soy and almond milk available. lots of different kinds of seating. decent service, not overly friendly but not rude either. fast wifi, get the password at the counter and have your readers handy because it'll be a long alphanumeric code written on a tiny scrap no wider than a straw wrapper. the drink itself was underwhelming. milk was scalded and the foam was too frothy. as the drink sat the foam went flat and the volume shrunk in the cup. good location on bustling, trendy market street, which is full of shops and restaurants all trying to appear very upscale. the latte just wasn't remarkable at all. if i return to corning, i'll try another coffee shop. i have a hunch i could've done better in this town.

Instead of stopping at the chain DD, I wanted to try a small coffee shop. Why? Because they're my favorite. I had an interview over at Corning and headed here in the morning for a drink beforehand. I ordered a soy peppermint latte and a banana nut muffin for breakfast and sat in the comfy chairs in the window. There is a ton of seating and I love the mugs on the walls that you can use if you plan on drinking your coffee there. I LOVE that idea. It is so cute. The barista was super nice and helpful, I needed a bag for my breakfast because I was in a rush and she was just extremely helpful. I came back here after my interview and ordered a soy chai charger latte. They have soy and almond milk - WIN. They also have vegan desserts, chocolate covered espresso beans, tea, and milkshakes. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the decor, they were setting up the Christmas tree while I was there - so cute. Oh and btw, the coffees were both delicious! Loved the peppermint for this season.

I love this place. It reminds me of a coffee house I used to hang out in, in the 90's called Stimulants. It was cozy, the drinks were epic and the staff was polite and fun! I wish we had more little coffee houses like this in Buffalo. I loved that this coffee house has a fairly large bookshelf filled with books, comfy chairs and a couch in the back and have some delicious vegan desserts! My daughter had the vegan chocolate peanut butter brownie and it was soo delicious. I ordered the iced vanilla latte, an Italian soda for my daughter and my husband had a light roast coffee. When my daughter didn't like how her Italian soda tasted they added a suggested flavor in it for free and she loved it. They girls working there were so attentive and made sure we were satisfied and had a wonderful conversation with us. It truly felt like home there. I recommend this coffee house for all ages, for business meetings, a place to study or for a hang out with friends.

I found myself searching for a nice espresso before walking to work on a cold morning, and after nearly freezing to death, I stumbled upon this quant little shop at the end of Market Street. With nearly everything closed in the early morning, I was pleasantly surprised to find the warm shop having a variety of baked goods as well as excellent coffee. If you're from out of town as I was, this was a little piece of home that helped me get my day off to a great start. I can't wait to stop by again next time I'm in Corning.

Im down grading them after a friend an I stopped for coffee at 7:55 last night we walked in and the girl said we are closed. Not very good business practice to refuse customers 5 minutes before closing...

The coffee is great, the food is good as well. I have a hard time finding good decent espresso in Upstate New York, so Soul Full Cup is refreshing. The baristas are friendly and have a good rapport with their customers. The atmosphere is also good for getting reading, studying, and/or work done, or just to hang out with friends. I'd give Soul Full Cup a higher rating, but they recently started charging to use their Wi-Fi, via Time Warner Cable ($2.95/hr), which is really unfortunate. Otherwise, this place would be perfect!

This is a almost 'hidden' treasure--by virtue of its location at one of the far ends of Market Street. The regular coffee is great, and they offer just about any concoction one can think of. A few tables and chairs are scattered up front, and the back area is a place to unwind or catch up with email and work. The wifi is free and speedy, and the overall ambiance one that begs you to come back. Barista's are young, trendy, and attractive--always making one feel right at home and a wanted customer. Some nights 'events' are staged with food and music--always an interesting age and social status mix. The immediate surroundings offer a nice antique mall and other antique stores, glasswork stores, and other fun stuff. A must-stop if you are on Market and want a decent cup of brew!

I stopped by here last weekend with my girlfriend for a cup of coffee. After a drive in during which I became sleepy, I wasn't exactly looking for a cup of coffee. However, as we were walking down market street their handspun coffee sidewalk sign caught my attention. The inside was nice with soothing earthy tones and the customer service was good. My coffee was also delicious as it was very rich. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again if I was in town in the future. It seemed like a nice place And the coffee was good too!

I stop in often, sometimes with my husband while we're out on a weekend stroll, and sometimes with a colleague for a casual workday meeting. It has the perfect, unpretentious vibe. My old book club used to have meetings there, too. Good coffee and good prices. Nobody ever rushes you out and you'll always run into folks you know. The only reason I docked it one star is that it's often uncomfortably warm and stuffy in the winter months.

Great service. We had the ice mocha and thought it was great. Great place to just sit and chill :)

Much to love here: great coffee, desserts, atmosphere, wifi. But loses two stars for slow gabby service.

I'll admit to being a bit put off by this place as it seems to double as the town's bus depot and therefore amasses large crowds on its doorstop and dowdy outdoor tables. It also seems like a very local haunt, which is intimidating. The only reason we eventually ventured inside is because we there were scant other options on a recent Sunday outing (Is there nowhere in downtown Corning that does a good Sunday brunch? What's up with that?!). I'm glad we took the plunge! The front room wasn't especially soulful... it seemed neither cosy nor stylish. But the back room was a bit of both, with a few old wooden booths, some plush chairs, couches and art work I didn't abhor. The two girls working the counter looked stylish and sullen but were actually totally sweet and surprisingly chipper. There was an extensive drinks selection with varied prices, but still cheaper than Starbucks and much more satisfying. I went for one of the specials, an Oreo smoothie, which seems like a crazy contradiction and was kind of a surreal concoction with an odd icy texture. But also addictively delicious. My partner got a huge frothy hot chocolate with whipped cream. Yum! I happened to be starving, and the food options were disappointingly limited to bagels or pastries. So a bagel it was, for me, and a muffin for my mate. The former was pretty much standard fare, the latter was totally scrumptious. In all, our bill came to just $10, which seemed pretty cheap considering. If only they did lunch!

The homemade baked-goods, fresh coffee, and chill atmosphere make this the only truly viable cafe on Market Street. The staff can seem a bit snotty but are all really pretty cool. They're great to kids, and have books and toys.

In the spirit of full disclosure i only visit faux-bucks and never starbucks. What makes Corning ny so delightful are things like that there is not a starbucks, but better yet Soul Full Cup. A kind of cafe house you might find on northern exposure. THEY HAVE FREE WIRELESS... i suspect in the summer most european visitors make their way for both the perfectly crafted espressos and pastries, but also the wireless. Often live music on weekends. Owner is great guy.. roasts the beans himself. The staff is local and sometimes it may cause visitors to feel like outsiders.. and they are. just enjoy the board games, old jukebox, and complmentary newspapers and WIFI. i believe the are opening another one near the airport. This is the bus stop for the greyhound, shortline, whatever busline goes through corning enroute to nyc, boston, rochester, etc...

I really liked it here. It's well-decorated (the worn hardwood floors add to their aesthetic rather than making it look run-down) with a traditional cafe seating area in the front and some armchairs in the back. They've got a good selection of mugs, funky reusable cup sleeves, and other merchandise. The drink selection is also good, I had a strawberry Italian soda, which I enjoyed. The selection of baked goods looked respectable, I saw some baklava as well as a few kinds of vegan cookies, among other things. It seems like a good place to hang out, read the paper, and chat. If you're a local, I'd imagine it's even better, since it seems like there are a lot of regulars and it's like a little community.

Good coffee and tasty baked goods. Only bummer was that the oatmeal was instant.

Being new to the area from Atlanta, GA, my husband & I wanted to grab a little treat after catching a flick at The Palace Theatre. Walking up & down Market Street, we cam across Soul Full Cup. It was very crowded inside (which is always a good sign in my book), so the mister went inside to grab me a coffee. I think he ordered me a caramel mocha... and it was divine! Much cheaper than Starbucks, with an eclectic feel & atmosphere. We'll definitely be stopping at Soul Full Cup again!

The Soul Full Cup is the perfect place to grab a decent cup of coffee and hang out for a bit if you ever find yourself in Corning, NY. They offer a good selection of pastries if you're feeling peckish as well as free wi-fi if you need to get some work done. Speaking of work, it's also a great place for a meeting if you're looking for a change of scenery. The atmosphere is cozy.....I'm a sucker for exposed brick!
