Portions huge and that is no lie. Prices obviously more than a Subway but Subway is all bread and no filling and this is the opposite - at LEAST a pound of meat on every sandwich. I go here for the reuben and the gyro. A regular size gyro - not even a large - is enough for a whole meal then some. Its our work's go-to place for great, quick, and delicious food.

If you like Rubens or Gyros get yourself here now! This place has absolutely off the hook portion sizes and fast service. The Arabic dudes who work here look and act like they just got off the Subway from Brooklyn 15 minutes ago-and I mean that in a good way. This is just a good old fashioned wham, bam, awesome food in your hand kind of joint. Reasonable prices too, I think you'd be hard pressed to be disappointed in a trip to this place. Come hungry. (No inside dining, strictly a carry out place).

Known for their corn beef but the gyro (yee-row) deserves just as much attention. Located in a small location on Brittain road. Definitely a neighborhood joint, cool local spot nestled away in Akron past the Goodyear HQ. Menu's short but the possibilities are endless..

Lunch and a show. ThIs place is always good for a 8$ football sized gyro and mega corned beef or rubeans for a really good price. I've been here dozens of times but one time I went with my dad and the two guys making sandwiches started arguing then it ended with the one guy smashing a tray of corned beef over the other guys head and punching each other before the other female employee broke it up. They stopped fighting after that and made me a delicious sandwich.

I ate at Hanini's at least once a week when I worked in Akron. I came back in town after two years and they recognized me and took just as good care of me as if I'd been in there a day before. Delicious sandwiches great guys running it. Fast fresh and delicious !!!

I got a real gyro for a 10hr. drive,all I can say is WOW.if you get a gyro where I live you get 3 slices of fake gyro meat. Thumbs up to manny

Awesome subs! The service is fast and friendly. I've never had a problem with the food. They always seem to have fresh buns, meat, and veggies...and the subs are huge!
