Went here to grab a quick bit to kill the munchies, a grill chicken sandwich with sea salt fries and a drink (more on that later). It was quite a slow service, because the dude behind the counter, kept taking way too many orders, which causes the one and only kitchen staff to yell at him and embarrass him, poor guy. This also made the waiting experience an extra 10 minutes, too long. Anyway, this Wendy's was very clean, well lit,surprised to see many couples eating here, I guess the economy hit Queens hard or something. The only problem I had was that the soda machine was only spewing seltzer or bitter water, because the only soda available(at the time) was Sprite, and I wanted Cherry Coke, but no, they failed in that department. So they get a 2 star.Sorry!

Dining at this establishment is hit or miss. The food is great sometimes and not so great other times. The line inside gets really crazy most of the time. Service is super slow and I have waited as long as 15 minutes to just order food and it will take another 10 minutes to get it. I would give this establishment 2 more additional stars if the food quality was consistent and if the wait to order and get food did not take years.

Really, it's Wendy's. I grew up eating Wendy's, so it brings up great memories. In Texas the 99 cent menu is freaking phenomenal. In any case, this place gets the job done. They get you your junky fast food really quick, and there is lots of seating, so a table is always available. On the weekends it is a bit more packed and the staff is a bit more stressed, but overall it's pretty quiet and quick service. Unlike Manhattan Wendy's, this one has the fountain drink machine out in the main area, so you get all the free refills you want. Nothing goes better with those salty Wendy's french fries than Diet Coke!

Yeah another fast food review. Well, I actually like Wendy's unlike McDonald's and Taco Bell. People stereotype fast food chains being shitty, which are true in most cases, but I think Wendy's is a exception (no I do not work at Wendy's). They use unfrozen meat (for me this is a big deal in a fast food chain), and the frosties taste less chemical than other fast food chains ice cream. The burgers are actually good too. If I was a poor teenager and had to pick a place to eat with my remaining $8 in my wallet, I will without a doubt pick Wendy's

When I walked in there were 5 people on line in front of me. Here I stand 20 minutes later and I have yet to order. I kid you not! I just want to pick up a baked potato for my wife before I go home and it's going to quadruple my commute time. Well maybe more cause the couple in front of me don't know what they want. Really? You've been standing in front of the menu for like 30 and you don't know what you want? Ok ok focus. Woosahh. Oh wait it gets better I just ordered and of course they are out of baked potatoes. Wonderful... Ugh. I'm done goodnight.

While I go there often and the food is just about right, lately there has been a lack in drive thru service due to some Miserable Fat female employee.she does not like her Job dosent give out receipts and has an attitude and talks about customers while you wait for your order.she needs to be fired she's disgusting to look at and they have just lost me as a customer.

I know it's a fast food chain restaurant, so I can't expect much, but even though the quality of food here is OK by fast food standards, the service is horrific. I go here to get the 4 piece or 6 piece chicken nuggets and the baked sour cream potato. Usually OK, definitely edible. BUT, customer service is horrific and all the cashiers I've encountered have had attitudes. NONE have been remotely pleasant, and of course, definitely not friendly. They act as if they are doing you a favor by serving you, when in reality, they're paid minimum wage to do so. If you don't like earning minimum wage, find a different job.

I just went through the drive thru and had the worst experience ever.I go there often never had a problem until recent weeks a Fat Female employee that works the drive thru doesn't not like her job constantly gets the order wrong and has the most disgusting attitude ever!!!Northern blvd Wendy's just lost me as a customer!!! Will not be going back there she needs to be fired.the manager needs to get rid of her asap

Went through the drive through and the following happened : 1)They asked us to move up to help their timing 2)didn't give us the straws or barbecue sauce we asked for. 3)Went back in to request said items and waited 10 minutes for any service being ignored the whole time. 4)then found our sandwich was wrong and had to do that all over again just to get it right. (gave us chicken sandwich when ordered baconator)

I'm always a huge Wendy's fan because they have the widest selection of food choices when compared to the other chains in the Big 3. I've been going to this Wendy's for years but I feel like their service quality has been getting progressively worse. They used to be pretty quick in serving customers but they're severely lagging now with wait times averaging 10-15 minutes, long lines, and messed up orders sometimes. They still have great quality burgers and salads (as I expect from Wendy's) and a drink station in the seating area so I can get free refills of anything I want. Seating is usually pretty plentiful and it's very comfortable after their renovation a few years ago. Even though their service quality is slowly deteriorating, I still prefer this Wendy's over others in north/central Queens.

While taking an extra 30 seconds to check my order he told me to "move from the window ", he could have said that differently but i guess he doesn't how he talks to customers. Next time I'll go with my gut and just go to Popeyes.

Slow & Incompetent Service How hard is it to take a order & fulfill a order? *Way to hard for the EMPLOYEES OF THIS WENDY'S ESTABLISHMENT* ... Let the list begin ! 1. After drive through payment I was instructed to pull up by the door to wait for my order ... waiting & waiting for fast food! 2. Wendy's brings out my order & informs me they forgot to charge me for a item, takes my CC I am waiting again! 3. I notice they gave me the wrong salad... She takes the salad & returns with the correct salad without any dressing I am waiting again! I had to go I couldn't wait no more for fast food, the truly ironic part is that this angry incompetent employee, acted as if she was doing me a favor! Now to top it all off, the worst thing that could of happened. When I got home I NOTICED they didn't give me any damn *SAUCES* for my NUGGETS ...I am a multi sauce dipper ... That was the dagger through my heart!

This is by far the best Wendy's I have ever been. Manager Michael is spectacular! He provides the best service to customer. The service was super fast and employees are awesome. Also the restroom is very clean, and that says a lot about the place!

I give it 3 stars cause their foods always fresh and tasty but they lack the last 2 cause they really need to hire smarter people that can handle a drive thru order. They always and I mean the the majority of times I go ALWAYS mess my order up and no one likes to eat good meal on a pissed off stomach.

I love coming here to get items off the value menu. The food is fresh but service could be better. Sometimes the line gets long while there is only 1 cashier to take your order. After they renovated the place, it is very comfortable to have your meal and now you get free refills as well :)
