This is my favorite place to get a bagel in the area. The quality is great, and the selection is even better. I tend to stick to the same few bagels, but have tried plenty of them. My favorites are pretty unoriginal (plain, everything, cinnamon raisin), but I've heard good things about their specialty bagels. I tried the asparagus, mushroom, and egg white breakfast sandwich today. It was very tasty, but there seemed to be more bagel in comparison to the toppings. It also came to $5.21, which seems sort of pricey for a breakfast sandwich. The prices also seem a little high for a bagel toasted with butter ($1.95), but I'll pay it because it tastes so much better than other bagels in the area. I suppose that would be one of the downsides of Manhattan Bagel: the prices. The other downside is the length of time it takes when you go through the drive-thru. It's a little bit longer than a Tim Horton's, Starbucks, or Dunkin Donuts drive-thru, but it's worth the wait. The lunch food is good as well, although I haven't had much besides their Asiago roast beef sandwich. But I certainly recommend that!

I give them three stars mainly because of the customer service. I LOVE the food at Manhattan bagel. The chicken salad sandwich on a croissant is one of my favorite lunch go-tos. However, the customer service is usually less than sub-par. The manager is usually the one who seems the most frazzled (imagine that?). And some of the workers clearly know what they're doing and enjoy sending people off to work with a smile, while others couldn't care less. So, I continue to go for the great food and hoping that more than once in a while I will get served by someone who doesn't act like I am greatly imposing. The food is much better than that of other breakfast "fast-food" cafes in the area so for that we thank you.

I like coming in early in the morning before work. They aren't very busy and the staff is very friendly and they have a sense of humor. They have a drive through and a spacious dining area. They have daily specials for lunch and bagels. Very fast service and their products are simply delicious. I love the jalapeño cream cheese, it's my favorite. They sell a variety of cream cheese. It's great. I like their coffee. I get a cup of the light blend roast and mix in half of the dark coffee and add some light cream. If you come here often enough they'll even call you by name. I don't come as often as I used too. Just a few times a week. I can't remember once having a bad experience here.

I really like Manhattan Bagel. The bagels are fresh, the sandwiches are killer, and the staff is friendly. What makes me sad about this place is that for someone who lives in the city its a bit out of the way. But for me getting a fresh everything bagel with the vegetable cream cheese from Manhattan bagel is worth the 10 minute drive. The couple times I've been in to this location it has been breakfast time and busy. The staff worked quickly and effetely to get everyone served as fast as possible without making any mistakes. I wouldn't recommend the drive-thru because it was a bit slower then the inside. I'm not sure if the person ahead of me had a large order or what but it did take about 10 minutes for the one car ahead of me to get everything, so now I usually go inside.

This is a decent place to get a bagel and/or sandwich. I like to stop in here during the work day to grab a turkey sandwich on an 'everything bagel'. It's convenient that they have a drive thru, however I usually just walk in, and I am in and out, in less than 5 minutes. I LOVE their garlic and herb cream cheese!!! It tastes good on all bread products! Next time you are in the mood for a carb overload, pick up some bagels and their garlic and herb spread, you won't be disappointed!

I live only about 100 yards from this location so I tend to gravitate towards it more often. The bagels are always fresh and the assortment of shmear is varied, unless you're a purest -- try the scallion. The coffee is close to $2 for a medium, so I took a star off for that and recently they changed up some staffers, and the new people move like an elderly couple fornicates -- so I took a star off for that too. Both things are fixable. (there's a $1 cup off coffee at McDonalds literally right next door.)

Love it here. The muffins and bagels are always fresh and they have a great variety. I love that you mix your own coffee so you can get it just the way you like. They have great coffee flavors. Drinking their winter blend right now! So good. Customer service is always top notch

Great coffee with a variety of brews to choose from. Have bagels, muffins, and fresh fruit/yogurt as well

I have been to this location a few times, and in the past, my experiences have been ok--I got my food/beverages, paid my bill and left happy camper. I had an iced cap last time I was there that was absolutely amazing. Today...not so much. I had been dreaming about aforementioned iced cap all morning, so I headed over to MB on my way home to get my fix. I went through the drive through, and their sign said a regular sized iced cap cost $3.89 ($4.99 for the large). So, I placed my order for the regular and headed up to the window. Then I spent at least 5 minutes (probably closer to 10) watching this kid struggle to make my drink. He added ice, milk, and maybe some ice cream, uncertainly prodding the mixture with his ice cream scoop as he went. Then he added some water... the whole time he had this perplexed and confused look on his face. Finally his manager came over, dumped in some hot coffee, and apparently declared it finished, because he poured it into my cup and handed it out to me. When he gave my receipt, I notice he charged me for the large iced cap. When I mentioned the price posted on the sign he said, "I don't know why it says that." My drink, unsurprisingly, was all screwed up, and tasted horrible. After driving through the line again to confirm the posted price, I went inside so I could maybe get a new drink, and at the very least, get the charge on my card fixed. When I went inside they told me that they don't have a "regular" sized iced cap anymore, and that the sign is wrong. Uh.....then change the sign. Then, they couldn't figure out how to make a refund on my card, so they paid me back in cash. They never offered to remake my drink, and never apologized. Shockingly bad service.
