$5 for four sides with rice and a soup. Really cheap and filling! The selections are pretty darn good as well!

The food from the buffet table are too oily and probably they put MSG. The soup which includes on the $5 pack smells like celery or some awful odor. When it's pack, there's not enough of tables to sit and eat your greasy Chinese food; therefore, you have to share a table with someone, ugh.

There's actually 2 yelp listings for this place but I'll post my review here. Reason for the 4 stars is because there is quite a bit of variety and tastes much better than Corner 28. I would even say it tastes better than SkyFoods. One thing is you have to pay first, then they give you a tray either with rice or you can get noodles. You walk from station to station checking out the various type of foods and once you've found one you like, you just signal to one of the ladies working on the other side and they will dish it into your plate. Being a first time customer, they didn't dish that much (but I was still very full) but I noticed some people getting a lot more proportions and because of how they were talking to each other, I assumed that they were a frequent customer. There is a lot of seats and because it's "fast food", you can get a seat quite easily.The place is relatively clean. Feels and looks like a chinese restaurant that has been in business for years. One thing to note is that the dish that had the tofu wrap, inside it is meat (pork) not the usual vegetables. There is fish dish which I suspect is just fish heads. I wouldn't get it because there's no meat and you're just lapping up the sauce. There is another fish dish which is cooked salmon. It's pretty good except for the fish being overcooked. Overall I would recommend this place and will be definitely coming back here more often if in the neighborhood.

Walking down from my favorite noodle place at the corner of Prince Street & 40th Road, I was feeling so disappointed because it was closed. Love the Hongkong noodle over there, Not even Chinatown has it. I only come here when i have some time & was thinking of where to eat when I accidentally passed this place that has a big boarded Ad on the side walk that says 5 Combinations & 1 Soup for 4.99, Boy that was cheap, so I walked in to a very busy buffet /steamed table with must be around 50 kinds of mouth watering dishes. The place was neat & almost full, & people just walking in...I decided to try it. There was a large Selection of Food from different kinds of noodles, Chicken dishes, Tofu, Pork Dishes, a Ton of different kinds of Vegetables, Fishes, Egg Dishes, Beef etc. I combed the whole area trying to pick up the 5 dishes & came up with the Mei Fun, Some Tofu dish, Mixed Vegetables, Pork Chop, & Chicken dish with Seaweed Soup. It was so good...I was wondering how they can make money because everything was cheap, with all the help behind the counter...what more, they are all very helpful & nice, I thoroughly enjoyed my food. I must have gone there like a dozen times after that. i saw friends buying food to go after work. Why not. It was cheaper in the long run. What more it was all tasty & delicious...So if you find yourself in Flushing, try this Taiwanese Buffet place, I am pretty sure you'll make it one of your favorite stops whenever you are there. Their menus change too...Good Food indeed.

Foods are pretty good, but staff are friendly. I have passed by today, and they are closed by dept of Health's notice on the door.

wow i can't believe there are only 1 review for this place! the food is fantastic! you get white rice, soup, and 4 items for only $4.00! or you can get 5 items and not get rice. there are so many different type of dishes and they're all so delicious! it's cheaper than the buffet meal from corner 28 which costs $4.75

I came here one late Friday night so they're already in the process of stocking away leftovers and selling what can still be sold to customers like me who show up late. The place has that particular smell of a place that has not been cleaned after a long work day. I didn't really enjoy the food I had (the fish was SO bony!). Surprisingly, the soup was still hot. Service was friendly and helpful, though. I'd like to show up again one of these days and try if they can do better next time.

$4 for 4 sides on rice/noodles and soup fills you up, and then some. I don't know why they advertise the food as Taiwanese, because it's more like Cantonese fast food than anything else. There are not 50+ choices... more like 20. For the days you're too tired from work to go out and eat a credit card meal.

This is a fast food buffet restaurant. It has eat in tables but most the customers go for take out. The buffet cost only $4.00 ( included tax) It has a choice of soup, a choice of white rice or noodle, plus 4 more selection of veggie & meat dishes. The counter has over 50+ dishes of selections. Fishes...steamed, fried, broiled, sauteed, Tofu..spicy, fried, with intestine & white carrots. Meat ...beef, pork, chicken, shrimp. Cold & hot veggie... many kind of mushrooms plus countless flesh vegetables. The selection is endless. The food are usually blank & dry for most of the other fast food buffet restaurant. Surprisingly, this $4.00 buffet is amazingly good! Lunch hour has the best food because flesh food constantly coming out from the kitchen.
