This is definitely the go to Diner when you are in the Bronx. The food never disappoints, and the service is always great. I've been there for breakfast and lunch on many occasions and always leave satisfied. Was there for breakfast today , had a stack of pancakes , beacon , and eggs all cooked to perfection.

Me and a friend went to Townhouse restaurant for dinner. Okay now Co-op city has a red lobster on bartow ave near bay plaza. But I am going off topic so I will get back to my review I ordered buffalo wings and fries and well the fries was not what I was expecting. It was subpar and the buffalo wings was at least decent. Maybe next time I try the burger without the awful fries

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I called to make a delivery order and the hostess had an incredibly ugly attitude. She was clearly multi-tasking and speaking to myself and another patron at once. She couldn't hear my order and became irate with me and irritable. She began yelling into the phone. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to place him on the phone. After calling back, she stated that the manager didn't want to speak with me. Poor customer service and sub-par food. I am so displeased with NY diners and NY customer service. Overrated and sub-par. Get me out of here please.

I have enjoyed some basic orders here. I have gotten the bagel and lox platter, grilled cheese, eggplant Parmesan, and muffins. Coffee is fine. My husband likes the breakfast specials. Friendly hostess and servers.
