The gyro, lamb gumbo, falafel, and shish kefta sandwich are some of the best Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food I've eaten and I eat it often. The food is fresh and cooked "home style." Do yourself a favor and stop in if you live on that side of town. If you don't live nearby or are lazy and don't want to drive then to bad for you.

I've now found my favorite take out spot for Mediterranean. The menu is simple, the food is fresh and tastes great, and the service was excellent! Their twist on falafel was great, and it was the best fetoosh w/ chicken I've had in a long time. Lastly, the price was extremely reasonable.

Fetoosh used to be really good. About the past year has been a slide and it kind of depends who was working that day. Today was out last visit. The cook couldn't get the stove working so we couldn't order lost of the menu. The microwave was also not working. So we took the food to go. We got a lentil soup (cold of course because they couldn't heat it), zatar bread, hummus, and mjadara. So the soup smelled really bad and had these long ribbons of some kind of scum. The smell was so off putting we poured it out. Normally their soup is quite good. I've had it cold before because I've taken out or left overs. Never once had scum ribbons. So the zatar bread was molded. The bottoms were greenish and literally covered in spots of mold. Right in the trash next to my soup! The hummus was a bit past prime and was getting bubbly. The mjadara seemed ok, but since most of the food was bad, we didn't want to risk it. Like I said, the food used to be great and we were customers for the past few years. But I'm not going to ever go here again. You can't safely sell food that is rotten or molded. Imagine if someone had never eaten this and thought that was how it should smell? People can get sick and even die from food poisoning. Seriously bummed because there aren't many good places in Toledo and it seems we now have one less.

Good quality and appeared fresh. Open kitchen, so no place to hide. Didnt care for the open plasticware bins, i wash, but dont know the hygiene of other patrons. All that said in a town that has more than its fair share of med/arabic restaurants, it was good to see the owner is trying to set himself apart by offering non-traditional toppings on falafel sandwiches. And the salad dressing was also very good, not too much oil and not too lemony, very balanced and allowed you to taste the salad, overall, well done.

This is the best and most inexpensive Middle Eastern food in our Toledo area. A great hidden gem that when found, your almost too worried about telling others, for fear it will get too popular. Their whole menu is made up of traditional Middle Eastern cuisine - all extremely fresh and prepared with care. Try the Greek salad - best in town. Great hummus and the very best falafel you have ever tasted! The owners are also the operators of this restaurant. They always go the extra effort to make sure their customers are pleased and satisfied. Try this place out and you won't be disappointed. Makes Byblos, Beirut, Tiger Deli, Alladins all pale in comparing food quality.

Delicious food! Kind people, too. You can order at the deli or treat it like a restaurant. They also cater. We tried to go to the new sushi place further down the plaza but went here instead, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was our first time visiting but we ordered all our usual Lebanese favorites, and they made them better than we had ever had them. Fetoosh is great, tabouli has a nice dose of lemon, falafel is flavorful, hummus is perfect, and the vegetarian grape leaves were awesome. That was a shared mezza app. Then I ordered the mjadara--so healthy and delicious. Warm and hearty but a huge portion. Plenty to take home and eat later. It comes with a soup or salad (I had their Greek) and house made yoghurt. It went amazingly with the mjadara!! My mom had some sort of baked chicken dish that came with their prized garlic sauce, which was incredible. Would recommend this place to anyone and will be back soon, myself! :)
