cheeseburger with potato wedges; I had the Southern Belle Chicken sandwich with fries. He had the coconut meringue pie, I had the chocolate stripe pie. It was exactly what we expected and wanted from a small town diner, maybe better! The chicken strips in the sandwich were crunchy and juicy. We'll have to come back!

All you can eat catfish, with hush puppies, pinto beans, chicken gumbo and green tomato relish. Delish!! Service was excellent. In a train car. What a treat.

Super friendly staff and the rail car has an interesting history. I got their Southern Belle chicken and it was perfect. If you find yourself in Heavener in need of some comfort food, this place is the spot!

Kenny's special or Deb's special is our favorite and it comes with two sides, all of which are amazing. The desserts are all good as well, homemade and some recipes passed down through the generations. Salad bar is full of goodies and lots of extras so that's worth a trip as well. You will enjoy the atmosphere as much as the food!

A real diner. Great service and the fried chicken was DELICIOUS. Moist hot, tender and flavorful. Waitress was great and it had a really cool atmosphere. Full of locals and I could see why.

We ate here with a group of about 12. Not a single person had anything bad to say about the food. Meals were large and the service was great. Group favorites were the country fried steak, chicken fried chicken, catfish and the freshly made deserts. Prices were very reasonable as well. Would definitely go there again.
