Hi my name is Gen and I am a Starbucks addict. While I have cut back from intravenous Starbucks drip I am still weaning myself down and need a caramel frappuccino at least twice a week to maintain sanity. The addition of Coconut milk to the Starbucks menu has taken my beloved drinks to a whole new level and I am addicted all over again! Many Starbucks have tried, but few can be as perfect as this location. The drinks are always wonderful. the food is amazing and the staff seems to be some of the best trained in our area. If you are lucky enough to get James as your Barista your drink will be even better. The man is a Barista God and I wish he were there 24/7. Seriously. He is that good, This is not a huge Starbucks by any means, but it does have areas that are great for working, relaxing and just chilling out with your coffee and friends -- or just you and your coffee and a great book! Don't just take my word for it though - go get one!

I lived in Ohio for 20 years. Now that I am a resident of Portland, OR (West Coast Represent! ), I don't honestly know how I lived in North East Ohio forbso long. I am visiting and since I don't drive my life is hell getting around the area. Then I saw it...one of my old Starbucks!!! I love this place! To date, I know almost every team member by name (especially Rebeka). They are all super nice and friendly. I hope seeing me makes them as happy as I do about them. The people make this a five Star Store! We know the offerings aren't the differentiator. Starbucks...is Starbucks...is Starbucks The team make a store shine without doubt. These folks shine! We always had lively conversations about Breaking Bad. Now we talk about The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones. They write cute things on my cups (like: You Know Nothing John Snow) One surprise, this area still hasn't received Single Origin Espresso. No big shakes as long as my peeps are there. It is always nice to see them...and get some Caffeine!

I've been to many Starbucks, but this one is definitely my favorite. Like other reviewers, I believe it's the friendly service and the genuinely friendly staff. Spend an afternoon inside the store and you're guaranteed to hear any random staff member break into song, which always puts a smile on my face. Even my pups get excited when we make a Starbucks trip as they always get a treat when we drive thru. It's a very bright and positive vibe. People must love it there because it's always full. May I recommend more tables?

This is a nice starbucks with what seems to be lots of regulars. The staff are super nice, and when they ask "how are you?" they really want to know??!! prices much cheaper than on the east coast!
