One of the best Chinese restaurants in Northwest Ohio. My wife and I always get it to go. The atmosphere inside is just ok. If you are coming to Napoleon and want great food with nicely sized portions come here! I would avoid the Chinese buffets in town.

Best Chinese food I've ever had! The food is amazing. It's a small restaurant in a small town but the food that they serve is exceptional. My favorite dishes in particular are China dragon lo mein, egg fu yung, generals chicken, emperors chicken, almost chicken, and hot 'n soar soup.

Ok, so I hold Chinese food in high standard. There are now three Chinese food places in Napoleon, this one being the only non buffet focused. We ordered the Cashew Chicken and Kung-Pao Chicken. Both reminded me of "brown country gravy" with the typical dish vegetables and meat with slightly different flavoring for each dish. Neither one had the flavor one would expect for their respective dish. Again, it was basically "brown country gravy" smothering "stuff." We also ordered the Pot Stickers which were somehow done poorly. It is pretty standard to cook them in water an pd oil, let the water boil off, and let the bottoms get crispy and golden brown. Not hard... These felt microwaved and then browned on both sides with little to be desired. The only reason I didn't give a 1star is because their noodles aren't the worst in th world. You could get by without too much issues if in a pinch. Unfortunately it is very clear that the chain Chinese Buffet next to Walmart is the best of the bunch in the area. Tos shouldn't be a big surprise given the size of Napoleon, but this is not a hidden gem.

I just saw on the FB page of the Henry County Chamber of Commerce that China Dragon recently celebrated their 25th anniversary. Congratulations! And I pray that I'll be there for the 50th with a big plate of Cantonese Noodles to commemorate the occasion!

China Dragon is my favorite Chinese food place, and one of the best restaurants in Napoleon. The food is always delicious and the service is always great. Prices at lunch time are very reasonable. At supper time they are hiked up, but the portions are also larger. The food's worthwhile no matter the price and, depending on your appetite, you can easily get two meals out of your order. If you want a suggestion, order the Happy Family or Three Delicacies, the Won Ton soup, and a side of the chicken wings. Their fried wings are the best I've ever had; always served fresh and terribly hot.

This is the "good" Chinese restaurant in Napoleon. There are only two, so the competition isn't exactly rigorous. The other one is a buffet, while China Dragon is a regular restaurant where the menu is very standard with all the usual suspects. If you like Chinese food, you'll find something you like at China Dragon. The food is certainly a cut above what you get at most Chinese buffets, but it isn't fine dining either. There are a lot of small Chinese restaurants in the area that have similar food, but if you are in Napoleon, this is as good as it gets. I had the almond chicken the last time I was there, and I really enjoyed it. Good service, good portions, no complaints.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
