I am giving this place high marks for being potentially great. They have great brewing equipment. Good location. Extra parking. Comfortable cafe...though a bit sterile. Serving Counter Culture beans...one of the top 5 roasters in the US. Good stuff. I think coffee water ratio & the grind is a little bit off on their pourovers. Mine was a little weak and under extracted which was disappointing since they had a nice living in coffee that was roasted two days ago at Counter culture. But based on their brewing equipment in the beans they're serving and the space... I call this a coffee destination worth driving up to 30 minutes to enjoy.

4 out of 5 times I went here the girl behind the counter with glasses and reddish hair was rude. I try to be pleasant and always leave a dollar tip, so I don't know what her problem is. Here are some examples- Once I ordered a latte, & sat down to talk with friends, expecting to be told when it was ready or (gasp) someone to bring it to me. When I finally went to the counter to get it, the girl gave it to me cold and foam gone and laughed about it. Another time there was no line, so I asked miss manners a question about the coffee, and she said " you'll have to wait!" in an angry tone. I left without ordering any coffee. A third time she didn't wait on me at all and left me standing there a long time until her coworker noticed me and apologized. I like their coffee, but I wish I didn't have to deal with that girl!

Nice place...BUT, your missing a lot of customers if u don't have a website. Spend a couple hundred or less and get one. Just saying. At least u can have the menu and a few other important tidbits on the website.

This place understands how coffee should be. They use counter culture beans and traditional styles for their espresso beverages. Food menu is just enough to cover all the basics. If you enjoy traditional Italian style macchiatos then you will be happy with their work. Service is fantastic and their staff is both knowledgable and friendly. It's everything you could want from a coffee shop.

Best coffee, tea and food in Vandalia. There is something for everyone to enjoy! Prices are reasonable and the staff are great. We always feel welcomed and are greeted with a smile. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

This is by far the best place to get coffee in Vandalia. The baristas put a little extra love into their work and it really pays off. The new deli is a great addition as everything is healthy, fresh, and delicious. What more could you ask for? Just remember to get a chocolate chip cookie or a muffin with your coffee because those are also freshly baked and the best in town. Highly recommended.

Great coffee! Last time I was there they had no food selection to speak of, but I heard they were expanding so they could offer food. Wide open space. Comfortable chairs and some hight tops. Free wifi. Great place to get some work done.

Undoubtedly great coffee as other reviews mention. In addition to that, very good place to work with Free WiFi and nice comfy seating arrangement.

Great little place with lots of options for teas and coffee. They make breakfast. Also sandwiches until 2 pm. They also have homemade baked goods. The food is VERY good. It's locally owned and the staff is great. You really need to come in. Additional parking in the rear. Don't let the 4 spots (typically taken) in the front stop you.

I'm not a coffee drinker, so I can't comment on the core competency of Warehouse 4. But as some place to get a bite to eat and get a little work done, it is a home run. Probably my favorite breakfast spot close to home. Their sausage biscuit ($4) is the best I've had in Dayton and my wife really enjoys their vegetarian sandwich. Atmosphere is perhaps a bit Spartan, but comfortable and spacious.

The coffee and customer service is second to none. The atmosphere is relaxing and a great way to start any day. If you keep brewing it, I'll keep drinking it. Cheers Matt Hairless Hare Brewery

I've only been here a couple of times. The staff is very friendly, the space is quite large and well lit with sunlight in the morning. The iced tea blends I had were delicious. My friends had coffee and said that it was very good, if not particularly remarkable. One of my other friends had a breakfast/brunch sort of sandwich and said it was quite nice. Only difficulty for me about this place is that I forget it's there. I live very close, but because it's not on a road I drive on regularly it slips my mind. Too bad... because it is a locally owned place. I'll have to make the effort to stop by more often.

A refreshing, creative spot where coffee culture will surely flourish. I had been awaiting the opening of Warehouse 4 months ago after hearing that there would be a coffee bar north of downtown. It's an area not too far from home, but far enough to make it feel like a little get away (18 minutes from downtown Dayton). The interior of Warehouse 4 is awesome. You can tell a lot of hard work and thought went into its design and layout. There are a cool mixture of raw materials intermixed throughout. A variety of seating is available throughout the open floor plan. It's very good for meeting with friends and/ or chilling alone in a corner. I met with a group of people on Warehouse 4's opening day. Each person got a different drink and everyone was beyond stoked on their drink choices. They have a great drink menu with pastries from a local bakery. The owners were very friendly and the place had a good vibe. Most shops either focus on drinks or focus on environment...Warehouse 4 captures both. I'm extremely excited to see what Warehouse 4's future holds! GO CHECK THEM OUT AND SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!

Fantastic Coffee Shop! Plenty of space inside so you don't feel cramped and they serve Counter Culture beans here. I always get a regular black coffee when I go here. Very good!

I love Warehouse 4! I have been here quite a few times since I found out they existed. It has a lofty style atmosphere and comfortable seating. Perfect for studying and enjoying the perfect cup of coffee. They have a simplistic drink menu but can do almost anything upon request. The employees are helpful and pleasant to be around! You should definitely stop by if you enjoy deliciousness :)

I stopped in for a quick visit with some regulars. The first thing I noticed was the clean, inviting atmosphere. Somebody put some work into making Warehouse 4 a good place to visit. I knew I was in a third-wave (read: good) coffeeshop by a look at the menu: simple, straightforward, and not full of froofie sugar-bomb beverages. I ordered one of their specials, which was well-done, creative, and tasty. My barista wife gave their espresso a thumbs-up. I don't give five stars to many places- so good job, Warehouse 4- keep it up.

Nice, spacious coffee house. You don't feel on top of the other patrons like other places. This place has reasonable priced drinks, the sandwiches and breakfast options sounded good even though I didn't try them, and it's nicely decorated. We had the hot chocolate. A nice find in Vandalia!

I like this place. The coffee is very good. Love the simplicity of the seating. Thought the artwork on the walls were great. I spent two hours hanging out there. Will definitely make this place a weekend place to hang out.

Such a great place to go and enjoy a good cup of coffee! In my opinion I would say it's one of the best cups of joe in Dayton. So glad that Chris and Todd decided to open this shop in Vandalia and that they are attempting to grow the coffee game in Dayton. Go check it out. You won't regret that you did.

This place just popped up on my radar as I was on my way down South Dixie to get my computer repaired. I just was compelled to come back the next day to check them out -and boy was I glad I did. Its easy to find with easy access right off the road; with additional parking space in the back. Its very spacious, clean and decorated with artistic themes that make for great conversation and yes, starting your day with a "jolt of Java" or with whatever quenches the flames of your palette's desire. Chris and Todd are very laid back with a keen sense of pleasing their clientele; offering a simple variety of assorted bake goods, free Wifi, a private conference room (free of charge), and great engaging conversation to make you feel welcomed. Boasting as "the one and only" coffee house in Vandalia, WAREHOUSE 4 COFFEE stands in my mind as "one of the best among many" compared to several coffee houses I've experienced around the country.

I used to travel twenty minutes to visit this neat coffee shop all my friends told me about. I fell in love with the laid back, urban feel to it. I now live walking distance from it! This is a great place to stop by real quick, or take a book in to and hang around a bit. Warehouse 4 easily tops Starbucks, in my book. They always give me exactly what I ask for, and the prices are affordable, not to mention staff is excellent.

So I stopped in this morning for the first time after my wife wanted a Boston Stoker vanilla latte. So happy to have skipped the BS and tried Warehouse 4. Still shocked that Vandalia finally has a worthwhile coffee joint! Excellent atmosphere. Excellent service. Best of all... An EXCELLENT vanilla latte!!

Awesome coffee (only $1 if you order it 'for here'), super friendly staff, great (and not too loud) tunes, free wifi, plenty of space to work. Craft espresso beverages and pour over coffee if you're feeling fancy. This would be my go-to coffee house if I lived in Vandalia! Definitely come check them out!

Warehouse 4 Coffee is adorable! Stopped in last weekend for coffee before driving back to Columbus. Got my regular cup of coffee, just how I like it, and a cinnamon pecan scone... YUM! The gentlemen behind the counter were sweet and accommodating. I really wanted to stay because the ambiance in this place is great... it reminds of some of the older spots in Boston. I would go here every day if lived in the Dayton area. Support Warehouse 4:)
