Food was great. We had the Fried Chicken and Fish. My wife's friend chicken was great and the fish was excellent. We both had fried potatoes and they were really good. Salad Bar was well stocked and the choice of dressings were large. All the vegetables on the salad bar including the tomatoes and lettuce were very fresh. We didn't have any coffee ( don't drink it ) and besides it sounds like being a caffeine addict can make you grumpy.

Stopped here Sunday, (12-14-14) for a late lunch with my family. First time in a while and will be the last time!! Did not know the resteraunt had sold a few years ago. Upon walking in to the booth we decided to sit at. The floor was literally covered with pieces of food that should have been swept up! The employees who were working at the time seemed not to care at all. The chicken on the buffet tasted like it had loads of greese in it. The ham was tough, the sausage with sauerkraut tasted like it was not cooked enough. The only thing we really found good to eat there was the macaroni and cheese. Even the ice cream came out runny!!! Owners, if you read this or any other bad review. Read between the lines, bring the resteraunt back to the way it was before you bought it!!! As of now, will be avoiding the Orchard Tree for good!!? Will not be surprised if this place closes with in the next few years.

Salad bar and soup was ok. Waitress was timely and nice but the dinner plates were either overcooked or "ahem" not so good. Won't be eating here when I am in town.

OK...its my second time here and I am upping my review. Its all about the chicken at the buffet. Its very good. And fresh caus the place is filled with grandparents ignoring their doctors. This place sits in a time warp...70s? The Price Is Right is on the TV in the dining room...and that is sooooo right for this place. The place is clean and friendly and the potatoes from a box...I don't care. Its just like mom used to make! Oh...and they make that florescent marshmallow salad...you know what Im talking about.

This was my first and last time to this place. I walked into the place at about 8:45 pm on a Saturday The place was empty. Even though the manager and the waitress were by the register when i walked in it took a few minutes for them to notice I was there. Once the waitress came by she asked what I wanted to drink and I said coffee. I was informed they had just dumped their coffee and wouldn't be making any more. What kind restaurant gets rid of their coffee before they close then refuses to make any? I ordered the veal Parmesan. It was very hot (so far the only good thing). However the sauce was more like a paste than a sauce. They must have scraped the bottom of the pot to get it. Never saw the waitress again after she dropped off my food. The manage came by and asked how my meal was, hadn't yet tried it was still working on my salad. Told her good but I would really like a cup of coffee. I was again told the coffee had been dumped and since they use the big coffee pots they wouldn't make any more. She also told me they close at 9 pm and it takes about 20 minutes to close up the restaurant and they were in that process when I walked in. I can see if you close at 9 pm and have a buffet how you would tear it down at 8:30 pm if no one was there but to get rid of your coffee? Any restaurant I have ever been to has had coffee right up the the time they lock the door, sometimes I have even seen them make a pot after they lock the doors. If you go here make sure you go before 8:30 pm since that's when they really close.
