The sandwich was good, but the prices are a bit ridiculous. $7 for a 6-inch and $10 for a footlong....with no sides.

This place is consistent and so good! A huge step above Subway but with similar prices. The bread and other food is fresh and healthy! It's easy to drive past and miss this place, but at the same time it's VERY easy to find on NW 23 and Glade. Its address is Bethany but anywhere on 23rd will get you here (halfway between Rockwell & Council).

How is it possible that I have not written a review of this place yet? I am ashamed. This is the best sandwich and soup place in the metro. It is a tiny, family owned place that makes their food and bread fresh every day. And you can taste the difference. It isn't fancy. There is only one or two employees at a time and it isn't all decorated all fancy, but it is small, quiet and delicious. Yum.

Sooooo tasty. Order the pterodactyl. It's a beef & chicken fajita sandwich. The bread is unbelievable too.

Wasn't what I expected they only have like a gorge Forman grill to cook with so was a real let down my son was not very happy with it. It seemed very bland and boring they need to get a real kitchen before the can consider themselves a eaterie.

Great food. This is quite possibly the best kept secret in the area...and that's a shame. The staff is personable, the food is incredible and the prices are very reasonable. I found the place through the app and would highly recommend you try them out. They actually know their regulars and make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. Try the "Joey" sandwich. Incredible...Great flavor and presentation. This is NOT your typical sandwich shop. I'd give it 5 if it was in a better location...but it is well worth the visit.

As far as sandwiches go - 5 stars. Imagine subway but with fresh ingredients and a staff that actually cares. Not fancy but the prices aren't crazy either. They're closing next week for 10 days to remodel - so hope that the prices stay reasonable. Definitely worth a try - don't think you'll be disappointed!

This Bethany staple has a simple and fantastic little lunch menu. The sandys, baked potatoe and frito chili pie are all very good. Nothing fancy just good eat everyday kind of establishment. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic sandwiches and like many, I LOVE the gourmet chicken salad. The California club is also one of my favorites. Both are full of fresh meats and vegetables. I love the bread because its fresh and nice to get jalepeno bread as an option.

Ask Joey (He will be there.) to make your Joey's Special special and you'll get a different tasty sandwich every time. Just don't ask for a meatball on Wednesday--leave some for me.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
