I mean, it's exactly what you want in a diner: Hearty, good-tasting, inexpensive food and lots of it. Occasionally they have a surprise dish that knocks it out of the park. If you're in a diner mood at a reasonable hour of the day, this is the best place around.

Still a favorite for me, although I've notice a little bit of a decline as of late in the service and cleanliness. The food is excellent greasy spoon fare--breakfast menu is excellent, daily specials are nicely prepared. Turnover is high, so the food is fairly fresh. The standout are the desserts--pies are EXCELLENT, bar none the best in the area.

Visited based on a recommendation of a friend. Pulling in the place looked a little sketchy. I went inside to find a traditional diner. Prices we good, food was great. Will definitely return. Make sure if you visit to bring cash as they do not accept credit cards.

Delicious homestyle cooking. The pancakes are my favorite. Low-cost, no-frills, and a Classic American Diner architecture. I really enjoy eating there, even though the tables were made for a much thinner patron and the place itself can fill up pretty fast. It's not for everyone, but I enjoy it!

Looks questionable inside and out, but the food is delicious. The roast beef is better than most chain restaurants. Also, the apple pie is to die for. You get way more than you pay for, I've had food falling off my plate. Best diner food I've ever had. The same waitress is usually there when I am, and she is very nice and welcoming.

Eddie's is housed in a classic 1940 "railroad car." It presents a less than glorious appearance from outside or inside. If you get past the looks you will find a diner that is far better than most for eating at great prices. The daily specials change by the day on a weekly basis. Thursdays are for roast beef that rare matches any prime rib in our estimation. If only well done is available or you just don't like rare, I suggest you might want to try almost anything else. The corn beef and cabbage with horseradish sauce made for the day is what I usually get. Lamb when it is in season on Tuesdays is also very special for us. Best, Terry
