What can I say, the food has always been consistent & service is good. I am closest to the Tuttle location so frequent this store the most. I typically end up getting the chicken ceasar salad with lowfat Ranch dressing. But if I want to splurge their homemade chicken salad is delish. I get it without the bun and just as a side. The prices are a little high in my opinion for a fast food joint. Today I got a ceasar salad and regular drink and it was close to $9.00. But again, the food and quality of the food are good and I am sure I'll be returning eventually.

Traveled to Dublin on business and happened into this Boston Market. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentative. The food was freshly prepared and tasted amazing. I found myself visiting this particular location multiple times during my visit. I would definitely like recommend this location I'd you looking for a home cooked meal on the go. Kudos.

The customer service was unparalleled in terms of friendliness and attention. They gave us brownies on the house. You don't get this type of treatment just anywhere. Ohio is proving to be a welcoming state. I feel at home.

I just love the comfort food and they have the best mashed potatoes I've had yet! Great service and just a great full meal experience!

just downright good homestyle cooking here. meatloaf/chicken & turkey all fantastic, my only dissappointment really is there isn't one closer to New Albany where I live

It's like coming home after work to a home cooked meal. Nice interior, friendly service, cafeteria style ordering. I get the regular Turkey plate with two sides (mashed potatoes/gravy and mac & cheese). I'm a mac & cheese snob who usually doesn't get it out, but theirs is great. And of course the piece of cornbread. Yum! Add a Coke and you're still under $10. They also have a drive thru, which probably works great if you've been here before and know what you want, but if it's your first time or you haven't been here for a while, best come in at least once. I never leave this place not completely stuffed.

Boston Market used to be a staple in my diet during my early days of Telecom so it holds a special place in my proverbial foodie heart. I decided to go back here the other day and get some chicken and some green beans. However, upon arriving I decided to go ahead and try their fish meal as it looked appealing and was baked, not cooked in oil in a deep fryer. So for a change I went with fish. It was actually pretty good. Boston Market is a pretty good place to eat but I give them a bit lower marks for one reason and one reason only, they seem to be a bit expensive. I ended up over $10 for lunch and for that price I could probably have gone to a semi-decent sit down restaurant. While BM's food is most certainly better than typical fast food you would get elsewhere I think they need to do a bit better in price as that is why they are (IMO) struggling. Their food isn't the issue nor are there restaurants, it's just the price is too high. With that being said, if I'm in the mood for some chicken or fish and don't want the typical LJS or KFC/Popeyes fix this is my go to place. And they do a pretty great meat loaf as well (although I'm sure loaded in saturated fat but hey, it's meatloaf). Speaking of which I would like to see them offer some turkey entrees for those of us watching our diet. The baked fish is a great start though.

After seeing Boston Market on CBS Undercover Boss, I had to see what it was about. Staff here is friendly - offering insight into best items, always willing to let you sample and almost feels a bit like Southern hospitality. Clean interior, multiple tables but good atmosphere. Had the 1/2 chicken with mac & cheese & broccoli. Very filling. If you know what you want and don't need to sample, swing through the drive thru and be on your way.

I always loved Boston Market because of their fresh food. Unfortunately, there are no close locations in Columbus, Ohio. They're all reserved for the 'burbs. I was in Dublin, and I am lucky that I went here. I got the three piece which included two legs and a thigh, two sides and corn bread. I got corn and mac & cheese for my sides. I bought a drink as it doesn't come with the meal. It was less than $10. I was so happy with my choice. The chicken was juicy and tender and the rest of the meal was just as good. It really hit the spot. They offer a special discount if you do a survey on their receipt which was 20% off an order of $10 or more. They offered a promotional coupon good for the next day of buy a meal and drink and get the 2nd meal (of equal or lesser value) free. That second coupon is the best. I'm not sure if they offer it all the time, if they do, I'll be sure to return again.
