I use to enjoy this 'bucks location at the top of Wolf rd. There are two Starbucks located at both ends of this road. I especially enjoy travelling down it on Saturday afternoons, I took a right at the bottom of wolf rd where wolf rd intercepts central ave in other words coming from albany. I gave one honk for the Ron Paul supporters on the corner holding campaign signs and in the middle of the road still en route to this North end Starbucks I also gave another honk to the 'Good feet' guy who was carrying a sign "Honk if your feet are tired". He was waving and outfitted in a "Fugi" foot costume complete with red toe nail polish. I like it when businesses use entertaining and captivating ways to draw people in. That is what good marketing does it gets your attention. I had bypassed the South end Starbucks even though it was closer because it did not have a drive thru. I finally ended up at North end one which is adjacent to a Moe's franchise. The Moe's is always busy and looks like crowd roaring fun for parents and kids alike. I was once informed that the whole building is owned by the same person and whoever that is, he/she needs to not be a cheapo and turn on the lights already, at the Moe side in the early morning around six o'clockish!!! It is too dark at the butt crack of dawn for Starbucks customers to go through a partially lit drive thru to get a cup of joe. On this one occasion, the drive thru was a snake line. It was moving as slow as molasses! And all I wanted was a black coffee drip too! At the intercom I could tell by the sound of the guy's voice that I was not going to like him very much when I got to the window. Sure enough, when I pulled up all three of the employees were chit chatting away like they were in the back kitchen of Mcdonalds where no one could see them. None of them turned to me for like twenty minutes to get the money. A red hair bearded fella came out of nowhere and took my money and handed me my coffee spilling it all over my car's window sill and my fingers. If it was indeed Mcdonalds it could have been a 'great balls of fire' situation. I screamed at him to take it back and to dump some of the excess coffee out of it and I took it upon myself to remind him of the Mcdonald's lawsuit everyone must know about. lectlaw.com/files/cur78.… Some times Starbuck's drive thru attendants fill the cups too high and the lids don't stay put and pop right off or the coffee drips down the seam of the cup and stains the business attire I am wearing that day.

I just stopped at Moe's for lunch, since Starbucks was right there I stopped for a quick coffee. I decided to get a hazelnut latte. It seemed to take longer than normal to get my drink. The staff (led by what appeared to be the shift leader) seemed preoccupied complaining about other employees despite several customers waiting for their drink. It was slightly entertaining, but very unprofessional.

Super nice crew and very knowledgeable about the coffee they provide. One of the larger Starbucks in the area. And it has drive-thru service. I'm a fan.

Not always in the mood for a $5.00+ coffee, however when the mood strikes me my go to is a Carmel macchiato. At this location i have been numerous occasion and their consistency is spot on every visit. Looking for coffee quickly head to Stewart's, although depending on what barista you get you may have it within a couple mins or 20.

Excellent customer service. Which is really all you need to know, oh and it has a drive through, and a beautiful inside incase you like to study or want to be on a date. But you probably know that Starbucks has delicious coffee by now, so as far as Starbucks locations this is a favorite of mine. Quick service, Friendly Service, Delicious results. Oh and they have coconut milk now! yay :)

Super fast drive thru. Very convenient. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and an Americano and I had both in less that 5 minutes from the time I ordered.

Coffee is hot, tea is wet. Weird seat configuration. May not be a good place to work, there is a one hour time limit for parking spaces.

So I should start by mentioning I lived in Seattle for a number of years and maybe I have high expectations of Starbucks locations. This place is a complete hit or miss depending on the day and I'm not sure if in other places, like Seattle, this location would survive. I recently moved and this location is along my commute. And it has a drive thru. I was so excited. Then I tried it a few mornings. A few mornings I've spent over 10 minutes sitting in the drive thru waiting with only 3-4 cars in front of me. A few times I've had terribly burnt espresso drinks from here. And one time I'm fairly certain they just gave me a wrong drink - the side said it was the right thing, but it definitely did not taste like what I ordered. However, there are some mornings that I go and it is speedy and the coffee is delicious. Sometimes the people are friendly and other times I think that some of the staff must hate their jobs and it shows. I do enjoy Starbucks coffee, but sometimes it's hard for me to come here because I'm never sure what I'm going to get.

Not the speediest service. Waited over 10 minutes at the drive through which is unheard of. You can see their wait time board is consistently in the red.

Stick to the drive through. Five people working and every single one was helping the drive through. Just ordered an ice coffee...five minutes later I had to ask for it. Then when I was given the wrong thing instrad of apologizing the manager grasped the wrong beverage and told me I would have to pay the difference....OK? How is it my fault that I ordered a coffee and you have me something else?

Wow..used to be my favorite place. Now this location is suffering terribly. I just left work on a quick break, got 2 coffees, got back to work where I discovered BOTH were wrong..went back to Starbucks where I asked for a refund as ny 40 minute lunch is over and I have no time to drink.it . Sadly the same.thing happened 4 days ago.where 3 of the 4 I purchased were WRONG. This store needs better training..their customer service is lacking...and the next one on them? Nope..I got the money for the coffee and sticky hands dripping with coffee. Go a few doors down to Professor Java....they don't have a drive through, but it's worth it! Zero stars wasn't an option...

I went through the drive through and purchased two venti decafs. When I got them, they were ice cold. I went inside and while standing in line, one of the workers noticed me and immediately addressed my problem. The manager (or at least the person who acted as a leader) handled it well, even giving me tickets for two free drinks in the future and multiple apologies from the team. Customer service, folks. It wins every time.

The ambiance of this small cafè brings a immediate comfort. Unlike most Starbucks shops which have a lot of people who are in and out quickly for their daily routine, this Starbucks is a home to socializers alike also. The coffee is self-explanatory. I get three shots of espresso and a blueberry scone every time I go and it is consistent every time. My girlfriend enjoys smoothies and she said they are delectable. The point is that this is a lower trafficking Starbucks based on my experience being week mornings. It's cozy. The coffee is ideal. The staff is completely nice. Stop in for a fine experience.

This Starbucks has a good look about it, and they manage their service very well, but it's layout is a bit odd. Pros: + The service at this Starbucks is very helpful. At least once when bold wasn't available, they comped me an Americano. + The drive through is very convenient. Cons: - Location, location, location. What a mess! No left turn on either entrance on a ridiculously busy corner. Really tough to get to. - The location isn't comfortable. One of the major features of Starbucks is the feeling of relaxation, escape, and somewhere to meet, talk, and work. This Starbucks feels like none of those things, but maybe several rooms that accidentally got together in one place. - Ditto on the ordering counter. It's like a funnel, and makes a mess of ordering pastries and reading the menu. The problems of this Starbucks are more construction than service. Their coffee and staff are good, and that's really what it's about. If you need a brew from Starbucks, stop here. If you need a place to hang out, try the Starbucks at the other end of Wolff, or Professor Java's down the street. (this is on the high side of 3.5, so I'm rounding up, there are better Starbucks)

I'm a fan that they have a drive through window. Seriously. In my life, Starbucks has been relegated to drip coffee for a caffeine fix while I'm on the run. If I have time to sit down, I'll seek out an independent cafe. If I want an espresso drink in the region, I'll go to Caffe Vero. But I'm a busy guy, and I'm in the car more often than I would like to admit. For those times the drive through Starbucks experience is a life saver. And even if you don't believe Starbucks coffee is better than Dunkin' Donuts, their drip coffee is actually cheaper ounce to ounce. Although I do happen to believe Starbucks is better. That DD excuse for coffee is just nasty unless you hit it with a ton of cream and sugar. And by then it's not coffee. It's a confection. So thanks to this store for supporting a drive-through window. It's great.

This is a poor excuse for a starbucks. My fiancee and I have come here quite a bit and its always a hit or miss with the service, but when its a miss its a HUGE miss. The cashier person tends to yell sometimes (I guess because they are multi-tasking) when asking for your order. Also, the counter person was just taking out the expired yogurt from the display. I ordered a soy chai latte and my fiancee ordered a nonfat latte with 2 splendas and they forgot the splendas. They also didn't have any toppers--boo to possibility of spilling the drink in the car.

Ok, I've been here twice in 2 weeks and the service was once again excellent and the coffee was awesome.
