My husband and I had dinner here last night for the first time while we were searching for a quick bite to eat... Pros The service was very good and we were warmly greeted The naan was excellent Chicken makati (sp) was excellent The vegetable samosa was terrific Food was fresh and well prepared Cons A bit pricey ( tandoori chicken was 16.00 and that was one of the less expensive dishes besides the vegetarian ones... It also wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked but was tender Overall we agreed we would eat here again and were glad to have stumbled upon this place.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were planning a small party of maybe 20-25 people and the owner reassured us that this place was perfect. We were very happy with our selection until the week before the event Seeme started getting restless and pushy, since our event was so soon we stuck through our decision and even paid her half the cost for the event. However, the day before the event she called us and told us that the pipes had leaked and she would try to get the place in shape by the event. Not taking any risks, we chose to cancel the event at her establishment and held it at another place instead. Furthermore, when we went to collect the money, she REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK. SHE TOLD US SHE SPENT IT ON GROCERIES. She said she didn't have the money, which isn't our problem. This was the worst experience with any establishment that I've ever had. I would honestly rather starve than deal with this unprofessional staff again. Also lying doesn't help your pathetic place either.

Me and my husband came here for the lunch buffet as advertised on the front of their store. When we came in it was not buffet but lunch thali. The ambiance of the place was very dark and it was freezing inside! We were the only customers there and the wait for our food was SO long! The lunch thali gives u the option to a choose a platter with one meat and one veg. I had chicken tikka masala and my husband had the tandoori chicken. Both was very very dry. The veg selections was very greasy!! Overall, this place was horrible and the food was disgusting. We dont recommend this place at all nor would we ever come back here. Never trust a paki-indian place if u want indian food--go to an authentic indian restaurant!

After driving by so many times I finally went in with my fiance and everything was fantastic. The lamb Da Piaz was the best ever. It was so tender and the sauce to die for. It's authentic and a great small family business! Definitely coming back soon!

Bad bad and bad!!! Called in a delivery order at 6.40pm, because We live 5 miles away they said we had to pay $5 for delivery, ok fair enough. 7.30pm they called to confirm our order! Ooookkkkk what have they been doing for the last 50 mins!!! 8.04pm we called to find out what happened our food, oh it's on the way the lady said! 8.15pm call from delivery guy - he got a flat tire but will be here soon!! 8.18pm we called the restaurant to complain and lady told us the driver had problems with the GPS! Lies??? We told her we would not be paying delivery charge and she agreed! 8.43pm food delivered! 2 hours later!! Opened our assorted appetizer and it was cold and soggy with grease! Yuck! We basically had to heat up everything in the microwave! Chicken tikka masala - bland, chicken jalfrezi - bland and not spicy like requested. It was a total disaster! We had eaten at this location previously when it was called Shukalia and also had a very long wait with same results of bland food. Something tells me this is the same owners but just a name change! Stay away from this place, I know I will! If I could give it zero stars I would!

I went for the all-you-can eat lunch buffet. Don't go if you're hungry. Although it's all you can eat the pickings are slim - both on choices and quantity. I was disappointed. Naan was greasy, chicken and and goat were mostly bones. The rices were dry and over done. The chick peas with spinach were tasty but dry. The vegetarian fritters were overdone and old. The meal comes with beverage (half pitcher of warm lemonade by the buffet table) and dessert (rice pudding, also warm, and exposed to the flies in the area). The highlight of the meal was the entertainment...in the form of fighting in the kitchen. The $8.95 price - $9.63 after tax - was about four times the value. As I usually leave a cash tip, I zeroed out the tip amount on the credit card bill and was asked about a tip! Yeah I left a buck. Worst dining experience ever in an Indian restaurant. I should have known better when I walked in and there were only two diners in the place.

Don't order if you like to eat food at a time within memory of when you order. They took almost two hours despite listing themselves on seamless as taking 30-45 minutes, and lied to me on the phone twice. Funny moments: (1) they called me more than an hour after I ordered to tell me they didn't have lamb (2) when I call 30 minutes later they told me it was with the driver on the way, but when I complained how long it had already taken, immediately offered to add samosas to the order. The food was mediocre, although that might have been influenced by the fact that we were extremely hungry by the time we ate it. Sad, as there aren't many Indian options in the area, but this is our first and last time with these guys.

My girlfriend and I both ordered the Navratan Korma as it is one of our favorite dishes. We get it at any Indian restaurant we go to and it is always good. When our food got here, we basically had 2 pretty small bowls of oil and vegetables. It was ridiculously oily. I complained and asked for my money back as it was too late to order anything else. The woman on the phone tried to tell me that was the "authentic" way to make the dish and said that other places "Don't know how to make it". She refused to refund my money but said she would give me free dessert next time. What a joke. This place is also insanely overpriced. $35 down the drain. Go somewhere else.
