I don't know what the big appeal is for this place. My office orders this crap weekly like clock work. The four times I have ordered in last 5 years they (most of the time) messes up the order, Cold food most of the time, changes the pricing quite often, but the best is that EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER I GET A BLOND OR REDDISH BRUNETTE STRAND OF HAIR IN MY FOOD! Never again. I'll keep my $15. Forget about the customer service.

If you want your food to be several hours late and to have the wrong order, get your food from China House! The manager was very difficult to talk to, constantly interrupted when you tried explaining the situation. Said 30-45 minutes and took over 3 hours. Don't order from these clowns.

I've been ordering from China House regularly for a few months since I discovered it. The others are right, worst customer service ever. I ordered the same dish as always, delivery, and they delivered the wrong dish. When I called to get it fixed, they said sorry, next time. They said they knew they made the wrong dish but they would not make a new one even though we already paid and it wasn't what I ordered. I am not going back again.

I had placed an order for delivery here, and then I called back to add another order to it and told them to run my card again for the additional order. I signed a receipt for the total when the delivery man dropped it off. Someone from the restaurant called me from the restaurant...well I'd call it borderline harassed because she called and left at least 7 voicemails...almost a month later to tell me they didn't charge for our second order and I need to pay them $9.50. First of all, I barely remembered the order after almost a month. Secondly, what kind of business of this sort calls a customer after almost a month and demands payment? The problem is that it was a Visa prepaid giftcard so I can no longer track it to see if the entire amount came out or not. Based off the other reviews, this place seems pretty shady. Oh, and I think the food is pretty disgusting so I wouldn't go here.

The poorest customer service ever! Soooo....Decided that I would try this place since it was only 5 minutes from my office. Went in paid for a $5 order with a $10 bill as that was the only cash that I had. Realized that cashier forgot to give me my change ask for my change where then all of sudden no one could speak English! Tried to bully me and make me believe that I paid with a $5 bill, which could have been the case if I had not just gotten the $10 bill from the PNC next door!!! They then got more of the workers to state in a language that was not quite English that they all saw me pay with a $5 bill!!! I will NEVER go to this place again and I advise all who read this to do the same!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
