I needed to calm down before I wrote this. That should tell you everything in a nut shell. The people who work at this location of Qdoba are like robots. The are on automatic and if you veer from their routine, it's similar to pulling the emergency break on a fast moving train! They offer a chicken mango salad.. which apparently is seasonal! I carefully read the description, and it sounded like exactly what I wanted. I need to qualify this with the fact that I can be very picky. When I read the description on a menu, that is what I expect. The menu said that described the salad as: mango salsa with a tangy lime vinaigrette dressing over shredded romaine lettuce and Qdoba's signature adobe chicken, served in a crispy tortilla bowl. So when I placed the order, the guy almost automatically put on black beans and corn. I said, no I didn't want them. So he didn't but when I asked for extra dressing I got an eye roll. As I went down the line, I had to keep telling them that I didn't want this and that. Finally, one of the guys said "OH, you want it as it's listed on the menu. I nodded happily and before I knew it, they were heaping cheese and sour cream on it. I said No but it was too late. The manager offered to remake it. I said no because they were busy and it didn't seem fair to people who were behind us. He then rather snidely reminded me that I had ordered it as it was on the menu. That is when I got mad. How dare he correct me. I was looking at the menu and there was no mention on the menu of cheese and sour cream! I know this seems petty. However they messed up and I was corrected. In addition, they are stingy with the mango salsa as well as the chips. The taco bowl was a bit greasy. The tables needed cleaning but they were quite busy. We've eaten here before. I'm wasn't a big fan before and am definitely not a fan now. I MISS MOE'S

My first visit was when they first opened, and I was not impressed. Too much cilantro not enough choices. However, I went back a few weeks ago to give 'em a second chance and I am glad I did. They added more burrito options like BBQ Sauce and Three Cheese, which are FABULOUS! Chips are additional and are average. There salsa are fairly good, with a wide variety. They still put cilantro in the rice (cant change that) but not as much as Chipotle. The chicken is very good, almost as good as Chipotle. I have not tried the steak or pork yet, but I will. Very good place. Rates up there with Moes!

I believe that this Qdoba has new owners/management. Service has improved over the last several months. Food quality is more consistent.

Food wasn't even mediocre at best. Very bland. I paid 10$ for chicken nachos and a drink. Chips over salted

Can I do a Negative stars? An employee at this restaurant refused to sell me Kid's Meals because I did not have the children with me !!!!!! SERIOUSLY??!!!!! I wanted the food to go, the kids were at home waiting for it. Thankfully their competitors don't feel the same way and will allow me to purchase whatever I want even if I am by myself. Hey Qdoba, ever hear of CARRY OUT?

This place was a great place to eat. It had spice and queso. The service was great with a kind staff and manager. I loved that you could get queso and guacamole for free. If your a college student, especially Wright State, you can get a free drink! Definitely come and try it out!

Been to this branch serveral times and I'm really starting to question my sanity. The people at this Qdoba are apparently not interested in doing their job or something. They don't listen either. My most current visit was Friday, Feb 15 2013. We showed up at the door at 9pm, and hour before closing. They did not have fajita veg for the burritos, they didn't have much of the meats except for Carnitas, and they didn't have enough of rice or the cheese sauce. The worst part is they were not interested in preparing any more. At an hour before closing they had torn down and cleaned the kitchen. They were unwilling to do anything about it either. They should be aware that there are other places right around this particular establishment like Chpotle and HotHead Burritos. They should be really trying to keep customers. There also used to be Moe's in the area but they're gone now because of the same behavior. Other Qdoba restaurants may be OK. When done properly, the food is decent. This particular establishment is sub-standard.

Not up to par. Chips way to salty. Workers have me very little lettuce on a salad even after asking for more. Left Hungry and not satisfied.

Have been here a few times; have not been back since they made one of my quesadillas wearing the same gloves they wore taking the prior customer's money. Ewwwww!

Qdoba - I really, really disliked you the first time I came here to try you limited edition street tacos. And I hadn't planned on coming back. But I'm actually glad I did. I was in the area, craving tacos and saw your sign for a Mango Salad. I love mango and that just sounded good. The salad had mangos, cucumbers, tomatoes and a lime dressing. It was so refreshing on a hot day. I chose the special where you pick two items, which meant my salad was smaller and not in a fried tortilla bowl, saving so many calories. I had grilled chicken tacos and they were so much better than the pulled pork I had before. The server was liberal with shredded cheese and sour cream, and these were pretty much the perfect tacos with the perfect salad (for fast food - we're not talking fine dining here). I am giving you more stars and rest assured I will return. See, sometimes first impressions don't last! Glad we're seeing each other again.

Not impressed. It's a poor imitation of Chipotle that tries to stand out a little but just fails miserably. They charge extra if you want the pepper and onions, and the onion were horrible, they weren't cooked well enough. Everything was just lacking that zest and kind of bland. The rice wasn't that great, the meat tasted like chemical and the beans were boring. I do like how they add the queso cheese though, and their dining room are nicer and more comfortable than Chipotle.

Been to a Qdoba before, but this one lacks the flavor and quality. I know that this is the new fad, but it lacks what Chipotle has been so superb at. The rice tasted bland and the quality of the chicken tasted like it was from yesterday. Wish I had more to say, but it definitely lacks the quality.

I am really surprised at the harsh reviews. I love the spices Qdoba uses and prefer them to Chipotle's. The cilantro rice is delicious. My favorite burrito is the fajita because the peppers and onions are cooked to perfection and they always go light on the onions per my special request. I have eaten here at least 50 times and they have had a fairly high turnover of employees so I'm sure whoever was working when some of the reviewers were there are now gone. That same turnover situation can result in some consistency. One time the rice was so terrible it was inedible. That happened a couple of years ago. The place is much quieter than Chipotle-- no harsh noise bouncing off the walls. I would definitely recommend this place.
