Ok food. My favorite thing here is the grilled asparagus. More and more places like this the food is mediocre. What your getting to enjoy is atmosphere. I got a piece of carrot cake and If I was blind folded I would not be able to identify it. The icing lacked any cheesy lemony flavor...it looked kinda gelatinous where it got warm. The cake lacked spicey cinnamon nutmeg n clove, but the waitress did pour generous amount of cinnamon powder on it. The cake was too sweet. I could not finish eating it, just too sweet and nearly no flavor.

Absolutely the worst corporate restaurant experience in a long while. We got to meet the manager twice- neither of which times did we request him. It took 46 minutes to send a 6oz filet back. We came to this Outback in Nov. 2011 and everything was amazing. Everyone has an off night but come on, two meals and a deliquent check?!? Ehh not in my book. Our order: Bloomin' Onion Filet w/ BC Wedge Salad & Chicken Fried Steak, mash & house It was obscene to be there for nearly three hours. It would be safe to say no thanks to the next invite back.

Outback is great for hitting the spot on a "medium-low" priced steak. It's not cheap, but not expensive and the steak is moderately tasty. A step below Charleston's. Try the bloomin' onion. They over season it, but it's a good appetizer.

Food and everything else was pretty good. What bothered me was one of the servers. There was a family of African Americans near us and I assume their service or food was wrong because the manager talked to them. They weren't happy and left after paying for their meal. The server goes to the table and complains to the bus boy that he got skimped by those ghetto people and pauses before saying her to obviously wanting to say a racial slur. Never should be said out loud for other customers to hear and not even said at all. Other than that, every other time I've been it's been wonderful just maybe need to work on the servers.

Absolutely our favorite corporate dining place. Product & value are incomparable in my book. Their new bar menu is fantastic (other than the rib nachos). Steaks are fantastic, salmon is the best in Okc/Edmond ....and I've tried it everywhere. We are regulars at the Edmond location, but when traveling on the road always try to stay near one because we know what to expect. We just love Outback!!

We have eaten at this Australian themed restaurant a few times. Food has been good. Prices are reasonable. But don't expect to be taking food home like at some other places. The portions here are adequate, but not huge. That is fine with me. Seems to be a popular weekend destination. There is a hotel right next door across the parking lot about fifty steps. So if you drink too much, you have no excuse for not being able to get a room. We will be back again. No complaints on the service or the food.

The worst OutBack I have ever been to. Ordered steak medium and it arrived beyond well done. They said they would bring a new one and 30 minutes later I had to get out of my seat and ask for a manager. She finally brought my steak and was extremely rude, just held it over our table until I was supposed to tell her it was mine. Then I had to ask if she was the manager because she didn't offer an apology or anything. Typically at outback the manager comes by and asks how your meal is from my experience. It was also cooked almost well done. Not to mention my friends had finished their meals since it had been half and hour. She didn't believe that it had been so long since I sent my original meal back until our server (who was great) came back and confirmed to her how long it had been since my table received our food. I asked for a to go box but it wasn't even worth taking home. My meal was comped but was an Overall awful experience and the restaurant wasn't even crowded at all.

Great service food was great for the price. Adrian the new bartender was great. This is my first time here and he was friendly attentive and made my first time at this location exceed my expectations. He got my order perfect the first time and had suggestions on how to make it better. Who could ask for more. !!!

The worst outback ever. First of all, the hostess was not nice and seemed like she was mad! She directed us to an uncleaned table and left us immediately! Our waitress showed up after about 10 minutes and when I showed her the uncleaned table she came back with a sanitizer in her hands to clean the table in front of us!!! OMG! I assumed she would change our table ( the restaurant was full of empty tables at that time). Her service was not satisfying at all!! She didn't even refill my empty glass. Steaks were good but they lacked spice and flavor. The complementary bread was not fresh. The restaurant itself was dark and even gloomy. Overall, although I live in Edmond I will go to an outback in OKC. I have never been happy with Edmond's Outback!

So my parents are in LOVE with Outback. They love the bread at the beginning, the salads, and the meals they usually get. They've been going so long that their favorite items on the menu have since been replaced. But they still order them. I, on the other hand, LIKE Outback. They serve a consistent, quality meal, the sides are typically really great, and the bread is a nice addition. Especially when you're so hungry that waiting on your main course seems like an eternity. The waiters are always kind here, and the manager usually stops by and checks in with you to make sure everything is alright, which is nice. My favorite meal here is the Alice Springs Chicken, and as long as its cheat day, its okay. Or a weekend. Calories don't count on weekends, right? This chicken is loaded with cheese, bacon, and lots of grease. It's delicious, but it's definitely not a healthy little piece of chicken. Their sautéed mushrooms and mashed potatoes are also really wonderful. This location, which is really close to my house, is my favorite location. So, I'll be back soon. With my parents.

Pretty good food, fair to good service. A bit of a wait for early on a Saturday evening. Not spectacular. Just good.

The upside to chain restaurants is you know what your getting when you walk in the door. The down side is you know what your getting when you walk in the door. Great food that fills your belly when your hungry and not in the mood to be adventuresome. That's what you'll fine here, great food to fill your belly served by a helpful wait staff that is friendly. This is a regular on our Edmond / OKC weekends and we've never been disappointed regardless of how busy it may be.

I always get dragged here kicking and screaming by my mother and each time is more awful than the last. I will say our server, Michael, was very nice in an otherwise abysmal chain restaurant. Check out the pic of my burned burger and cold fries...

Decided to try the Outback in Edmond again. My previous experience was terrible. I remember, not that long ago, people waiting an hour for a table. As soon as they would open the doors for dinner service, people would fill the place and the waiting list would start filling up shortly after. Those days are gone. Their menu used to be pretty simple: A few steaks, lamb, some pasta and chicken. Now the menu is littered with photos of impossibly pretty plates which are filled with perfectly prepared food. Silly titles with unnecessary ingredients. Portobello mushrooms and cheese on top of a small beef filet and they call it "Something Something Victoria Queensland Melbourne Something Something" Maybe that stuff appeals to the chain lovers out there who dig catchy names and a picture of the meal they can point at when they order. And all of that would be okay if the food they served was half as good as the photos. It isn't. The mushrooms came out looking dry, as if they had been cooked earlier that day and left out. Barely any cheese. And the 8oz filet overcooked to near medium-well instead of medium-rare. From the server during the order, "Our medium-rare is a warm, red center. Is that okay?" YES! That would have been great!

Great service. Our server was super knowledgeable and friendly and didn't let our drinks go buy. She brought our check promptly and I was appreciative. Why the 4 stars? No military discount. We asked and our server said that they feed troops overseas. My husband's response... "I never got outback when I was deployed."

So the Outback is directly next door to the hotel that I've lived in for the past month. On a whim I wanted some cheesecake. I called Outback got transferred and was left on hold long enough for me to walk over as Sam answered my call. Sam was very apologetic and comped my order. You should never be placed on hold for that length of time. But Sam made it right .

Tonight my husband and I ate at the Edmond, OK Outback Steakhouse. We both had the prime rib and lobster dinner. Prime rib was excellent, but the lobster left a lot to be desired. It was very very small, the waiter said it was 4 oz. I seriously doubt that,it was no more than 3 inches in length. Lacked flavor and was rubbery. It was a disgrace to the restaurant to cook and serve such a pathetic lobster.

My wife and I stopped there Wednesday night around 7 pm the bar area was filled with dirty dishes and glasses . Worst I have seen . Guess I don't understand , no bus boys? , greeter still up front to greet customers to this mess? I asked my wife if she wanted to get a table but feared it would be just as bad. Went to charlestons . Nice place.

Service and food were amazing!!! Loved the blooming onion and the garlic mashed potatoes! !!!!. Our waitress was very sweet and never let our cups get empty. She was also great at recommending food! Awesome night out with the family! Will definitely go back soon!

I like here. I think it is maybe a little better than tx steak house. Just my opinion. Lol. They are nearly same. But the flavor fit for me more here

The steaks weren't too bad. They were large and juicy, but lacked spice and flavor. The complimentary dark wheat bread was great and so was the loaded baked potato. The lighting is dark and kind of gloomy. The waitress was quick and helpful. If only the steaks had more flavor and spice!!! For cheap quantity over quality, Outback is your place. If you're looking for a flavorful, tasty steak I would recommend taking a raincheck on Outback.

A party of 5 seated within 15 minutes on a Saturday night...NICE! Laken was very knowledgeable of the menu and adjusted to the many substitute requests. She was extremely nice, cordial & "struck a smile" every time she approached the table. I love a place where my water is always full...Laken did a great job to make sure all the beverages were filled. Why my buddy would order a steak medium well, well...he's crazy...he did say it was good. I ordered the Outback Special MEDIUM... it was "crazy juicy flavored great" .. The shrimp on the barbie was DELISH.. I will be running twice tomorrow due to the great & fulfilling baked potato ... And...the sweet potato fries were the best I've ever had! Overall great food... great atmosphere ..& Laken was Grade A!

My kids love outback and I think it's just because of the bread. I love the bloomin onion, prime rib, garlic mashed potatoes and the filet mignon. Reasonably priced, friendly and outgoing staff and upbeat atmosphere.
