Went to my buddy's wedding a couple a weeks ago, and had a great time. We danced and had a fantastic night, the place was Lyman, and what a nice place. The food, service and location on the water (Lake Erie) were amazing! Would highly recommend this place, and going to tell my friends.

This is an excellent place for a wedding, or corporate function, special event! Right on the water with beautiful sunset views of the Lake, and Cedar Point. The event rooms are beautiful and spacious. Also an excellent place to hang out w/ friends at the restaurant/bar area. The food is fantastic, wide variety menu, and very friendly, prompt service. Boaters can dock right outside the patio area. They have a large dance floor, and plenty of seating. Check it out, we highly recommend it!

I was here for a wedding last night and they did a phenomenal job. Food was good, someone was always there to take away plates, bring water... Clean bathrooms and a beautiful venue for weddings and photos with a marina and cedar point in the backdrop. Great time!

While I have never dined or partied at Lyman Harbor, I have performed there various times over the years for wedding receptions and high school proms and I've found the place to be really nice and the people working there to be very friendly. Lyman used to rock when they had a DJ and back during 2009 when they had 25 cent beer night.The wings I had were below average and the soda came out flat.Me and my cousins sat there alone at a bar with one of the best view of Lake Erie in all of Ohio.Its sad that smalltown people don't know what they have until its gone.

This place has great prices, had a perch sandwich and chips special for $6.99 and a $0.50 Coors Light draft. Food was mediocre, and for the prices I would continue to eat here if it wasn't for the extremely slow service. I wasn't exactly sure why the service was so slow, because less than half of the tables in the restaurant were occupied. Service was slow enough that we actually went up to the bar to order our drinks and to grab some menus. This place has great potential, but until the service improves I won't be returning.

If you can experience all of the benefits of Lyman's, it's a great place. I'm talking about the last time I was there... I transient docked my boat for $8, ate and very good perch dinner, and saw a great band.. The Earth Quakers. If you just go there and just eat dinner, it's a pretty average experience. The waiter has been very slow on two occasions and I was disappointed with overcooked fish on one occasion. So I've say it's hit or miss.

The food was bad, the service was worse but the view is nice. Except for the burnt out factory right next door.

Horrible place to eat. We went there thinking it was going to be a nice place with a view. The restaurant actually isn't that poorly decorated, but the food was awful. Wife's Chicken parm had no flavor and I got a steak with veggies. The veggies were broccoli and cauliflower STEMS. If you are going to charge people over $15 for a meal, there better be some higher quality veggies.
