Love this place! Great sandwiches and great service. The subs are delicious and affordable. Potbelly also has live entertainment and a unique atmosphere with even weirder decor. Ordering is easy. Sandwiches come out a bit slower than say Subway, but the wait is worth it. The shakes take more time, but also worth the wait. I also always order the The Wreck sub with everything.

I've never been disappointed at this Potbelly. Great sandwiches, even better cookies! Try the Wreck with a side of potato salad and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie -- you won't be disappointed! Staff is very friendly and quick. There's always been live music inside the restaurant every time I've been there for lunch as well.

Great food, fast service. This is a great place to take your family. I got the pizza sub and it was incredible. My kids got the turkey and ham sandwich and also loved it. Atmosphere is small and cozy. They used to occasionally have a guy playing a guitar and singing while you ate but not sure if they still do that.

This is my go to dining place when at The Greene. It can get very crowded at lunch...any day of the week. So be prepared to get your food to go and possibly eat it in your car. Reasonable prices if you ask me...

This review is only for the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, which seemed to be a little old. I should have asked when they were baked, but I have never had an issue with the cookies from other locations before. I did also buy a sugar cookie, which was perfect!

I'm generally not a big sandwich fan, but sometimes you have a craving. I popped in here expecting it to be like Subway. It's nothing like Subway (and I do like Subway occassionally but it is what it is). The decor is rustic and very attractive, not "plastic fast food". And I was surprised to see entertainment...there was a guy playing guitar and singing at lunchtime. This is a destination, not just a "grab and go" place. The choices are varied, and the toppings are similiar to Subway, but seemed to be better quality. The bread is so good (Subway is good but doesn't even come close to this). Sandwiches are between the 6" and 12" Subway offers. I'll estimate about 8" long, and you have a choice of whole wheat or white. I ordered Chicken and Cheddar, expecting processed cold cuts like is the norm in a place like this. That would be WRONG. The chicken was like a home cooked chicken breast sliced. The toppings were great and the cheese was all melty. I think my eyes probably rolled back in my head after the first bite. All this for a mere $5. Are you kidding me? How did I not know how great this place was before? It made me feel like a WINNER to eat here. Return factor: Oh yeah, I'll be back.

I came here during lunch hour rush and the service was stellar! The manager even stopped by my table to ask how my sandwich was. Had the skinny turkey and it was delicious!

Potbelly was a weekly favorite lunch spot for my husband and me in Northern Virginia, and I was extremely excited to see that there was a location at The Greene! We visited this location today for lunch and we were not disappointed! We went right around noon and the place wasn't too crowded but had a decent amount of people eating lunch and in line ordering their food. All of the employees that I came in contact with were very friendly; one of the girls even asked how I was doing and if anything exciting happened yet today. Potbelly doesn't have an extensive menu, but a nice selection of various sandwiches and salads, along with milkshakes, smoothies, and cookies. The sandwiches are made to order so you can order something off the menu and tweak it to your liking; you just tell them what you want on it. My husband and I ordered our usual sandwiches that we used to order when we lived in Virginia and they were absolutely delicious; the taste ranked in the top two best that we've ever had. There was also live music by a musician named H.T. Hat, who was very talented and played the guitar and sang. While we were there, he played songs by Johnny Cash, CCR, The Eagles, The Beatles and some country stuff. It was really great and I didn't feel like it was too loud for the space. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely return to this location.

The sandwiches are OK, but their chili is really very good. Great place to grab an inexpensive lunch.

Everything at this location is always consistent - never disappointed with service or food. I just wish the drinks were cheaper (even though they do have free refills). Also, the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are to die for (especially when warm!). I will always consider this my go to place when I can't figure out what I want!

Very good sandwiches! Tried the "Wreck" as suggested on a a review, Pretty good! I'd say to not get the peppers on it, they're just very hot with no flavor, over powered the sandwhich. Pretty decent price for the size.

I went here for a late lunch on a Saturday, got my sandwich, sat down, ate half of it, went to the bathroom, came back within a minute, and they had already thrown my sandwich away and were cleaning my table while new patrons were hovering over the spectacle ready to sit-down. I told the girl cleaning my table and she offered to give me a free sandwich, so that took the edge off, but I haven't been back since.
