I went here looking for a casual dining experience. The servers were all kind and polite. No complaints there at all. The food however was not very good. The dry rub ribs were ok at best. The sliced brisket was dry and devoid of flavor. I only took two bites of the baked beans- the second to confirm the dislike of the first bite. They were overly sweet. Their sauces were also difficult to palate. Of course I am partial to south and North Carolina style sauces ( vinegar, pepper and mustard) I couldn't even pretend to like it. That's just my experience. The place came highly reviewed. Maybe my experience was a fluke.

Very friendly service, I ate the pigman and it was so good that the second time I went I ate the pigman again

Rib crib is OK for chain-ish food. The ribs were very flavorful but seemed like they weren't fresh off the pit. Same for the brisket as it was a little dry -- I'm used to getting a marbled cut. Sides were hot and tasty. Overall a good place. Good service and sweet tea!

Good food, but staff is going downhill quickly! Hostess is prancing around while customers are waiting to be seated in a half empty restaurant, smacking/popping her gum. Didn't she learn in the 1st grade not to chew gum while in school/working? Big fat old bald guy comes in with bag of Chick-Fil-A food and hands it off to Rib Crib staff at the bar and RC employee yells "YEAH CHICK FIL A!". UMMMM....You might want to go get a job there my friend. Now big fat bald guy is rubbing on female staff. HMMMM... Food came out...shorted me 1/3 my food and turkey was cold. Enjoyed the show Rib Crib-Ardmore, I think I'll go next door to Cotton Patch next time.

Blah! The worst RC I have ever been to! Ewww! The meat is so low quality! Its so watery,it reminds me of gross hotdog water. Just ewww! Made me sick for reals last time we went there, wont be back. Asked for a loaded baked potato with xtra sour cream and cheese it actually came with less than normal! Waitress was a snooty lazy gal. Just terrible! They need to step it up. Get new management and take pride in their food quality and food presentation.

Really good food. Our waitress was nothing less than perfect. You definately will not walk away hungry! Only suggestion I would have is that they had jalapeños other than that, everything else was GREAT!

I've dined in at this establishment twice already and without a doubt a great dining experience. The food is very good, service varies by waiter/ waitress nonetheless good. Catfish and ribs are a must. They do offer military discount to service members.

Best BBQ in Ardmore, and great service. To find any better BBQ around you would have to travle to Davis to Smoking Joes.

What can I say? But...AWESOME! How about all you can eat baby back ribs for $16.99! Yes, I killed it, but doubt that i made a dent in their rib stash. Ordered the baby back dry rub and they were some of the best ribs that I have ever eaten. Not just fall off the bone, but jump off the bone good! Not a single disappointment here. From the loaded chicken nachos to the outstanding service that we received. But I also have to really compliment the Mac and cheese as I am a Mac and cheese lover. Take some of the most perfect summer sausage you will ever eat and cut it into the Mac and cheese and you will have another amazing experience. You guessed it- two solid thumbs up and 5 stars across the board!

Passing through on our way to duck hunt. Easy access from IH-35. The ribs were fantastic. Sliced brisket was tender and had a little bark for flavor. Seasoned fries were good as well as the sweet and smoky beans. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They just opened up this week and it was the wife's birthday so she wanted to go there for lunch with our daughter. I had never ate at a Rib Crib. Looking at the menu, they have lots of good choices. We ordered the sliders, the Cribfire burger and the two meat combo with brisket & ribs and smoky beans. The sliders were the perfect size, The Cribfire burger was amazing, two patties that had that good smokey charcoal flavor with onion rings and spicy hot links. Killer burger!!!!! The true test is the brisket and ribs and they were excellent. Ribs were meaty and tender and the brisket was spot on. Being in South Carolina a few weeks back, I tried the barbecue with mustard based and it took some getting used to, but they have it available as well as the traditional Ok/Tx style which is cool. I will definitely be going back. This is a good addition for Ardmore, as we need more options in the small town.
