Love their pizza! And their pork chops are great too! I've had their salad, great too! Pastas were also very good. They do have a good selection on their menu. Usually we do take outs on pizza and it takes 15 mins or so. They don't deliver though, but we don't mind picking it up ourselves. Its worth it!

The Greek Salad is always fresh with crisp lettuce, homemade Greek dressing, lovely feta and superb olives. Interior is in dire need of a makeover. It's time for the shotgun and rifles on the wall to go. The Greek Salad is really tasty and it is loaded with fat and calories....but thankfully dressing is served on the side.

Pizza was very good, not a NY thin crust by any means but not thick as Chicago style either. We tried the meat lovers, margarita, and the goat cheese and olive pies. The mets was my favorite, but surprisingly I really enjoyed the goat cheese pie almost as much. Definitely would make this a place to recommend if in the area.

There was a group of 30+ of us and we were STARVING after a day at Catamount Adventure Park. Four Bros is perfect. Low key and very neighborhoody. Just a 10mins drive, it's convenient, has solid food and is hassle-free. And I agree with the other yelpers, the pizza is quite good.

Four Brothers is the traditional post-festival destination for some of us volunteers after the end of the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival each year. Around 7:30pm on that Sunday, we descend on Four Brothers for the first sit-down meal (and the first flushable toilet) we've had for about a week, and the restaurant treats us nice. Actually, I was going to give three stars, but they do such an enormously awesome job of taking care of our big group, which fills the restaurant to capacity in a half hour span, that anything less than four would be uncivil. So why three stars before counting the service? Because although everyone I go with seems to love the pizza just fine, there's quite a bit of non-pizza on the menu, and it's pretty hit-or-miss. So if you don't eat cheesy pizza for one reason or another (vegan? lactose intolerant? just not in the mood for it but the other 57 people in your party voted you down?), the offerings are not particularly consistent. As of this year, they've refurbished the menu and added a bunch of stuff to it. I was accustomed to having exactly two things on the menu that I could eat without being annoying and asking for "hold this" and "sub that" treatment: pasta with marinara and a bed of greens with salmon. The greens-with-salmon is a very good choice. Everything tastes fresh. The pasta is ok. Nothing really to complain about there, but if you really don't want cheese, make sure to say so: they're a little parmesan-happy. Among the new additions to the menu are veggie burgers and salmon burgers. I do not know if the veggie burgers are vegan or not, and at the end of the festival week, I really didn't care (fairly sure the bun isn't, though). So I gave it a try because it was new, and I was sadly disappointed. I was sitting with three people who all got the salmon burger -- also because it was new -- and they might have been even more disappointed than I was. The buns were simply lame, and the burgers were nothing special. Guess I'll be going back to the pasta or salad next year. One year I did order pizza made-to-order without cheese. A vegan, cheeseless pizza can definitely be done well, but not generally at a place that doesn't normally do that kind of thing. So it was predictably unexciting. However, normal pizza eaters should be perfectly happy with the pizza here! So then there is that service. It is competent. That doesn't sound like glowing praise, I know, bear with me. I can't say I remember them ever going out of their way. I can't think of any memorable occasions or servers. But when the restaurant fills up with a massive group of noisy, dusty, and possibly smelly music fans just off a campsite, all at the same time, it takes a lot of work to be competent. To be able to keep track of two entire dining rooms' worth of people; to offer as many separate checks as the customers ask for; to take orders quickly, efficiently, and courteously; to get the food back out in a timely fashion; to keep the pitchers of water on the table full; and to do all of this with no errors in the checks or food orders at any step of the way that I can recall... they do a darn good job of staying kind, professional, and helpful. Even though it's a pay-at-the-register establishment, I've also seen the servers take the check payment from the table on occasion, as well. They're good at putting up with us year after year.

Look - it's totally fine. But if you are from the City and not used to 'upstate pizza' then you are going to be a little dissapointed. It is kind of like a good Dominos. Other stuff on the menu is good too. Again, totally fine, but nothing to rave about.

The pizza at Four Brothers is really good. When I say really good, I mean that as a compliment, not just a step above mediocre, but not delighting every taste bud in mouth in extraordinary ways with fancy toppings like spinach or gorgonzola. But there aren't many other pizzas that taste like this and have the same dough consistency. It's really good. Not gourmet. Not thin crust. But it all tastes...really good. The Hillsdale location is big, very family-friendly, and has a separate room which has a bar. I like bars and like the fact that I can sit at one while waiting to take out this really good pizza. And for those of you who enjoy collecting pint glasses, they have their own.

Honestly some of the best pizza I've ever had. The margarita pizza was the best by far!
