Usually on Sunday's if we are not having Pho, the husband and I hit up Twisters. We always get a 1/4 Carne Adovada Twisters Burrito smothered in green chile sauce. Its just so good. You have a no nonsense delightful burrito that is sent over the edge with those crispy perfect spirals of cheesy fries topped with faultless spicy green chile sauce. Its perfect to share, its 6 bucks, what more could you want in life honestly. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always very friendly. This visit we left with a cream filled churro and we we're not disappointed. I have a feeling I will be getting hankering for those on the regular. A few visits back when I was riding solo I tried the #5 I believe its the South Valley (I love how the burritos are named after locations) So bomb. Its huge, a little messy, but oh so worth it. Just do it.

Always pleased with the service from this location. Even when things have gone wrong they have done their best to make it right again. Food is amazing and they allow you to go ahead and order the specials even on days they are not actually available. Monday special is really good!

always good food at a fair price and I have only had a couple minor issues with incorrect orders and the staff is always friendly and willing to quickly fix any issues. If you're starving try eating a full size twister burrito.

This place is always clean, the staff is always friendly (both on the inside and the drive through), the food is always great. I always get the #4 with red Chile and it never fails to satisfy. They sell burgers and tacos too, but people usually only come here for the burritos.

this restaurant got 1 star only because I could not give it 0!!!! first they jacked up my order and only put one of my two burritos in my drive thru bag....then 7 hours later after consuming a potato, egg, and cheese burrito, I became soooo sick, to the degree that it felt like two pit bulls were mauling my intestinal tract until the winner induced a massive fecal explosion 6 times in 3 hours, i puked my brains out, and then crawled in bed and died.

I love the service at this location; it's so good that you start to think you're at a sit-down restaurant not a fast food place. The manager checked on us several times (the time we dined in instead of drive thru) and was so friendly. I love the carne adovada burrito and I'm also a fan of their green chile cheeseburger, which I think is as good as Blake's.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
