I'll start off by saying that I am vegan and I tend to stick to Japanese, Indian, and Thai restaurants to be sure I can get a decent animal-free meal when I go out to eat. I have only been to Genji once, but I loved it!! I went with my bf (a non-vegan), and as a party of two, we were seated immediately. One couple was already seated and one more came shortly after us. With just six people around the teppan, they took our orders. I opted for the vegetable dinner - the only meat-free option. For all you vegetarians and vegans apprehensive about watching raw meat get cooked all over your veggies, you're safe at Genji. Our chef started out cooking my vegetables before any meat hit the grill. He also did not use any butter until after the veggies were cooked and on my plate. While I did have my whole dinner before anyone else at the table, I appreciated the lack of cross-contamination, and everyone else had rice, soup, and salad to consume while their meat was cooking. The servings are HUGE which is nice because they are moderately expensive. The waitress brought us to go boxes as the chef finished cleaning the teppan. You are, of course, paying for the whole experience on top of the food, but it's worth it. The fire blast, the onion volcano, the egg shell hat catch, and the launching of shrimp shells onto my boyfriend's plate all made for a very fun evening. The atmosphere of Genji is fantastic, and we are looking forward to dining there again.

I planned a large surprise party at this location for about 20 people. I called ahead and everything. Everyone in the party had to be present before being seated, so there there like 15 of us sitting in the lobby waiting. When the honored guest arrived, we stood in the lobby with everyone else not associated with the party, wishing her happy birthday. This turned out miserable, i would have just walked out if it was for everyone else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, they are not accommodating.

Overpriced for what you get, and no couples combo meals at all. Food is decent but there are way better options out there in abundance. Also yum yum sauce is awful i dont understand why people love it.

OK I have 2 words for you: YUM YUM.........the sauce that is. LOVE The stuff, but I'll get to that a little later. The ambiance is nice here, darker style decor in the dining room. Each table holds around 8 people. You get a salad or soup. With the salad you get to choose either ginger or Yum Yum or both. I typically get the steak & chicken which is always a butter & soy sauce laden pile of goodness. Their fried rice is soo good. Now on to the Yum Yum. This almost has a cult like following & people go through it like you wouldn't believe. The yum yum is a creamy with a slight hint of sweetness sauce that you can pour over your rice & food. Die hards are known to get 6 or so mini cups of the stuff - HEY NOW..I'm not talking about me {gulps}. I've found recipes online trying to mimic, but don't even waste your time. ******TIP******* If you are among the many that could drink the stuff....ok I"m taking it a bit far, but if you love this stuff GENJI SELLS IT. Just ask them for a bottle to go (I think it's like $5). You can make your own rice at home & use this and it tastses just as good as the restaurant. Bottom line Genji has great food, great service and would be a perfect place for lunch or dinner with friends or coworkers. Oh I do have to mention the $100 bill I found blowing in the parking lot one day has nothing to do with this glowing review (no lie......).

I enjoyed the food and atmosphere every time that I've been there. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Genji is one of my favorite restaurants ever. Hands down. My family has been eating at the Reynoldsburg location for probably 18 years and it's still just as good as it was then. Living in Worthington, I was so excited when the Sawmill Road store opened. The fried rice and Yum Yum sauce can't be beat!

Love this place! Always wonderful service. Food is great as well! Def get the Yum Yum sauce it is the best! Lots of left overs. Can be expensive especially if you add any adult drinks to your tab (I would recommend the Plum Wine or Soporo Beer) but other than that I will def keep frequenting this place. Great show for kids to keep them entertained through out dinner! My 7 month old daughter was scared of the fire but the older kids will love it!

I haven't been to any Japanese steakhouses for the past 6 years prior to my visit to Genji just because I think Japanese steakhouses are overpriced, undervalued, and I haven't found any that impressed me. Last christmas, I found the magical potion called "YUMYUM Sauce" and oh goodness, that sauce makes everything tastes better. I bought a bottle home, and so far, I found out that the sauce works well with burgers, fried chickens, fries, ramen noodles, sandwiches...heck "I PUT THAT SH*T ON EVERYTHING" haha.... the restaurant was pretty nice, we were seated promptly, the fried rice was awesome, I ordered double portion, think I'm gonna ordered triple portion next time!! what can I say? I'm hungry and I'm still growing!! and the chef that we had put on a great show...really entertaning, and made the price seems more bearable than other japansese restaurants that I've been to. Since that christmas..I've been to Genji 3 other times, and you can be sure I'll be going there a whole lot more...

While the food is very good for this type of restaurant, I cannot give it a good rating because of the totally unprofessional behavior of a manager, who berated employees in front of guests. He ruined the experience for me. All I could focus on the rest of the meal was the poor waitress, who looked ready to burst into tears and the brute who obviously got off on bullying the young wait staff, as one could observe more of the same going on with others the same evening.

I've been raving about Genji in Reynoldsburg so when I saw that there was another one owned by the same family in Dublin, which is a lot closer to where I live, I was ecstatic. I was hoping that the food and of course, the yum yum sauce was at par with its counterpart in Reynoldsburg. The food and the yum yum sauce is just as good as the original. So was anything better? Yes, firstly, there was ample parking--unlike Reynoldsburg, which is sometimes so packed that you have to wait in the lot for someone else to leave. And, the ambiance was a lot more "civil". In Reynoldsburg, for Sunday lunch, we would sometimes have to wait up to 15-20 minutes. In Dublin, we were seated right away and all the food came out in good time. There was also no drumming for birthday celebrations... which I hear at least once every time we go to Reynoldsburg. Also, my husband noticed that it was brighter and cleaner in Dublin than in Reynoldsburg, which is always a plus. Additionally, they serve more than just California Rolls in the Dublin location. I was craving a shrimp tempura roll and since they had it, we got one. If you expect a huge one like you can get at a sushi restaurant, you'll be disappointed. Even though it was small, it was only $5.95 and tasted absolutely delicious. So, it's worth it relative to sushi restaurants charging 8-11 bucks for it. So, overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely go there again!

I went to Genji's Japanese Steakhouse for a birthday party with about ten people, I was running late and I was worried I would hold the group up. Little did I know I could have caught a movie before we actually sat down to eat. Our "reservations" were for 8:15 and we did not sit down until 9:30, after standing on my feet for an hour and fifteen minutes I was happy to take a seat. The set up around the grill is comfortable, plenty of space between you and the next customer, as many times your are sat with other people you didnt show up to dinner with. The prices on dinners are typical for a Japanese Steakhouse, every meal is around twenty dollars. If you get a entertaining cook like my group did it makes it more fun. After cooking all the egg for fried rice he put it on his spatula and flicked it to each person... the objective: catch it in your mouth. I have never been skilled at this, there were about eight pieces of egg fired my way.... all in good fun! The food was delicious and the Yum Yum sauce was the best I have had. The taste of Yum Yum is tough to describe but just take the name and go with it, trust me. The shrimp was fresh and cooked to perfection and although I wanted my filet medium rare and I got it medium it was still pretty tasty. In the future I would get an extra order of rice to have some leftovers, one order can be consumed in a sitting especially waiting until 9:30 to eat dinner. Although I do not have many complaints about Ginji I would rather spend my thirty dollars at another decent restaurant and still have money leftover for drinks!

I love Genji. The food is consistently good and contrary to a previous review, they do cook their fried rice with egg and butter like any hibachi restaurant. I prefer Genji to House of Japan. I LOVE the yum yum sauce at Genji. I have ordered everything from the chicken to the lobster and have never had a "bad" dish. Yes, some of the chefs are better than others but you will have that with most restaurants. I actually make it a point to take out of towners here and they also love it :) I highly recommend it for a group of 6 or more and also recommend reservations if coming in the evening.

The chef was extremely friendly and fun. He kept the table entertained while he was cooking and made sure to make light of any mistakes. The waitstaff was also friendly and prompt. No mistakes were made, despite serving nine people. Overall, a fantastic experience. The food was very good and was what expected from a Japanese Steak House. We heard about this restaurant because we had Foodie cards.

Every component in the meal was heavily over salted. It was so salty it was hard to eat---which we didn't. If you have any problems with salt, this is not the place for you. The presentation was fun but I expected more for the price. It's hard to believe that a restaurant would continue to exist which produced food like this, especially in a time of health conscious consumers. I checked with people who were around me and the concensus was the same. Some managed to eat half their dinner. Restaurants always ask about the meal after you have been served for a few minutes. I wish they had because I would have asked for my money back. Allan M. Columbus

Excellent food and service! My only complaint would be that the staff were not all that friendly, but they were not rude by any means. I will certainly be back! If you have never been to a Japanese steakhouse be sure to read their menu quickly once you sit down as there are things that you will want to know to expect throughout your dining experience. For example everybody will receive a small salad, a small soup, and vegetables plus shrimp. There is only one kind of soup and you have two options for salad dressings. The story behind the Genji clan is interesting as well if you have time to read it on the first page of the menu.

Genji has been my preferred hibachi-style Japanese steakhouse for over 15 years now. I actually remember having my 16th birthday dinner at their old location in Reynoldsburg. They're not authentic, healthy, or cheap... but they're pretty friggin' delicious. Although there has been an overproliferation of hibachi restaurants in Columbus as of late, Genji's food is the gold standard in my opinion. Although I've never gone to their Genji Go takeout store (which seems to get horrible reviews on Yelp), the fact that they would even start a takeout store points to how tasty their food is. Compared to the older Genji in Reynoldsburg, this location in Dublin is newer, cleaner, and less crowded. The hibachi chef's skills are really hit or miss, but I think I've only ever had 1 bad chef at Genji in all my years coming to this place. The waiters and waitresses are generally friendly and competent. Previously, my major gripe with Genji was that they didn't always accept reservations, and it would often take over an hour for you to be seated. Now I see that you can get a reservation on OpenTable. Problem solved, hopefully. I don't think my body can handle the sodium overload from this restaurant on a weekly basis... but for a special occasion every few months? Count me in.

Great times! Love the show! The chef was very very nice. One thing I didn't like is that he cooked the food in different stages which seemed to take FOREVER for us to finally get our meal. My husband's seafood was cooked and his meal complete before he even STARTED my chicken. However, my shrimp was done with my husband's so that sat on my plate for about 10 min before my chicken was done (making it cold). Food tasted great though. Their Yum Yum sauce, in my opinion, is not as good as Kobe's. We will be back if we are in the area but won't make a special trip to Sawmill Rd when Kobe is right around the corner at Easton.

oh my gosh this place is so good. the best yum yum sauce ive ever had. I got the scallops-and they were cooked-PERECT. perfectly seared on the outside but tender. typical hibachi-but this is def my new go to after being so loyal to house of japan for the last couple of years. do yourself a favor though, don't order a cocktail. get beer or sake. the cocktails are basically juice-two of them-I should feel pretty buzzed. not the case here. other then that this place is the slam

I went for the hibachi dinner experience and it was a blast. Our chef was really engaging and he took all of our odd requests in stride (we asked for 6 eggs in the fried rice!!) Yum-Yum sauce is always delicious and the portions are huge. Basing a large portion of this review on the fun I had with our group and the chef's personality!

  • Priscilla D.

I was expecting more from this place. I ordered shrimp and scallops and my scallops were not the same size and they were the small kind. For $22 I expected more. I would not order this again.

  • Christopher G.

Been to this local about 4 times now, and its outstanding. Ive been to all the Hibachi style steak houses in C'bus, and Genji's is the best! Great fresh meats, cooked perfectly with nice portions. The chefs are entertaining as they are good at cooking too. A great and fun atmosphere as well...while you wait, order a cocktail and meet your dinner companions. And dont forget the yum yum sauce, its to die for.

  • Roger R.

Had the combo of filet, scallops, chicken and fried rice ($28). Food was good, albeit smaller portions than I'd have preferred, We were the last customers of the night; although he was friendly, I kind of felt the chef got called out of a nap and pretty much went through the motions. Nothing too flashy or particularly skillful.

Overpriced for what you receive (at least for lunch). The steak was good, but, overall, it really wasn't all that great. Disappointing.

This is honestly the best Japanese steak house I've ever been too, which has been quiet a few.. I love their yum yum sauce it's by far the best sauce I've ever had.. This is the place my family goes for big events because it's everyone's favorite, sure it's a little pricey but nothing ridiculous considering the large portions that are given, it's well worth it in my opinion to eat here every couple months!!

Let's start with the good, the rasberry tea was delicious. However i doubt they make it in house. There goes the one star. My wife and i ordered the shrimp and scallops hibachi and the calamari appetizer. The calamari was not bad, but was fried too hard. The entrees were a total dissapointment. Everything was overcooked and tasted scorched. I began to think our chef had made someone sick in the past because he killed everything...twice. Our steamed rice was beyond sticky. The best part was the literal tablespoon of vegetables which were onions and zucchini. I have never had such a miniscule amount from any Japanese restaurant. Their yum yum sauce is supposed to be the bomb, but was thin and tasteless. Genji is worse than Ichiban who was the reigning worse hibachi in Columbus. We were first and last time guest that will not return nor recommend anyone to this restaurant.

Me and my wife went for my birthday treat and everything about the restaurant and the food was great. The chef did some tricks in front of our table. He cooked our food what we ordered right in front of us. The food preparation was fast and it was fun watching the way they cook in front of us. The food was heavy for me, but it was well cooked and served. I enjoyed each and every bit of our dinner in this place.

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch due to the recommendation of a friend. The facility is really nice, and was only about 6 miles from our hotel in Dublin. Very displeased with our chef as he was not interactive or entertaining. The only thing he got excited about was his recommendation of adding hot sauce to our yummy yummy sauce. I ordered steak and shrimp- my shrimp were bite sized, and the "vegetables" only consisted of SALTY mushrooms and bean sprouts. No broccoli, carrots, zucchini, etc. The fried rice was average at most. My boyfriend's sesame chicken was dry and had no sesame seeds. Lol! You only have a choice of soup OR salad, not both like most hibachi places. We literally received a bowl of iceberg lettuce and ginger or yummy sauce for dressing. They were more focused on preparing employee meals for the team than make us happy. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Best Swordfish I've ever had!!! Our entire family enjoyed every morsel from every entree. Great atmosphere...very clean. Professional service. Excellent Hibachi Chefs. No brainer...come here to eat!

This place is kind of dark! The food is OK, but not my favorite Japanese Steakhouse. There was soap all over the bathroom floor. We also had to wait for our entire party to be seated. Our party took up an entire hibachi, so we would have liked to get started on some appetizers and drinks while we waited.

I've only been to a few Japanese steakhouses; in Columbus, have been to the Genji on Brice, and Ichiban at Graceland. This Genji is newer, and cleaner, than the other one. Overall experiences were good at all 3 local places. We had the Samurai platter (scallops, shrimp, lobster) and a fllet & lobster entree. The show was fun; we had a child at the table, and the chef did a great job entertaining her. The salad and soup were fine. The veggies and fried rice were pretty good (hope you like butter...) The meats were good too, and I left full but wanting more. I'll be back because it's close, but it's expensive enough to be a special occasion dinner.

    (4)
  • Frank S.

Went with a group for a birthday dinner. Not the best setting for group conversation though, as everyone is seated around the teppanyaki grill. I had the filet mignon (very good) and scallops (overcooked) with fried rice. Our chef was pretty much just going through the motions. Food was fine, but nothing special.

I suppose its not fair to judge a place by one visit, but with that one visit, I have no desire to go back. If I lived closer, I might give them a second shot. On our one visit, the service was terrible. A demanding family of 5 might have made that worse. They were so demanding our orders got delayed, were wrong and just not that enjoyable. We much prefer House of Japan or Japanese Steak house to this place.

    (2)
  • Monte R.

Genji was okay: long wait, service was mediocre. Typical Japanese steakhouse entertainment. The steak and shrimp were good at a fair price. Alcohol kinda expensive. I just don't think it's worth at at $100 dollars for two people. I could have had better food at half the price at a Thai or Vietnamese restaurant. My clothes smelled like stir fry all the next day.

It cracks me up that everyone has some standard of Japanese, or some holy grail of Japanese Steakhouse experience that no other can live up to. I'm a white guy. I like Japanese steak house. I like cheap Japanese Steakhouse downtown for lunch. I love Genji. I've been here several times, and the food is consistently awesome, and the chef's are consistently funny (please note, I've had only two of their chefs the several times I've been there). The bartenders are always attentive - which is important, because it's never been empty when I've came, so I always have a beer with my date and chat for a little while (so prepare yourselves accordingly). Yum yum sauce - while delicious - is not my favorite. It's good, but I still prefer the ginger sauce.

  • Eli K.

The food was great and the cook was having fun getting the kids involved in the event! The fire volcano is neat to watch. I can only speak on dinner. The Samurai was a shrimp lobster scallop surprise. Each bite was a different flavor. The yum yum sauce is a must on the fried rice. Heck just throw it all over everything. It makes good leftovers. I couldn't wait and ate it the next morning! I will be returning to this location again in the near future

  • Chasity L.

Food is pretty good and comparable to other steak houses in the area. My steak was a little over cooked. The Yum Yum sauce is a must. The main reason I give this restaurant a one is because they would not share their Wifi password with the patrons.I even had the waitress ask the manager and he said no. My one year old son would have sat there just fine if he could have played on one of his apps. This will discourage me from going back.

First Japanese Steakhouse in Columbus experience! Went to Genji's last weekend with a large group of friends for a birthday party. We all had a wonderful time and ate till we need to un-buckle our pants (or maybe that was just me). Honestly, it might be best to go in big groups because then you get a table and chef all to yourself. Soup and salad come first. The mushroom soup is delicious if not a little bit salty. Make sure you get the salad with the yum-yum sauce! The guy we had was excellent. Hot flames, volcanoes made out of onions, flip tossing - the guy really knew his stuff. He cooked everything very fast and well and it was extremely tasty. I had the shrimp and chicken with veggies with plenty to take home later. Warning - this place is not for the health conscious. MOUNDS of butter were used and while the yum-yum sauce is amazing, its pretty much mayo and a couple of spices or something. And the portions of food are plentiful. If you go to Genji's while on a diet - consider it your 'day off'. Overall, a perfect place to go with a large group for a fun event.

Not the best for Japanese grills. Great staff though. Prefer the Japanese Steakhouse or Bennihana's.

On food alone, I could have given this place a four. The chicken was pretty good, definitely not rubbery, and the fried rice was some of the best I've ever had. However, for a Japanese Steakhouse, the service was awful. It was lunch, so maybe that was the problem, but the guy cooking our food didn't crack a single smile. He had the personality of the dead meat he was cooking. We could have gotten the same food from any take-out place for half an hour less wait, and much friendlier service. The lunch prices were cheap, about 12 dollars per person, but I still wouldn't recommend Gengi. There are much better Japanese Steakhouses in town with more consistently pleasant staff.

Love love love the food!!!!!! The service was great. If you are eating in everything is super awesome!!!! If you are take out then the service sucks. When you call to order take out there is this one guy who always tries to discourage you ordering. He tells you it will be and hour wait, then it will be 15% tip added to your Oder no matter what. Then ask are you sure you want to order. If I was his manager I would flip, you are turning away business and your tips. On the other hand who wants to be forced to pay a 15% tip. The face that it takes an hour is crazy as well. But the food is still awesome. If it wasn't for that one guy I would go there a lot more!

Genji is pretty much is just your typical Japanese Steakhouse. That said, I really enjoy Japanese Steakhouses =). It did not disappoint. I went here with a friend once and we both had a really good time. The food was delicious and our chef was entertaining. It's reasonably priced when you consider how much food they give you. You will definitely have a lot of leftovers - I don't care how hungry you are going in!

Erin!!! Ask for Erin as your waitress if you want to have a great time during your meal! She was great very attentive and she made our first time at Genji a lot of fun! Now to the Chef and the food!! One word: AMAZ-balls!!! I mean really, I have never had such good food at a Japanese Steakhouse! A definite MUST!!!

Worst hibachi Japanese steakhouse I've ever been to. Service was slow and the workers seemed like they hated being there. The dark setting made it seem more gloomy and depressing than intimate. Food was mediocre and the fried rice was very salty and dry. Please go to Benihana's or something of that sort. Prices are fairly similar and it's not worth it to go here.

I have been craving some Japanese steakhouse type food lately and finally made a couple of trips to some places. Neither of which truly satisfied my craving as neither was really that good. Both places were fine and had pretty much the same offering in regard to food. Which, really all Japanese Steakhouse type restaurants have the same thing. But, neither measured up to the place I am used to back home. The staff at Genji were very nice and the cook was quite fun. The food was adequate but not excellent or even great. I don't plan on going back.

Yesterday marks one of the first times I ever advised someone to NOT get an appetizer. As in, I stared her down and said "Are you FRICKIN serious? DO YOU REMEMBER WHERE WE ARE?" An hour later, after more cholesterol than neither of us knew existed in the world was pumped into our bloodstreams, she conceded that I was right. My friends, Genji is not an experience for the weak of heart. I mean literally. Their Yum-Yum sauce is one of the most divine substances ever created on the planet, but I'm pretty sure it's 80% lard. Knowing this will not stop you from pouring three cups of it onto your fried rice, however, or probably from getting another cup to go with your leftovers. Yes, you WILL have leftovers. Each ~$20 dinner comes with soup, salad, a 2-shrimp appetizer, vegetables and way too much fried rice IN ADDITION to whatever meat/vegetable (yes, there's a vegetable dinner) entree you order. Oh, you'll try to finish your food, but it will be too much to handle. Way too much. They don't even ask if you need a box--they just bring one out for everyone. Cons about Genji: the food isn't GREAT. I mean, it's definitely tasty and there's whoamg so much of it, but it's nothing to write home about in terms of quality especially given how $$$ it is. Also, people are always having birthdays, and they bring out the ridiculous drums and cake and whatever, which was cute when I was little but now just gives me a headache.

Don't expect great customer service at the front check in area. Make sure u have all people in your party before you get here. Won't let you sit without everyone. great food though so it made up for poor first impression

Places like Genji really exists just for the show and not the food. The food was just bland... I don't understand why you can't spare a split second to put a dash of salt on my food.. I had to douse my steak in yum yum sauce to cover up the blandness... Kinda wish we took the extra 15 minute drive and went to House of Japan.

I've been told a few times that Genji is WAY better than one of my favorites, House of Japan. I've never gone, so that seemed like a good reason to head over for a comparison lunch. I got there at 11:45AM and there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot! A larger group would've had a much easier time getting a table at Genji than at about the same time at HOJ (typically). I was a little nervous that the empty lot was an early indicator of the food quality, but tables started filling up after I was seated. They seated me immediately and the waitress was friendly and attentive. Our table only ended up having three people! Everything was clean and comfortable. I ordered the vegetarian lunch and chose salad instead of soup. I wasn't sure which salad dressing I'd like, so the waitress offered to bring both on the side! Awesome. To be honest, though, I didn't think either were all that flavorful. HOJ's salad dressing won this duel. Next time, I think I'll try the soup. MAIN DISH: I didn't notice them using any egg or butter in the fried rice (like they do at HOJ), so I'd imagine this might be more appealing to the vegan crowd. They cooked the food quickly, probably because the chef seemed more focused on actually cooking than on twirling his spatula and entertaining, which I appreciated during the lunch hour. However, I noticed they had dumped the meat on a tray - like a lunchline tray - which was totally unappealing. Maybe a plate instead, since part of the deal is presentation and delivery? I was thankful that I wasn't having any of it. Overall, I think it was just okay. Nothing had any memorable flavor, but I think it's also likely that my clothes smell less horrible than when I go to HOJ. I'm pretty sure that HOJ's secret ingredient for addictive fried rice is all that butter they use when they cook it. I don't think I'll get a craving to go back on my own, but if one of my friends begs me to go with them, I'll probably accept. How's that for a "meh" review? Can't say anything was wrong with it, but it didn't knock my socks off either. If someone asked me which I liked best, I'd still say House of Japan.

One of the best in Ohio. This might be because of the great chef we had with his talent and humor. Food was also very good... Again the chef made it. Atmosphere was awesome! Price wasn't bad at all and portions were plenty for me and more. I can stuff some food and this was a lot for me. Highly recommended! Ps. Many have negative comments but I believe it was because who they had cooking for them. It's going to happen everywhere.

Let me get to the point. If you like flavor in your food, go to House of Japan, it is infinitely better. If you like just a little bit of flavor in your food, but nothing memorable, go to Genji's. And if you like no flavor in your food then go to Benihana. Genji's was just okay. Not the best steakhouse everybody was claiming it to be. Obviously, I think House of Japan wins the contest. Genji's is only like a watered down version.

I only went here twice, and the second time was only because it was with a group of people and I didn't have a say in where we were going. Went here for the first time for lunch with my mom. We got sat with people who ordered double meat and double rice. Because of this, we hardly got any food :( Those people were regulars too, so of course there plates were over flowing. It just wasn't a good experience. Second time we went with a group for dinner. We wanted to try something different and ordered the tuna steak. Worst decision, it was awful. I suggestion to everyone to never order tuna steak at a Japanese steak house. I would like to tell you what comes with your meal such as soup, salad (with what kind of dressing), and veggies with lunch and dinner, but I can't remember. And what is with everyone loving their yum yum sauce, they think it tastes good? Are they kidding? There are much better teppankayi/hibachi restaurants in town so why would you go here?
