The Goat has good, American casual "pub grub" type food at reasonable prices. Their pizza's are surprisingly awesome. As a condo resident of the Falls at Hayden Run, the Lifestyle Community where this Goat is located, I can't beat the convenience of the location. The Paddock apartments are also next to this location. Every visitor that I've ever taken to the Goat has liked it, and expressed envy that I live so close to something like it. Parking can be an issue since it caters to residents who can walk from their homes. The parking lot is very small for a place that is very large. The wings are consistently good, and the house salad is large, fresh and a great side dish. My husband loves the Italian sub with double meat and double cheese. Another favorite of his is the Ranchero Burger. In the evening, this place definitely has more of a "bar" feeling to it. The crowd is generally in the mid-twenties to mid-thirties range. It's very loud when the place is crowded. Live music, djs, sand volleyball and corn hole leagues, trivia nights - all of these have been offered at this Goat at one time or another. I am an LC Hayden Run Falls resident and love The Goat when I want to relax and enjoy good food and decent drinks. It is a perfect place for friends in the Summer, football in the Fall, and overall nice place to meet for an afterwork Date Night or Happy Hour. It is not a ridiculous party site, and not over crowded with kids (more for summertime). I love going there and the staff is always very nice and accommodating. The new Happy Hour is fantastic! Monday - Friday, 4p - 7p, $4 wine, $5 cocktail specials,and $5 flat breads (which are very delicious!). I am not sure of the beer specials, but they have it. I love how LC stepped up their game and made The Goat a nice, fun, relaxing place, especially since there is not competition around this area. Maybe not a "must try, you are not living life without this place," but definitely worth going at least once, and see for yourself!

Went for for first-time after being in the area for 3 years. Asked the server if they had American Honey and she said yes, but brought a Jack Honey. When I sent it back she gave me a bit of tude. Had I asked for a Bud and got a Naty Lite I would have been just as justified. Beside the attitudinal service the place is quite noisy and not for me as I cannot hear my date. Food on menu still looks good, but untried.
