I usually always have a great experience at Longhorn! The place is clean and the servers are friendly and efficient. I've never had to send back my food because it always comes out perfectly. The steakhouse Mac is amazing, and you absolutely cannot leave without getting a chocolate stampede. The only downside to Longhorn is that there is typically a 30 minute wait anytime you go there. It's an awesome place, so it's always packed!

Food was good enough. Had the 9 oz filet, baked potato, and broccoli. The steak was cooked as ordered but was average in taste. The biggest issues I had were with the facility and the service. First, there was standing fluid on the floor at the foot of the table where I was seated in the bar area. Only one other table was seated while was there and the host seated the other table over the other standing fluid. During my meal I kept smelling something like cleaning products. I'm going to assume that was the fluid. I went to the restaurant at 2:30 in the afternoon so I was between lunch and dinner to avoid the crowd. The waitress was attentive until her relief arrived. At that point she was totally engaged with her coworker. She took my credit card and ran it then stopped 10 feet short to resume her conversation with her coworker until I asked her if I could have my card back. One last thought, the manager delivers my steak and asked me to immediately cut into it to make certain it was cooked correctly. Made me think they have an issue getting that right.

Been here many times before. Menu needs updated and food was very average. Our service was wonderful. Waitress very attentive and worked very hard. Even helping out other staff. Had prime rib sandwich it was bland at best and lacked the most important ingredient Prime Rib. Overpriced for the amount of food u get.

We visited this place 2 times, food was below average, medium steak was made as well done and has paper taste. Manager is really rude and smells like cologne store so you can hear him even 10 steps away. Disgusting. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 just because hostess girl and waiter were really nice.

The food was incredible. The service stunk. We even called ahead for our party of 9. There's nothing worse than going out to celebrate someone's birthday and having to be waited on by people who don't want or really care one way or another. My hats off to the salad prepper. Our salads were all wonderful. Thank you cooks for the perfectly cooked steaks and lamb chops. My mashed potatoes had way too much horseradish in it but I did not care as the lamb chops made up for it. The bartender was rude and waitress was either unprepared or worse in the wrong job profession. I'm not one to complain often but if your in customer service you really need to put your big girl-boy pants on when you show up at work and provide excellent customer service. We still tipped although it could have been a lot more if we had not been such a bother to the waitress and bartender tonight. It won't happen again. I will spend my $100 elsewhere next time and I'm sure the others at our table will as well.

Longhorn is always soo good to us! We go there a lot and even though they don't get my steak just right they always make up for it. Always so sweet!! And very professional! I would highly recommend going to this one!

It was okay. Service seems below average, based on my two visits. Each time, there was no host in sight upon our arrival. Kinda weird. We walked around the lobby area... Hello, anybody home? It was not at an odd time or anything. Eventually, we were seated. (The second time, we waited a few minutes, then walked into the adjacent bar and asked the bartender if we could just seat ourselves in there, which worked fine). So my tip is to just go into the bar. The bartender an okay job of waiting on us, but he had lots of tables, so he only came around for drink refills once during our hour-long meal. Food was good, and was consistent with other Longhorn locations.

All I can say is wow! Had the Parmesan encrusted asparagus and the Wild West shrimp. Encrusted asparagus is great when you want to feel like you're being good and you know you're being so wrong (it is a vegetable) and the Wild West shrimp is breaded with spicy banana peppers, great munchie.

This is just like every other Longhorn - a dusting above average service, quality brought in mass produced food that is usually overcooked a half over what you order (i ordered a medium rare filet - came out medium but still ate it...) The mac and cheese with bacon was good and so was the fried shrimp. I will always give this place another shot, when I happen to stroll by

First time at LongHorn Steakhouse and we will return!!! Our server was friendly; offered sample of the Shrimp and Lobster Bisque that I ordered! The food came out hot and appealing- even had a small side of fresh chips and cheese...mmm... The manager visited our table and we let him know that we would be back!

I have always loved Longhorn Steakhouse. When we got there they were not really busy. We were worried at first cause it took what seemed like forever to get a waiter to come over, But when he did, he didnt slack on a thing! He was very attentive to the drinks and anything we needed. The steaks we ordered were perfectly cooked too! I would defiantly send people to this location! They have their act together over there!! LOVE IT!

Decent middle of the road steakhouse chain. Nothing DIFFERENT about this particular LongHorn. I took clients here for lunch and it is really perfect for that sort of occasion. Nothing fancy here, but the decor, food and service will not embarrass you. Sometimes they will overcook a steak, but for the most part they have it right. Nothing aged, nothing gourmet, no white tablecloths but, it is the kind of restaurant that an Applebees wishes they could be. My Parmesan Crusted Chicken was pretty decent. Nobody at the table had anything bad to say about the food. Nor did I hear any lip smacking or yummy noises. The service was very nearly charming, but not high end either. Honestly, this is the definition of a DECENT restaurant and, for the price, it is a really good value.

Ok, so yea this is a chain and typically my wife and I would avoid this type of restaurant and opt for a locally owned (and usually better) establishment, we make an exception for longhorn however. The prices are great for what you get and our steaks are always perfectly cooked, never had a problem. Also, they taste great just how they are served, no need for additional seasonings. The baked sweet potatoes are a perfect addition as they add a good sweet contrast to the semi salty steak. Service has always been prompt and friendly. This is one of our go to places.

We went on Saturday night. Took quite a while to get a table. 80 minutes and we called ahead. That being said the food was great! We had a filet with a lobster inside. It was incredibly good! I would recommend highly.

This place was pretty good but nothing spectacular. I would likely come back if I had a hankering for a steak and was in the area but I definitely would not go out of my way to go here. I got the filet and my +1 had the ribeye. I actually ordered it bacon wrapped but didn't get it that way (I'll get to that in a sec). The portion sizes were pretty large and we left full. Salad was just mediocre. Definitely nothing special. We had the chocolate cake for dessert and that was DELICIOUS! Maybe a trip back just for dessert would be worthwhile? Sadly, nothing else was that outstanding. Service was great! Our waitress was super attentive and very genuine. I asked her opinion of an item and she was honest about it which I really respected. I did order the bacon wrapped filet and I guess she forgot to punch that in so I got a regular one. Immediately after the entrees were served the manager came over to check on us. I told him that they had forgotten to wrap my filet in bacon. His response was "did you order it that way?" If I was the manager my response would have been "I'm really sorry let me correct that" or if you really didn't believe me "I'm sorry about that. Let me go see what happened." I kinda felt like he didn't believe me. I've got better things to lie about than bacon. I'm just saying. When he realized that the mistake was theirs he apologized profusely and offered to make me a new steak. Loved that he offered but my +1's meal would have been done by the time I got my meat so I declined. He did comp us a dessert. The atmosphere was super cheese ball. They had chaps on the wall and assorted other cowboy gear. The patrons were not super high class either. I thought I was going to have to call CPS on the table next to us. I swear this woman was going to beat her child. That did not add to our experience. Overall, it was a pretty mediocre experience. The best thing they have going for them is the service but, I guess the is the most important part...

This place is kinda like a fancier Texas Roadhouse. I still prefer the bread at Texas Roadhouse, but the steak here is slightly better. They have a pretty affordable lunch menu and their service is great. I don't think it will replace Texas Roadhouse for us, but it's another choice just in case we want something different.

I love the flavor of the steaks served at the Longhorn. The bread is fantastic as well. I ordered the house salad dressing and while it was good, I felt it was a little bland. Service is great at this location. Granted we got there pretty late, and there is usually a wait. They do have call ahead seating, which is handy during peak times.

Usually I come away pretty satisfied from Longhorn for a chain steakhouse. The service last night was good, but my favorite cut of meat, prime rib, left a lot to be desired. I ordered medium rare and it was basically medium, hardly any pink to it at all. Will go back again, I am sure, but it's going to be a while.
