My boyfriend and I went here for dinner. I had the beef Philly sub which was very good, seasoned perfectly. The boyfriend had the bison burger what she said was very good. However he said he could not eat the fries they just didn't taste very good. We also had an appetizer of the potato skins which were very good as well. They also had a Greek feta salad dressing that was delicious. The only thing I really didn't like about the Irish pub was that if you look at the decorations on the walls they are covered in dust . I'm just kind of gross to think about when its hanging over your food.

Great authentic food! Always tastes homemade and I have never been disappointed with their quality or service. My family and I always go here when we meet for dinner. Reasonable prices and excellent food!

Fantastic local bar. My wife and I frequently make this our dinner stop on "date night". She has worked her way through most of the menu (one entree at a time) and I usually have whatever their steak of the night. We've never been disappointed or dissatisfied with any of our food. Did I mention the steaks? Yes, order it. Whatever it happens to be that night. I can't say enough to encourage you to eat there, so just go!

The Irish is pretty consistent with its food and service. Not exceptional but certainly never a disappointment. I no longer live in town, but try to make the Irish a regular stop when I visit. Tonight my wife and I both ordered the Cajun burger with fries, and we each had a beer. Beer prices are very reasonable, and getting there early scored us happy hour pricing of .$50 off all beer. $3 for a pint of fat tire is great. The Cajun burger has changed over the years. Fifteen years ago, eating a Cajun burger was an event; fresh slices of hot Hungarian peppers made the heat level dependent on the year's crop. Today, the heat comes from pepper jack cheese and canned peppers. Still good but a far cry from it's past. I ordered mine "Loch Ness" style , which simply means 3/4 pound instead of half. The burger was cooked to order at medium and everything tasted fine. The disappointment was with the bun; very basic sesame seed bun like something you would expect at Burger King. There are also no other options for buns, so what you see is what you get. All in all, the Irish is a solid local spot with good food at reasonable prices. Although it isn't a standout, it's a great option if you don't want to venture to the Belden area. Burgers are good for the area, average for other spots like Michigan, who for some reason has the most amazing burgers anywhere...and that's from a buckeyes fan.

Exactly what you would expect from an Irish pub. Lots of good beer on tap, as well as unexpected drinks. Like an electric lemonade that was on special for $3 FREE POPCORN! The food menu was extensive for a pub. Not just your normal burgers, fried foods and nachos. It included prime rib and shrimp stir fry. The prime rib was cooked excellent. The stir fry was nothing special. The person that ordered it at our table likes hot stuff and said it was "too spicy". I tasted it and it was overwhelmed with a crush red pepper taste. I also tasted some fries, an onion ring, and a soft pretzel that was deep fried. Those were all excellent. The electric lemonades that we ordered were just "ok" seemed pretty weak and tasted like alot like a generic sweet and sour mix. Still wasnt horrible because it was on special. I also got a Killians on tap. It tasted fresh and was reasonably priced. Our waitress missed the mark on this one. Although the place was at 75% capacity when we came in, it quickly thinned out to about %50. Our drinks came slow, way slower than they should have. We had 2 other waiters come and check on us in between our actual waitress. She actually got slightly rude with us when she brought back a-1 sauce for my girlfriend. I would have rated higher if there was more people here. At least half of the people here were just drinking at the bar. All in all it's your typical low light Irish pub. The food was ok, the prices were ok, and the drinks were ok. The atmosphere is the best thing about the place. I wouldn't be opposed to coming back, but would stick to the traditional pub foods and beer. 4/5 stars. Also just went to the bathroom, very clean almost no pinesol or pee smell. :)

I'm going to drop it to 2.5 stars. It's the same story with the Irish...sometimes it's decent and sometimes it's bad. Everything seems inconsistent here...including the service. They had a French bread pizza special that was actually quite good. But then the service is bad and they served prepackaged frozen "pub pretzels" with cheese wiz. The broth for the French onion soup was decent, but they used packaged croutons and far too much pepper which was sitting in a pool at the bottom of the bowl. They had GL Christmas ale on draft and the prices were FANTASTIC. 22 oz for 4.25. Pretty impressive. So this is just the good, the bad, and the ugly...and you never know what you will get.

I love this family owned pub style restaurant. Fantastic service, great specials! They just updated their patio so I'm looking forward to eating outside this summer. Monthly drink specials with a nice bar. As importantly, the owners contribute time and donations that support their local chambers of commerce and their community. Outstanding all the way around!

They are great in accommodating people like myself with food allergies. They are very knowledgeable and have always made me a dish that was modified to be allergen free for me. It is one of the few places that I have been that does not preseason their food or have the bbq sauces mixed into them ahead of time. I like their daily specials and we eat there about once a week because of the great food.

A Massillon favorite, The Irish as it is referred to around these parts, is a great place to grab a drink and some wings. The service is always great and I would highly recommend the Chicken Cordon Blu sandwich for a change of pace.
