Exceptional food. It's only been open three months, but the flavors are excellent. I hardly needed sauce on the moo shu dish that I had and the eggrolls aren't bad. A lot of new restaurants excel initially, but then falter, lets hope this one can keep up their exceptional quality. They do deliver and their kitchen was next to the cleanest I've ever seen. My only complaint would be the lack of variety and the largely blase menu.

Had my food delivered to a hotel I was staying at nearby. I ordered crispy beef and steamed dumplings. The dumplings were really good, with generous and well seasoned filling, and the beef was excellent; very crispy, and with a light amount of a sweet, honey-like brown glaze. It sounds as if this place is new- if they can keep the quality of food they are serving now long term, then they certainly deserve to be a new local standard!!! Would definitely go back if I were ever around here again!!!

The food is fresh. Crab Rangoon coupon with order over 25$ had sweet sour chicken and could swear they use breast meat and batter the chicken in house. Good prices, friendly

So maybe the reviews on here sweet me up for high expectations, but I was a built underwhelmed by their food. It definitely tasted good, but not great. The fried wontons were ok, kind of bland. The general Taos chicken was good, added some hot sauce to help kick up the flavor another notch. The rice was good, but I've had better rice from other Chinese places around town. All in all, not bad, but not great.

After reading all the great reviews, I was a little disappointed. We ordered two of our standard lunch special orders: chicken with mushroom and chicken with broccoli. The broccoli was small and a little on the old side. The chicken was ok but not great. The mushrooms were good and the flavor was decent. The Wontons were small and kind of a tough crispy, not much substance. Still plan to go back and try other menu items but I didn't understand all the hype. (Update to four stars) This place is a great alternative to UTMC Hospital food. Carry out is ready in 5 min or less. Chicken Lo-Mein is great. Crab Ragoon is very good. After my initial mediocre visit, every order has been good to excellent.

Love all the food here, but believe it or not, the fried rice is what brings me back!!

Great food and nice people. The good is consistently good. I have never ever had a bad meal or even an off meal. I come here in a semi regular basis because it is close to work. The place is always clean. There is nothing unusual here. Which is a hit and a miss. I like to stay off the beaten path when it comes to ethnic cuisine nothing too wild here. It's mainstream Chinese food and it is delicious!!! Hint if you wanna go all out and get some serious eating done go across the street to the buffet. I like this because I can control my portions better.

Cheap, greasy, sometimes delicious Chinese take out that has a specific lady at the counter that is beyond the nicest person in the world. #QQ

It is close and often good. The soups are cheap and ready quick though the curry dishes are a bit lacking in the flavor.

The food is delicious here! The chicken fried rice is light and healthy. The staff are friendly and always have a smile on their faces.

So a new Chinese food place dropped off a flyer, and we thought "Why not?" Dude. It was excellent. I've never tried Moo Shu before, and if this place is any indicator I'll be trying it more often. I went with the beef. The "pancakes" were pretty neat. Thin, almost like rice paper, but tasty and not at all brittle. You might be saying "You just loved it because beef moo shu is awesome." WRONG. The crab Rangoon was awesome as well. The egg roll was pretty awesome as well. We also ordered Crispy Beef for my wife, who prefered it to the place we usually order from, and my sons really liked the Chicken Lo Mein. I'm not sure if they deliver, as it wasn't an option on the website, but I thought I saw a driver come in when I was picking up my order. I'll probably call in next time to see. It was really clean inside and the lady at the register was very friendly. There isn't a large sitting/dining area, but I bet they do a lot of takeout. tl;dr new Chinese restaurant is great!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
