I'm kind of embarrassed to say this, but this weekend was the 1st time EVER that I have visited a Panera Bread and I am SOOOOO mad at myself for waiting this long. For years, I have heard people saying how good Panera was, but other than people bringing in their bagels to work, I've never ventured out try it on my own. I ordered some egg white breakfast sandwich with avocado. It was delicious. The only thing wrong with it was that they didn't salt the egg whites (I never add salt to anything, but this DESPERATELY needed it). My oldest son ordered some type of breakfast sandwich with sausage & egg. He said the same thing. The sandwich is really good, but it needs salt. My two youngest ordered brownie for breakfast. I TRIED AND TRIED to get them to order something else but they were not having it (at least they drank the organic milk with it though...right??). They loved them!! I had a small bite of my daughters and could see why they like them so much. They were soft, but had a rich flavor. The icing was really good & chocolatey too. **I will say the service was a little slow. i heard what appeared regulars there saying that the service was a lot slower than it normally is.

Strangest Panera I have ever been to. You can't stand anywhere at the register and see the entire menu. The drink counter and the food counter are far apart so it's difficult to watch both areas for your order to come up. Also I'm not sure if they are behind on the times or what but they didn't have pagers to let you know your order is ready. I'm not sure if that feature is regional to my home town but I found it odd. Definitely made getting my order a lot more difficult, especially when my lunch was ready before my drink.

The worst Panera I've been to (and I've been to a lot - 14 locations across 6 states). Here on a slower mid week evening, they had no silverware to serve with my soup. Instead, I was given plastic ware. When I asked, they said there were no clean ones. When guests sat next to me 45 min later, they were served plastic ware. How long does it take to wash forks and spoons? While standing at the counter to ask for a bag, the employee didn't acknowledge my presence or ask if I needed anything. Instead, she was talking with a friend about 3 ft from me about her weekend plans. Seating near the cash registers often see groups move tables around to sit together and completely block the walk way. Panera picked this location to be in the mall but this spot is not exactly what they are accustomed to.

The food quality is great. The store layout is very odd and difficult to maneuver. It's super long and skinny which makes it difficult to see the menu the ordering area is also the food waiting area and a walkway. There weren't that many people there but it took over 20 minutes for them to make our food. The staff was friendly enough and didn't make a fuss after my son barfed on the floor.

Sandwich and a bowl of soup or a salad, quick and easy. good for a quick snack or a lunch break...buy some bread on your way out and enjoy it at home. folks are always nice. I go there once a while for a quick dinner when I'm around.

Like any other Panera, but in a mall. Service is fine. Coffee is good. Refills and Wi-Fi are free.

I think the staff at this Panera does a great job handling customers, and the large traffic flow of the Mall at Tuttle Crossing. Service is certainly a plus. The seating arrangement is typical for a Panera, but I see many more "business meetings" going on here than I do at other Paneras in Columbus. Perhaps it's the Dublin location, but it seems that the typical customer makes this Panera seem a bit more "classy" at times. On the other hand, the soups I've had here didn't seem as fresh and tasty as at other locations. Something about it, I'm not sure what.

The seating was cramped, and the cinnamon rolls tasted funny. Other than that, it was your normal Panera experience.

I've visited this Panera twice so far and have had great experiences both times. The first time was for lunch and I did have to wait in line and seating was limited, yet available. The second time I went for breakfast before the mall was open and the line was much shorter and the service was great as the last visit prior. I'm adding this Panera location to my top favorite locations.
