They have mastered the dough and crust on the pizza. Flavorful and soft. Don't go for the pepperoni pizza though. The variety of slices are great and the honey garlic pizza was perfect. Chinese food on pizza and the chicken finger pizza was great. Clean restaurant and great service! I recommend this if you want pretty good pizza in Lewiston. They lost me with the pepperoni but other than that it's great.

The honey garlic chicken and bacon pizza is amazing! They always have a wide variety of slices available. Favorites has the best pizza in town, the crust is so good. The subs and salads are delicious and fresh as well. I've eaten here more times than I can count over the years and have never been disappointed.

Yes Yes Yes ...Finally a meatball sub with homemade meatballs homemade sauce and homemade rolls. One of the best meatball subs I've ever had. I always get their pizza nice variety and very good. I'm saying 5 stars are not enough so we will say 5 stars plus.

Last order delivered was spot on when previous delivery came with a burnt pizza. Last Friday pick up order was bad because sauce on wings was forgotten... It's becoming a hit or miss place this year what happened guys?! I suggest checking orders now when picking up and before delivery person leaves. Still the better pizza choice here in Lewiston but still.....

Love the pizza choices - definitely some interesting options for when you're in the mood for something other than the usual cheese pizza. I love the honey garlic pizza. Nice, thick crust. I also enjoy the chicken fingers and boneless wings. You have your choices of many sauces. I haven't tried a sandwich yet, but the list of options for those is also interesting. I love that they deliver, but the wait time can be pretty long depending on the night. Unfortunately, when the wait time for delivery is long, doing takeout is normally just as long. And it happens a lot. I just have to remind myself to call an hour or more before I actually want to eat.

I have never been to the restaurant , but do get delivery frequently. That was until last night, having waited an hour for delivery which is to be expected, they delivered me a burnt pizza. I have to eat on a schedule and didn't have time to call, complain and wait for another one to be delivered. If this were the first time, mistakes happen , but it wasn't. I guarantee it is the last. When your dogs won't eat the crust, maybe the person boxing it up might have noticed it was burnt. For those of you considering using this place for the Super Bowl, last year they sent us 2 burnt trays. Yes places make mistakes, but there comes a time when those mistakes become habit and I think Favorites has turned that corner.

Favorite's makes great pizza, and, makes awesome specialty pizzas every day available in slice form. Their specialty pizzas are, I'd say, their specialty. The counter staff is always very, very nice and fast and friendly. $5 for a regular slice, specialty slice, and drink is a fantastic lunchtime deal in Lewiston. Their daily specials are usually pretty solid for lunch. I'm not crazy about their wings and I don't always have good luck with their salads. Sometimes I think putting the salad orders on top of the pizza ovens while waiting for pickup wilts the lettuce. Overall, Lewiston is lucky to have Favorite's. Solid, consistent, and even a couple picnic tables. Also, their sub menu is gigantic. Anyone ever try every single one of them? Nice that they name them with nods to the local area (see The Purple Eagle).

Pizza is good, but don't sit down and eat in the joint unless you plan on throwing your clothes away and soaking in a tub for a week. Awful greasy and smoky smell!!!

I've been ordering from here for a while now and have always thought it was ridiculous that it takes 45-mins to an hour for anything to be delivered (10 wings or a much larger order). Then today I was going to pick the order up and they actually told me it would take LONGER than it would to have it delivered. I don't understand that. The food is usually good and the prices fair, but the service is seriously lacking. It shouldn't take a small town pizzeria 45mins-an hour to do anything when you can get any type of food in much larger cities delivered in 20 mins. Now going on an hour and a half and I still haven't gotten my 20 wings.

Really good with your average pizza place fare and a number of twists on the favorites. Definitely my favorite (see what I did there?) pizzeria in the area. Particular favorite is the fried cauliflower, yum. The asian salad was also delicious, loved the sesame dressing. I would definitely recommend picking up instead of delivery, but that may only apply to those getting fried-stuffs and not just pizza.

Pizza is ok, but the house sub - 'the original hoagie' - worth going back for. Good selection of slices at lunch.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
