We found this place on our road trip from San Diego to Austin. We walked by and the smell coming from the restaurant was divine. We looked it up online first to see if it was worth our time and money and it definitely ended up meeting all of our expectations and more. The jalapeno scallops were absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection. The manager told us that they were flown in fresh this very day from the Pacific Northwest. I also got a garden salad with amazingly fresh vegetables and a blue cheese vinaigrette that I only wish I could re-create at home. The establishment itself looks like a cozy cute old about with old world charm. The stakes are cooked in an old brick oven that is visible when you walk in the door and the chefs are there greeting you as you arrive. They have an amazing wine list appetizers, coffee, and dessert. You will definitely not leave hungry from this place but make sure you put lots of money in your wallet. The perfect place for a date night out or a special occasion. The wait staff is friendly helpful and charming.

Overall: This might be the best meal I have eaten in Albuquerque. I would definitely say it was the best bang for the buck. It was our anniversay so maybe that had something to do with it but it was still a great dinner. Atmosphere: Antiquity is made for couples and small groups (3 or 4 people). It is located in Old Town Albuquerque in what was probably a home. It is a small restaurant broken up into several small rooms with low lighting. The GOOD: It is obvious this restaurant has a quality chef. There were the standard recognizable items on the menu but there were also many items that roused my curiosity and made my mouth water just reading about them. I had the Henry IV - an artichoke topped filet mignon on a bed of artichoke leaves with a sauce. There were fresh vegetables and a unique potato side dish. My wife had jalapeno scallops which had the flavor of jalapeno without the bite. Both dishes were excellent. -Even the steamed vegetables were exceptionally flavorful. They were also very fresh and presented very nicely on the plate. -The amount of food was perfect...enough to fill up but not bloated. -We asked for a recommendation of wine and loved their choice. -The cost per plate was between $25 and $35. Our total bill was ~$100 (which included the tip). I would pay it again. The BAD: nothing worth mentioning.

A short & long overdue for a paragon establishment! The family & I have had the sweet pleasure of dining on special occasions at the charming & romantic Antiquity in historic Old Town, a true hidden gem. The ambiance is what creates the memories here at Antiquity. Quaint quiet seating with "unpretentious" vibes and menu pricing will surely keep you coming back. Courteous & masterful service who always make your evening very special when it comes to Anniversaries & or Birthdays. All thoughtful & comforting dishes served (especially my Chicken Madagascar love) at Antiquity with the "Amourous" atmosphere is of the ingredients for a "splendid & magical evening on any special day can be found at Antiquity!

Well folks...our group of 4 tonite, 1 has extensive/frequent worldwide travel and dining experience under belt. Other 2 and myself, mostly here on North American continent. After lots of comparisons and discussion...we ALL agreed Antiquity is probably our mostest dining experience anywhere, ever. Server was beyond fab. Food...beyond great discription...for us all 4. We had several wine selections and various food and app dishes, as well as the KeyLime pie dessert. Nothing was less than fab.

Dinner was AMAZING. From the Stuffed Mushroom appetizer to the entrée and the incredible desert it was a parade of fabulous flavors from start to finish The service was just as good. My water glass was never allowed to go empty and the waiter was very knowledgeable about every item on the menu. Definitely check this place out if you are in the area and had your full of Mexican food.

Cute little place with lots of character. Definitely make a reservation. Prices are on par for a good steakhouse. $30 for a petite filet includes potato, soup or salad and veggie. Glad it wasn't al a carte like most fine steakhouses. Excellent service. Steak was perfectly cooked. Not over-seasoned. Wines by the glass, half bottle or bottle. I travel extensively, and it's always nice to find a little place like this for a nice, quiet dinner after a long travel week. Highly recommend, but if you're looking for a dinner under $20, this is not the place for you.

The location is surprising but the restaurant is amazing! It is located in Old Town and is hidden but is well worth the search. The menu consists of fantastic seafood choices and the wine menu is well represented. I ordered the crab legs which were literally all legs - thick legs that were already sliced open so I didn't have to embarrass my self by making a huge mess. We finished with a mini selection of dessert and they did not disappoint. James our server was fabulous and attentive throughout our food adventure. This is definitely a date night destination and a hidden gem in Albuquerque!

Literally JUST paid the check.... I have to say... I am recently from L.A. So I have been to many an amazing places and eaten a variety of wonderful food... So when it came time for my husbands birthday I was scrambling to find a great place. On the word of a few people I made a reservation for this place. Ok. Two words. MIND. BLOWN. The best place I've eaten at for a VERY LONG WHILE, some of THE BEST FOOD, with beyond brilliant service from Christopher, mixed with a quirky intimate setting... Sigh. If you are a foodie like myself, but like some of the finer things in life... GO HERE. You will have some of those "close your eyes and hum" moments because the food is so spectacular! This WILL be a place we bring our friends who come to visit!!!!

We were in town for a tournament at the U, and found Antiquity through some research online. Owner was very accommodating as we moved from 4 to 10 people and we were seated promptly. Chaim was our waiter, friendly and professional with just the right balance of attentiveness to our group seated in two booths. Don't miss the Oysters Rockefeller, just outstanding flavor and a great start to the meal. I opted for the Southwest corn chowder which was flavorful with just the right amount of spice. My wife opted for the Henry IV, a petite filet covered in a Bernaise sauce with artichoke leaves and hearts, and the other two in our booth had the plain filets. All were excellent and cooked as ordered. If you would order a filet, go for the Henry IV. I had the veal special, wrapped around a spinach and bacon and feta cheese filling, with mashed potatoes and gravy, just perfect. Nice wine list to boot. You would never find this place walking down the street in the old town, and it looks ancient inside, but if steak and seafood is your thing be sure to find Antiquity.

Bad service, high prices, bland food and ugly decor. Me and my wife went here on our anniversary and had a terrible meal. Not only was it a waste of over 100 dollars, but sitting in a hot dark room did not make the experiance any better, and forget about service a diffrent waiter comes to your table every time, and some how all of them are douchy. I will not be going back and will worn out of town family to avoid this place when in old town.

Very disappointed in our experience. We had heard so much about this place, and decided to try it for a special date night. The place is VERY expensive, and unfortunately, the food was just mediocre - between us, we ordered a shrimp and a steak dish, and neither one was anything to write home about. At $25 or so a plate, that just doesn't work for me. They also forgot to include one of my side dishes, but did bring me a replacement when I pointed it out. The final straw for me, though, was seeing the owner (manager?) use his fingers to take a piece of food off of someone's plate about to be served and eat it right there in the open. He didn't wash his hands before or after doing this. Quite a turn-off for a place that is supposedly upscale, and it made me wonder what went on behind the scenes if he'd do that out in the open like that. We won't be returning to give them a second chance, I'm sorry to say.

Was on a work trip and looked this place up. It is absolutely phenomenal. A bit pricey but the quality of service and food are well worth it. I had the French onion soup, a crab cake appetizers (comes with two) and scallops with jalapeño sauce. The owner really knows how to run a solid restaurant. Will be back with clients in the future!

"Sorry about the wait. It's ten degrees cooler in the dining room, promise. What are you here for, anyway? Birthday? Anniversary?" "Anniversary." "ANNIVERSARY ON NINE" exclaimed the owner, his brow sweating a bit as he awaited running the next plate from the kitchen. We would soon find out that he was shouting code for sprinkling the linen with little sparkling celebratory plastic gems, cute touch. If you've had the pleasure of working in a fine(ish) dining establishment, you've learned that half the cost of the plates is service. Sure, the meals matter, but memories are truly made by the people who work there, especially your server. Ours certainly didn't disappoint. He was possibly over-talkative, I suppose. But you should expect great service from this Albuquerque gem, even if the plates don't totally measure up, and considering the price, this place truly delivers. My take-aways: + Price: You're spending $25-35 per plate, which includes a side and a starter, like a salad or soup. Translation: steal. Most reputable establishments don't include the extras in the cost of the entree, not these days. (And I totally loved the bleu cheese dressing here. It's weird and crazy yummy.) + Ambiance: Intimate, romantic and a little distracting. This is a warm season note, but the ceiling fans create a kind of helicopter hangar buzz that interferes with the classical music, unfortunately. Also, our booth was really dark, lit by one solitary candle, which made for a somewhat inscrutable view of the menus. +Food: As stated, our server kicked ass, thanks Hyam, er, however he spells it. He made the evening. My wife wanted the salmon, and when she ordered he was quick to mention that their preparation of said fillet was of the broiled variety, would she prefer it grilled? She did. And it was very nice. My scallops were asinine, in a good way. Doused in a brown, hearty sauce that didn't make any sense for these seafaring mollusks (I expected something light and citrusy), a fine composition. A great spot in Old Town, and don't sweat it when you're waiting for a table some 15 minutes following your reservation. This place is an original for good reason, the thick adobe walls and gentle vibe steal the show. Get a table in the back. Talk smack with your server. Swoon.

Amazing surf & turf. Filet mignon cooked to perfection. Oysters rockafella were delicious. This location is definitely a place for a special occasion such as an anniversary. You won't regret it.

We came to New Albuquerque to visit for a couple days, and are so happy we made the decision to eat here. My boyfriend and I ordered the bacon wrapped filet mignon dish and were completely blown away! The filet was the most tender meat we have ever had! We have eaten at several 5-star steak restaurants in California, and no steak compares to the tenderness of this filet. It was topped with a scallop and the BEST bearnaise I have ever had, and rested on a bed of artichoke. It also included the best potatoes au gratin we have ever had, as well as vegetables - carrots, cucumber, broccolini. Absolutely delicious. Wonderful service, nice atmosphere, reasonably priced for a quality steak. If I ever return to Albuquerque, I will be eating here as often as I can!

Antiquity Restaurant...5 Star dining without the fine dining price tag. I was in the area and read Yelper Jeff M and Clayton A's review of Antiquity. Great review, guys. But let me see what Antiquity is all about for myself. Wowed from the start. This restaurant is tiny, dark, and cozy. The Antiquity is definitely a place to take someone on a date or to celebrate a special occasion. I came solo but it still was a special occasion...it was meal #5. My server was Chaim and he was very attentive and excellent. Chaim started reading off the specials and they had a lot of them the evening I had dinner. I even had to cut Chaim off and tell him that I was only here for either a great fish or very good steak. He gave his recommendations, which was their Sea Bass. However, I didn't take any of his suggestions and decided on what they are popular for...The Henry IV. The Henry is 6 oz filet mignon wrapped in bacon. This entree is complimented on a bed of artichoke leaves, drowned in their super béarnaise sauce, and topped with a huge artichoke heart. I didn't get the rice and asked for extra vegetables (What the heck is wrong with me???!!!). I have no regrets with my decision. My filet was tender, juicy, and the flavor ranks up there with all the other high-end steakhouses I've been to. The vegetables....my goodness. I never thought asparagus and carrots can taste so good. Now for their artichoke. The artichoke leaves were just okay, but the artichoke heart was too good to be true. I never thought that I would use the words artichoke and heaven in the same sentence. Just did...the artichoke hearts made my steak feel like I was in heaven. Antiquity is small and intimate. If you decide to dine here, then expect to be treated like a King or Queen. That's what they do at Antiquity. Even after I left, one of the managers or maybe the owner chased me down outside just to ask me how dinner was. 5 Star Service, Fine Dining, and the prices are great. TIPS: -Antiquity is small with only about 15 tables. My advice...make reservations or do what I did and show up right when they opened. -Not on the menu, no problem. Antiquity has a very flexible menu. I was told that I can pretty much have whatever I wanted in whatever combination. That is if it's something they have in their kitchen. -Portions are huge and this means you'll leave stuffed. Take advantage of Old Town and walk it off.

Had a wonderful dinner here. It's definitely a splurge- but worth it on my trip out here. The service is top notch and spot on. They have a great wine list and pretty good list of choices of with half bottles too. I appreciated them packing and sealing up the unused portion of my bottle so I could guzzle that down later. I had a beautiful and tasty portion of middle pieces of Alaskan King crab legs - cooked to perfection. I normally would not choose that so far away from the west coast, but saw someone eating it and could not resist. It was a great choice. The salad was good as was the bread. There is nothing better to finish off your day of sightseeing than a great meal.

Charming. Huge portions, small price, the BEST staff, super romantic. $6 house wines. The decor is outdated/dingy & no music. Gave it a five for the service, intimacy, and FOOD! Had the tenderloin, jumbo shrimp and lobster bisque. The owner or manager Even comp'd a chocolate mousse because I was celebrating my masters degree. My new date spot. Best hidden restaurant in ABQ.

Good food excellent service, wish I could've tried more items on the menu. The salad I had before my meal was amazing. Check it out if you're looking for a nice dinner with a couple friends.

This is a good place for an anniversary dinner. A good selection of wines, excellent appetizers (order the crab cakes and garlic soup) and delicious main plates. I enjoyed that we were place in one of the more intimate booths which allowed us to enjoy our meal without interruptions, silly conversations and such. Our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. All in all, it was a great experience. I'll only suggest a full bar with a good tap selection, but this place was still great.

Best steak in the 505 area. The plate comes out w/ a baked potato and garnish. Looks yummy. Then the 1st bite. A little taste of heaven. Worth the price. Great service.

OK. You are not really reading this review. Ok, because see, if you read this review, then you will learn about Albuquerque's best kept secret. So, forget you ever saw this. I think Antiquity is easily the best restaurant in the Q. But, I don't want you to know that because then it will be packed, and those 15-20 little tables will be full all the time and I will never get in. That is also my hint - get your reservations in. Is Antiquity pricey? Sure. But, we spent less there than we did at many comparable restaurants in town (i.e. Marcello's, Vernon's). Moreover, I think the food is better. The service was out of this world. It was five star service, without all the stuffy arrogance you will find other places. I had the Louis IV. A nice, perfectly cooked fantastic steak served in a bed of artichoke leaves with a nice compound sauce. My wife had the special, which was sea bass as I recall. Service was impeccable of course. The ONLY complaint I could have is that there is not a full bar. Frankly, I could care less - this is the kind of place where you go red wine all night, instead of getting fancy.

My favorite restaurant in Albuquerque. Very quaint romantic feel with some amazing dishes. The Henry IV is my go to steak that always pleases. The cashew chicken is probably my second favorite. They always have some great specials that usually include some great seafood selections. Amy is the main chef & always makes sure every meal is just right. Make reservations early as they book up fast & don't have a ton of tables. My grandmother used to run a restaurant here in the 50's called La Cocina so there's some great history here!!! Enjoy!

We absolutely love this place! The atmosphere, food, and service all deserve more than five stars! My husband and I have been coming here for about six years. It's our anniversary, valentines day, and any other excuse we can find to eat here, restaurant! The quality of the food is consistent every single time we come... absolutely amazing! Tip: crab legs are not on the menu, but they usually have them if you request them. These are Alaskan king crab legs, and they are by far the best we've ever had! Also, the French onion soup is amazing! The dress is business casual, but you feel very comfortable going really dressed up.

We went here for my mothers 60th birthday expecting a great meal with a great atmosphere. As soon as we walked in the door we were very curtly told to have a seat- not a friendly greeting at all. Our table was near the kitchen but the restaurant itself has been described in other reviews as romantic- I didn't see that at all. It was dimly lit and looked like it was so dimly lit because of the shabby atmosphere. The food was decent and was not overly priced. The waiter got my mothers order wrong and we had to wait a while before he came back to check on us. We mentioned to the waiter that it was my mothers birthday and when we ordered a dessert for her they did nothing to make it special. All in all I was let down in the overall experience. I was expecting 5 star dining or at least 4 star---- which didn't happen.

Amazing. There is no other word. The ambiance, staff, and menu are unbelievable. The cheddar jalapeño rolls and oysters Rockefeller are out of control. We had a large group. Everyone was blown away with their steak, shrimp, and swordfish. We had a fantastic experience.

It's difficult for me to decide on how many stars to rate Antiquity. I continually rave to family and friends about how fabulous the food was. But.. I'll start from the beginning. We are new parents. We don't often get date nights, but we actually scored a night off together and paid a babysitter for the evening. We were ecstatic. We had an 8:00 reservation but arrived early. We didn't mind waiting, but the manager seated us 10 minutes prior. Our waiter was great. He recommended several dishes (and mentioned they were out of salmon) and was friendly. Sometimes I feel uncomfortable in formal settings, but the staff was very down to earth and that put me at ease. We order. Three beers, two bread baskets, several promises of our food arriving soon, and two and a half hours later.. Our food makes it's appearance. Okay, it's our one night out together. We aren't going to be upset.. I'm sure they will offer some kind of compensation. I had the special for the night, a blue crab and veal pasta. I salivate thinking about that dish. The sauce was almost gravy-like but SO flavorful. The portions were very generous. My husband had the Scallops Jalapeño. Fresh Jalapeño in a cream sauce.. SO full of flavor. Just amazing. I have not had better food here in Albuquerque. So the manager apologizes and offers free dessert. We accept. I feel like more could have been done, but we will take what we can get. I ask for the desserts to be boxed as we are exhausted at this point and need to get home to relieve the sitter. We pay our $150 bill. And here comes our box of dessert. Just one. Just one box = only one dessert. Really? I'm sorry but this is where I just felt insulted. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting and at the hefty price of $150.. you're only going to comp us one tiny dessert? And I'm talking two bites tiny. WHY THANK YOU, ANTIQUITY! ONE BITE FOR EACH OF US! Get real, Antiquity.

Best place in the 505 for special occasions. Great specials, great service, and an intimate atmosphere make this my go to when I'm looking for a fine dining fix. And have I mentioned that EVERYTHING is yummers. Not a clinker on the menu. But let's keep this to ourselves, okay?

I had the pork chop with the bone in it and it was great. There were a lot of flavors in the meal which made it even all the more interesting. I also had the soup which I did not like but the waiter took it back and brought me the house salad instead at no extra charge! A definite must try if you are here.

We celebrated our 24th Anniversary last night here. To start the table was decorated in glitter hearts , confetti , ambience was spot on. First, a bread basket that had these Green Chili Cheese Rolls oh so warm and inviting !! My husband ordered the King Henry IV fillet, I opted for the Chicken Madagascar. The Bernaise Sauce on the filet was perfect and went well with the Artichokes. My Chicken was really flavored well with the mushrooms and Green Peppercorns. We paired it with a bottle of wine. Oh I had a salad with a Vinagertte made from Blue Cheese, it was so well balanced! My husband had the Roasted Red Pepper Soup, he let me try it.... so velvety on the palate and complex flavors.Very good! We decided to get dessert to go! The KeyLime Cheesecake was off the chart ! Best I've ever had! The Creme Brûlée was small and more of a tease. Chocolate Mousse not to bad, This was the trio-platter of dessert so you can have a bite or more! All just 11.00, I've paid that for one dessert! We would dine here again in a heart beat~ very impressed! Staff knew menu well and were very professional.

I found this place on Yelp and my gf and I decided to give it a try. We were truly impressed with the ambience and how the restaurant was organized. My girlfriend ordered the fillet mignon wrapped in bacon it was excellent. The waiter also did a great job, extremely attentive, we were very impressed. The most surprising thing was that the owner/manager greeted us at the door and checked on us throughout the meal to ensure we were enjoying everything. Not the typical stop by he was very sincere and personable. Great experience for us.

Delicious but pricey. The food is amazing, the ambience is very quiet and intimate, and the waiters are usually very nice (as far as I can remember). The Henry is delicious. This is a nice place to splurge

We had reservations for 7 pm. We were seated at 7:45. No bar. No place to hang. It would have been courteous to offer a chef's small taste of something while waiting. The owner was apologetic, but 45 minutes late is a long time. The food was good, not outstanding. Presentation was excellent. Our waiter, Steve, was excellent as well. A very good wine selection was on hand. The four of us out that night had a diverse food selection. Filet Mignon was a bland but well prepared. Really, how can you screw up a filet? The swordfish was dry and overcooked and the accompanying baby bok choi was almost raw. The Chicken Cashew was very good. The inside of the restaurant has been described by some as intimate or romantic. I would hardly call it that. I would politely call it "rustic". It was quite noisy. The bathrooms, while clean, were tiny rooms, one for men another for women, that were reminiscent of a gas station restroom. We have eaten at many fine restaurants, but I would not include Antiquity in that category. While the portions were generous, the ambiance leaves a lot to be desired.

Great restaurant! Waiter was super informative and gave the best recommendations! A very talented chef with super attention to detail and the presentation. The atmosphere was warm and cozy. The scallops with peppercorn sauce was delicious, the breads homemade. Definitely would go back

This is my go to restaurant when I am celebrating anything. Birthdays, anniversaries, just because I love you days. This place is absolutely adorable. It makes my heart strings melt when I'm seating into the tiny little booths that make this place so intimate and beautiful. The service is always absolutely amazing. They are caring, quick, and very friendly without overdoing it or making it awkward for anyone. The food is absolutely beautiful. It is all fresh, wonderfully prepared, and makes me feel like I'm back in california eating at fancy restaurants daily. It's my guilty little treat. The soup is always absolutely amazing, so it's usually best to skip a salad and order the soup. I have not had a bad soup yet, but their salads have never been that intriguing to me. Yummy yummy! I can't wait to have something else to celebrate so I can eat here!

I went here with my husband for his birthday and it was quite good, but I don't think it was 4.5 stars good. The starter salad was very basic. I think a place like this that tries to be one of the best in town should step up their salad game - add some more colorful greens and veggies to liven it up! My husband tried their special salad for a $7.95 upcharge. It was definitely not worth that much more - you can easily get a full salad for that price somewhere else! However, that salad was a solid, good salad. If I recall correctly, it had strawberries, nuts, and a pear vinaigrette dressing. For our meal, we had the Chateaubriand for Two. The presentation was really nice and it was carved tableside. The meat was perfectly tender - crisp outside and soft, pink inside (medium rare). The grilled potatoes, mushrooms, and vegetables were also very good. It was just a classic, hearty meal, like Christmas dinner. Was it executed with spectacular skill, justifying Antiquity's status as one of Albuquerque's best restaurants? Probably not. But was it a very good, classic meal? Absolutely. Final tip: Try to reserve one of the tables in the back room. They have individual wooden stalls that you can sit in - very romantic with Old Town charm. We sat in the front room, where there seemed to be a random scattering of tables - not nearly as nice as the back.

What an AWESOME place to surprise my wife with for our 25th wedding Anniversary. Antiquity is small, intimate and cozy (three thumbs up). The food was down right delectable. Started with crab cakes and stuffed mushrooms, each was very scrumptious. Main course was Chicken Marsiella for the wife and the Henry IV for me. Extremely tasty on both dishes. We finished up sharing a Three Cheese Crepe. What a wonderful Romantic dinner this was. Thank you to everyone that helped me in deciding on Antiquity..I owe you.

Would not have just walked up and gone into this restaurant if I had not read some good reviews here. The entrance is very uninviting with an aluminum screen door small reception area. Inside was very nice with rustic decor. Being from Houston, Tx we have eaten at most of the best steak places in Texas. We had the small filet and the bacon rapped filet. They were cooked perfectly, tender, medium but not bloody, and very tasty. The graham cracker crust with almonds in the Key Lime pie was awesome. House merlot was very good and the staff did a great job. We will return planning time to shop in the Old Town area.

Yep One Star. We've eaten there before and the food was good, not for what they're charging, but good enough. Tonight (not on a weekend) we had a reservation and arrived on time. We were told to wait 10 minutes. No big deal. Half an hour later we're still sitting in the waiting area which is also the grill and plate-prep area. (That's okay, it's Old Town, little homes converted to restaurants, so they're pressed for space.) So we're watching them prep the food and building up an appetite. We were kind of surprised to see the grill chef tearing apart an artichoke with his bare hands and arrange it on two plates. Not so appetizing, but whatever. Then the maitre d' (manager? owner?), the large, sweaty gentleman handling the reservation book, menus, trays, chairs and whatever else he can find to touch gets into the act and begins begins "prepping" the customers' plates from in front of the counter, prettying up the dishes by moving the garnishes around BAREHANDED. We saw him move them around more than once on the same plate. Maybe he washed his hands prior, maybe not, he looked pretty busy. At that point we didn't care one way or the other and went to eat elsewhere. Dang! Even Subway sandwich guys don't touch the customer's food barehanded, at least not right in front of them. Hey Antiquity: get a box of plastic gloves, available in the better restaurant supply stores. Your fine dining establishment looks like a dirty place to eat. Hello? Health Department?

This is one of those magical little places that hardly anyone knows about, but those who do swear by. Located in the heart of Albuquerque's Old Town, Antiquity is, at first sight, quite literally nothing but a mysterious red door standing amid an array of mouthwatering scents. Once you duck inside, you're transported to a different time and place. The atmosphere is awesome if you're looking for something intimate. The entire restaurant is made up of small little rooms that only fit a handful of tables (a little scary when it's your turn to look for the restroom!), with candles and white table linens and a sublime menu. The steaks here are amazing, the wine menu is extensive, the service is impeccable, and the flavor is incredible. One word: GO.

I've been coming to ABQ for the past 9 weeks, saving one of my last few dinners to find that steak place that would match the ones back in houston. I went to visit the old town area and found this spot via yelp. Oh man, am I glad I waited and found this gem. The entrance caught me off guard, as I was expecting a larger place based off the numbers of feedbacks on yelp. It's an intimate, soulful , and a hidden gem. I met the owner and he was sincerely nice and interested in my satisfaction in my meal. 5 stars brother !!!

Loved this place. The food was fantastic. Very nice ambiance, definitely for a special occasion. Service was wonderful as well. We will be back. Thank you Steve for all your help.

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner a few weeks ago. Our waiter, Steve, was top-notch. I had the beef special which was a boneless ribeye. It was done to perfection. I usually don't order a steak in most restaurants because I'm always disappointed and can do a better steak at home. Antiquity was different and took a chance. It was truly 'prime' quality. I give Antiquity 5 stars for food quality, superb service and cozy atmosphere..

My wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary yesterday. Yelp said this is the most romantic restaurant in Albuquerque. Several friends said the same thing So we had dinner here tonight. Our waiter James was very attentive Chateaubriand for two was wonderful It was served at the table by the owner. I could cut the meat with a fork. Probably the best meat I have ever eaton The trio of desserts was really good. A couple owns the restaurant. The wife is the chef while the husband works the front of the house.I will remember this special anniversary dinner for many years With my wonderful wife, a romantic setting, great food, great service this was a good place to celebrate our special occasion

Went to the restaurant on a Thursday night with a party of six. From the beginning it was not a good experience. Reservation was for 7:15 and we got there at 7:10. Told us our table was ready but made us wait until 7:35. It then turned into a 2.5 hour dinner due to terrible service. Food was mediocre for $25-35 dishes. Net, really don't waste your time/money and go somewhere else!

Delicious food; cozy intimate ambiance, and the best service I've had in a long time...(server was James)....but equally impressed with everyone we encountered there. A great place

Just had a party of 11 there tonite. Food and service were exceptional. My guests were really pleased. Had the Henry IV; best steak I've had in a long time. Several others in our party had it also and agreed. Wife had fish; loved it but kept stealing my steak. We're from Chicago; we know good food - could never have had a meal this good for this price at home. Very reasonable.

Antiquity provides exceptional food and service in a unique setting that is upscale yet comfortable. The dining area is organic and wooden, creating a feeling of intimacy and privacy. The food is exceptional with creative takes on regional fare, such as red chile.

On a recent trip, I had the very good fortune of going to Antiquity. Absolutely amazing service and food. As the only vegan in my group, I had low expectations. I shouldn't have. The chef went out of his way to make a fantastic and beautiful vegan dinner for me -- way, way, way above and beyond what I've encountered at countless other restaurants when I've asked for something vegan. Furthermore, the owner came out to make sure I was happy with my meal. My friends all said that their food was incredibly good as well. Each and every Antiquity employee was outgoing, helpful, and fun. Would give this fabulous find far more than five stars if I could.

My wife received a gift certificate from a coworker so we decided we would give this little place a try...am I ever glad we did. We arrived at about 6:35 for a 7pm reservation. We were a little shocked when the man at the front counter was a little less enchanting than we expected. We decided to walk around Old Towne for a few minutes and returned right at about 7. We were taken to a quiet, quaint little booth. The owner took us to our table, and much to our delight, he was actually a very funny guy, and actually made us feel very welcome (turns out he was the same guy up front). I had the pan seared crab cakes; which were the best ones I have ever had; the Scallops in Jalapeño romelade, which were also phenomenal. My wife had the 8oz filet and it was cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. We then had desert, and we both highly recommend getting the Key Lime pie..absolutely awesome. The wait staff, especially Steve were fantastic...the whole staff was very friendly and not so stuffy like some waiters can be. We will definitely be back. This is a well kept secret. Not for the every weekend dining place as the prices can seem high, but for the quality of food and service, the prices were fair.

I tried to keep my expectations low when my husband booked dinner at Antiquity as an anniversary surprise. I had heard of it and read about it and knew it was "the best." We were so happily not disappointed. The atmosphere was very romantic with so many "private" tables. Our server, James, was knowledgeable and charming. The wine list was extensive with many California and French options. My husband wanted something light and had the Chicken Cashew. I had the Tenderloin au poivre. Both were delicious, and the accompanying sides were just right in portion and flavor to complement the protein. We usually don't order dessert, but James tempted us with a sampling trio of the creme brulee, the key lime pie and the chocolate mousse, and it was worth the indulgence. Antiquity was exceptional and a definite treat on our Route 66 road trip. Make reservations two weeks in advance!

What can I say? I have been coming here for years with my family, but recently only twice with my husband. The staff is AMAZING! They care so much and want to make your dining experience the best it can be, which it always has been. They always make it special, no matter the occasion. The food is so specular, I really don't have words for it. King Henry IV is absolutely hands down one of the best dishes I have ever had the privilege of eating. I have been to France on three occasions, and I must say this is up to par with the best food you could find in Paris. Their dessert crêpe with the cherries is my absolute favorite dessert I have EVER had!! The wait staff is so professional and are very friendly. There are few places you can find in Albuquerque where the experience is as such. This is mine and my husband'a favorite restaurant. It's a hidden gem not many know about. It's in a beautiful setting as well. I look forward to coming back time and time again. Thank you, Antiquity!

I had been wanting to try this place for the longest time as I had heard good things about it so my hubby and I finally ate here for our Valentine's dinner. What a treat it was. The entrance is interesting, you see the kitchen immediately to your right before you are led to the dining area. We were seated in one of the booths which made it feel very cozy. The decor gives an older feeling and dimly lit which makes for a very romantic setting. So on to the food, I ordered the jalapeno scallops and hubby had the filet. Service was excellent, they were very attentive and.didn't get annoyed when.we.asked for the fifth.refill of coke.since hubby.doesn't drink. My scallops were a bit overcooked and that made them more chewy than I like but the sauce was amazing, hubbys medium filet was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed all the sides that came.with our dishes. It is pricy but it's totally worth it for a special occasion. I'm thinking I want to go back for our anniversary dinner!

A little pricey? Yep...but there's a reason. The personal attention from the owner, first off, is amazing. He will come to your table, ask how everything is, and explain exactly what you're eating, where it's from, how it's prepared and even tell you the relationship he has with the guy he got it from. The food is prepared very well. I have never had anything I didn't like. The crab legs are phenomenal (although they sell out quickly). The shrimp scampi is good, the filet mignon is good. I can also recall one butternut squash bisque that was fantastic. The ambiance is very quaint. There is a fire grill in the front of the restaurant with the rest of the line behind it where you can see everything being prepared. For seating, they have these small, intimate booths and low lighting. I think it's a great place for a date.

Hey all- if you are in the area this place is a great spot to stop for a fine dining experience! The service was astounding - I believe our server was Chris, (we were here over a month ago) he was a delight! Chris went out of his way to ask the chef to prepare a special shrimp appetizer for us and made many great recommendations. We had a fabulous bottle of Merlot and enjoyed every moment of our dining experience.

Antiquity is without a doubt the most romantic, sexy, and elegant place to eat in Albuquerque. Excellent service, beautiful restaurant, fantastic food. Expensive, but the price ( about $175 plus tip without wine ) is more than justified. For a romantic dinner, look no further.

  • Renee S.

I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was here! Although the atmosphere is a bit pretentious, the food made up for it. I ordered the spiced shrimp which had an extremely tasty sauce and 5 or 6 large shrimp. My entree came with the vegetable of the day and roasted potatoes, both of which were good but nothing to write home about. My fiancé got the cashew chicken which I also thought was very good. It seems as if the chef here has perfected the art of delicious, creative sauces. Be prepared to pay for it though as the entrees start at the low twenties. Each entree does come with a soup or salad which was nice. Certainly a place I would come back to if in Albuquerque again and was willing to splurge on a good meal.

Antiquity is an absolute neighborhood gem tucked away in Old Town. In fact, it is downright hidden. Don't let the unassuming entrance fool you - Antiquity is one of Albuquerque's best restaurants. It is a departure from the tourist traps and chain restaurants that are everywhere in Albuquerque. The owner is up front and engaged. The coal fired grill is the centerpiece of the open kitchen. The wine list is one of the better ones in town, and the food is fantastic. Even though you are in a landlocked state the seafood is superb. The steak is probably the best I enjoyed while in Albuquerque. Antiquity is a great choice for special occasions, business dinners. Quiet, intimate, and with the money. Reservations are definitely recommended - it's not a big place, and they are not in a huge rush to turn tables - it is a full culinary experience.

This place was great. It was the best place in ABQ and the best place I have eaten at in a while. The flavors were unique and complement the meat and salad extremely well. I would definitely go back next time in am in ABQ.

This might be the best restaurant in ABQ -- if strip malls kill your appetite, this place is for you. The Henry IV is the obvious thing to order: filet mignon topped with artichoke heart topped with bernaise, served over artichoke leaves. Frugal use of space in this shabby-chic, dimly lit Old Town restaurant. Meticulous service, attentive owner -- the whole package. Make a reservation and ask for a booth.

Last night 3 of my friends and I went to Antiquity for dinner. 2 had been there before, and 2 had not, myself included in the first time ever. Well, this is a quant and intimate little restaurant. Our server was great, checking on us, but not intrusive. I asked what he recommended on the menu, and he recommended the Henry IV, the Jalapeño Scallops, a Filet that I can't remember the name but had mushrooms involved somehow, and the specials. Apparently his description of the Henry IV was so good that 3 of us ordered it, 1 ordered the Haddock Special. So, I cannot speak to the whole menu since we on tried 2 things, but if I say this once, I'll say it a 100 times, yum! The meat was cooked perfectly, and the 3 of us with the H IV, loved it, and my friend totally enjoyed her fish dish, which I didn't try as I was busy inhaling my own dinner. It's a special occasion sort of place, romantic & atmospheric. By the end of the meal it had me totally crushing on my girlfriends, they seemed wittier and more beautiful. I can't wait to go with Michael ;-).

The staff, the staff, the staff. Ive not had better service in a 5 star restaurant in Phoenix compared to this. Thank you Steve for your impeccable table-side manner and outstanding service. We showed up an hour early in Old Town and wanted to have a cocktail before dinner. Arrived at Antiquity only to find they do not have a bar inside. No problem. I step inside and inform them of our arrival, and the very helpful gentleman steps outside with me and directs me to another establishment that does have a bar. We walk over to this other restaurant, have our drinks, and walk back for dinner. The food was outstanding. I had the Henry IV which is a filet wrapped in bacon with artichoke leaves and a heart drizzled with a bearnaise sauce which was absolutely divine. The crab cakes were done perfectly. The wine list could be larger, but the selection they do have covers the whole range of pallets. And again, the service was outstanding.

I'll have to start my posting to say, this probably isn't the best place for a large table (we had 6 in our party). I had high hopes for this place, but left unimpressed. Upon our arrival we had our drink menus and were informed by our waiter that he would scrounge up some dinner menus. It took about 15-20 minutes before we saw the dinner menus and everyone's drinks were delivered. Having been in the food service business I understand the idea of customer service (and I'm not an impatient person), but the wait was noticeable. We started with our salads/soup. I chose the house salad with the vinaigrette and blue cheese crumbles. The salad was nicely arranged and enjoyable. I ordered the 6 oz Filet wrapped in bacon that came with mashed potatoes and a side of acorn squash with a hint of orange zest (i think). My steak was delightful, but I should've ordered it medium as opposed to medium rare. It measured about an inch and a half thick and about four inches in diameter. In the end, there was nothing left on my plate. Overall, I rank my meal as 4-stars and 2-stars for service- hence the average of 3-stars. I'd visit again, but with a smaller party. At least you don't have to order your sides separately from your steak!

Loved the style, what I would called "shabby chic" deco, all those old chic elements, old lamps, nice paintings, warm lighting, etc... Make this restaurant the perfect place for an intimate, cozy dinner with friends, family or your significant other.... And the food and service, wow, really nice!! ... So happy we made our way to Antiquity while being in charming old town Albuquerque

We had a little wait even with a reservation, but it is a small place. It was well worth the wait. We had a cosy little table and a great meal. My wife had sea bass and I had a filet...both were perfectly prepared and came with a medley of sides. The steak came with artichokes that were awesome along side the bernaise sauce. The fish had a buerre blanc sauce and came with rice with a hint of citrus. This may not be the cheapest place in town, but it is certainly one of the best!

We always like to go here when we want to celebrate something special. We mostly get the Chateaubriand for Two; however, we have tried mostly everything on the menu and haven't been disappointed. Don't be in a rush as they pace their dishes for serving from the appetizer to the dessert. This restaurant is a good place for a cozy romantic dinner as you can sit in Booth #1 through Booth #4.

Came in recently to celebrate a birthday with the family. Upon entering, the front of the restaurant is a bit uncomfortable--a little too warm and humid. After leaving the entrance towards a table, the restaurant is quite comfortable though. This is absolutely fine dining in Albuquerque, with well trained servers and exquisite food. They had a seafood bisque the night we went in that was absolutely awesome. All the entrees were also delicious, from the filet to the scallops. For special occasions, this is absolutely the place to go in Albuquerque. The staff do everything in their power to ensure that you have the best time possible, which is greatly appreciated.

My wife and I were somewhat blindly looking for a good restaurant near the Hotel Albuquerque, and we scored! Antiquity is a testament that reading online reviews works. We had no idea where to go, but some online research (Yelp) led us here, and it rocked! It is a small hole-in-the-wall place, a bit hard to find. The host led us to a little booth in the back, which was very private, but we never felt neglected or forgotten. Service was excellent. I got the Henry IV beef tenderloin wrapped in bacon, topped with an artichoke heart, smothered in bearnaise with mashed potatoes and veggies. It was delicious and not your standard steak. My wife got the salmon, which looked very healthy and was cooked perfectly. The Key lime pie dessert was yummy. We are used to some very good restaurants where we live, and this one could do well anywhere. An unexpected find in Albuquerque of all places.

Certainly worth a visit. Surroundings are very pleasant and private as others have mentioned. Food was very good, both of us had the specials of the day, and were very happy with our selections. Wine selection was good, and priced very reasonably. Not your typical "Old Town tourist trap" restaurant. Definitely a keeper on our preferred list for Albuquerque

Located just off the historic Albuquerque Old Town Plaza near Rio Grande Blvd. and Route 66 ( Central Ave ) This is just a consistently excellent place to dine. I have ate here for years on a regular basis and never had a bad experience. Food is excellent. Service is excellent. Great steaks and seafood. Everything on the menu is good. I recommend that you make reservations as they are always busy. Parking is often a problem as the area is busy and congested. They do not have a private lot. Watch were you park as places will tow your car off.

This was another of our B&B host's recommendations and we saved it for our last dinner in Albuquerque. It''s a small restaurant w/ only 14 tables, so reservations are a must. We walked over from the B&B, a relatively short walk across the parking lot, and were seated in a cozy two-top that reminded us of our favorite spot at New Sammy's Cowboy Bistro. We looked over the menu and then waited to be told about the specials. Pam was our waitress and she explained all the specials and helped Alan, who didn't want a beer, to try a couple of wines. He explained he only drinks sweet wines because those w/ any acidity upset his stomach. He was interested in a Riesling but she steered him toward a Gewurtztraminer she thought would be more interesting. One swallow told him it wouldn't work. Pam took it back and brought the Riesling. A few sips of that and he became uncomfortable, so she traded it for a dark beer. All this w/ grace and good humor. I had an Old Vine Zinfandel. I forget the winery. It was good and was a generous pour. A basket of breads was brought w/ butter. Water glasses were kept full. We ordered stuffed mushrooms to start but Pam pointed out they had Italian sausage in them and recommended the sauteed mushrooms instead. We decided to have them w/ our entrees. I ordered the Tenderloin au Poivre Vert and Alan ordered the Hawaiian marlin that was one of the specials. Both came w/ salad which we had dressed w/ oil ad vinegar w/ blue cheese crumbles. The salad was delicious, w/ waffle cut carrots, sliced mushrooms, slices of cucumber and assorted lettuces. Alan's fish was delicious. It was finished w/ a Thai coconut/basil sauce and accompanied by an edamame puree. Roasted vegetables, mostly cauliflower and carrots finished the plate. My steak was perfectly medium rare and the sauce was rich and tasty w/ sauteed mushrooms and green peppercorns and cream. The same lovely cauliflower and carrots accompanied it was well as red bell pepper garlic mashed potatoes. It looked like sweet potatoes, but lacked the sweetness and we had to ask Pam to identify it. The sauteed mushrooms didn't make it to the table but we had more than enough food. We were very happy w/ our dining experience and would return if we lived here. Next time we're in Albuquerque we'll be sure to have another meal here.

This place deserves 5 stars for ambiance and service. Very romantic. Ask for a booth! But only 2 stars for value. Overpriced for the quality, imo. It's nice, but I've had better for less money.

One of my favorite places to eat in Albuquerque besides a really good cooks kitchen. The tables are quaint and private allowing for the perfect place to meet a friend to talk or a date. The menu is creative yet tasty, and every dish is prepared with that individual touch as the owner looks each one over as they come out of the kitchen. The staff and owner are great to talk to weather you're a tourist or an old time New Mexican. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to go.

Our favorite restaurant in Albuquerque. It's in Old Town, which is mostly a tourist trap, but Antiquity is anything but. There aren't many table in the restaurant, so a reservation is a must. We were greeted and seated by the owner, who made us feel like we were regulars with his friendliness. The booths are very private and perfect for that special dinner. Shortly after being seated, our server came up and introduced himself and told us he would be back in a minute. About 10 minutes later he returned, saying he had to deliver a bunch of hot food at once. There appeared to be plenty of bussers around to help with that, but OK. Then he rattled off about 5 minutes of in-depth specials. Both of us ordered the fish special, and skipped the appetizers, instead opting to upgrade our salads. The upgraded salad comes with a bunch of extras, including nuts and a toasted piece of brie cheese on top. Let me be clear: UPGRADE YOUR SALAD. We also ordered a bottle of local champagne, that was pretty reasonably priced. Both our champagne glasses and water glasses were kept filled throughout dinner. We ordered the Creme Brulee for dessert, which was good, but nothing special. Listening to other waiters, it sounded like there was a dessert sampler option that we weren't ever offered (I think he neglected to mention the crab special as well at the beginning of the meal). Overall, everything was excellent. My only complaint was our server, who's multiple extended absences left us baffled as to where he disappeared to throughout the meal. It's expensive, so we try to only go on special occasions, but as delicious as the food its, we sometimes make up reasons to celebrate!

One word: YUM! My husband's birthday fell during our roadtrip, so I wanted to go somewhere nice for dinner. We had a wonderful time shopping in Old Town, and this was a great place to unwind and have a relaxing and fulfilling meal. I was a little nervous that it would be a little stuffy, but it was simply not the case. The atmosphere is intimate and dimly lit, but the dress is casual. The waiter picked up on our nerd vibes, and made us feel very comfortable the whole night. We had a bottle of sauvignon blanc, delicious crab cakes for an appetizer, two filet mignons, and the (extremely rich) three creme crepe for dessert. I would highly recommend this steakhouse if you're looking for a local eatery with super friendly staff and a great menu.

My wife and I have been here twice and sat in the exact same booth with the exact same waiter. Once was for her birthday and we got escargot as an appetizer followed by the Chateaubriand for Two. Neither of us had ever had escargot before, but decided to be adventurous considering the occasion. They were absolutely delicious down to the last one! The garlic buttery sauce they pour all over them was amazing! While the Chateaubriand for Two is the most expensive thing on the menu, it easily filled both of us. In fact, it was so good we had it the second time we went there as well! The red wine sauce is perfect and both times the meat was cooked exactly to our liking. It was one of those meals where we both just wanted to lick the plate clean! Just as everyone else has said, the table-side service is some of the best in the town. They keep the evening pleasant, romantic, and classy the whole time. Our waiter always knew the entire menu by heart including any specials that weren't on the menu and could answer any questions about any detail on a dish. Incredible! While it is expensive, the quality is unmatched while still being a filling meal and makes for a classy and romantic evening!

I had a very pleasant experience at Antiquity. It's a cosy little place with a charcoal grill for the steak right when you come in the door, which hits you with great smells. I got the salad special which had a chunk of fried brie that was fantastic, not to mention the yummy salad with pears, raspberries, walnuts, cranberries, and a pear vinaigrette. I got the salmon special which was crusted in cashews and served with rice and a pineapple/fruit salsa-ish thing. The dish as a whole was a bit dry, but the salmon itself was very good. My coworker got the scallops and enjoyed those as well. I wish I'd had room for dessert!

We visited Antiquity with some friends of ours who live in Albuquerque. The restaurant itself is in Old Town which is a really nice area of the city. Being visitors, it was a bit difficult to find because they entrance, etc is pretty inconspicuous but once inside, the people were very nice. We got seated right away and the food was really good. It was noisy - but also our table was kind of elevated and tucked away so we could talk to our friends. The waiter made some very good recommendations and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our food. We will definitely go back.

Wow! Outstanding service it was like dinner and a show all rapped into one the waiter had memorized the entire menu and a load of specials and introduced them to us like old friends. Very nice setting , dim lighting and romantic. A place to take your love interest for sure that will score some major points. The food was fantastic and nice drink list . good pour on the black and tan ! Will be back !

My husband and I were celebrating our 4th Wedding Anniversary and we wanted to do something special. We had heard about this place on the Old Town Ghost tour (super fun btw! I would have loved it more if it was about 20 degrees colder though).. Anyway the tour mentioned it is the most romantic restaurant in Albuquerque, so we figured we would give it a try. We arrived early and had to wait a little which we didn't mind at all. It was a little warm being that we were sitting very close to this huge grill. The gentleman by the front (not sure if he was the owner or manager) was very attentive to us and hurried his staff to get us seated. We were sat at a cozy booth with wedding confetti decorating the table (very thoughtful of them!). Now to the good stuff.. Our server was awesome!! He planned our food timing perfectly. We did not feel rushed to eat, nor did we sit for a long time wondering where our food was... It was perfect timing! We started with some fresh raw oysters from the Pacific North West area (WA I think) and a split bottle of champagne. The oysters were delicious! I am from CA, and love me some oysters! Next we had the mix baby green salad with candied pecans, pear slices, dried cranberries, strawberries and this amazing baked brie wrapped in phyllo dough with pear vinaigrette dressing. There was also the option for bacon in the salad but I opted out... The combination of flavors was fantastic! For my main course I ordered the Scallops Jalapeno. I was afraid the jalapeno would over power, but not at all. The scallops were prepared to perfection. The cooks really know what they are doing. My husband and I were both overstuffed with our meal that unfortunately we had no room for desert! I think next time I will make sure to save some room.

We go here for special dinners, always on our wedding anniversary, because of the intimate atmosphere, great waitstaff, and incredible food. Get the Henry V (filet mignon, artichoke heart, bernaise sauce...yum!), but rest of menu also fine. Good wine choices. Nice location very near the Old Town Plaza, but easy to miss as it is very small and off a side street towards Central Avenue. This is not a "tourist trap," it is one of the nicest places to eat in Albuquerque (we live in West Old Town).

My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting Antiquity while we were in town. Gorgeous restaurant in an old building, and you can smell the aroma of the food from the street. It's a nice greeting. We started off with the Oysters Rockafeller, which I highly recommend. They were definitely some of the best I've had. Perfectly cooked, and were topped with a bernaise sause which was what I particularly enjoyed. I moved on to the Jalepeno Shrimp, which were the perfect amount of spicy. They were served with mashed potatoes, which were pretty good in flavor, but a little on the dry side. Steamed veggies also came as a side, and were topped with an orange hollandaise sauce. I had never had hollandaise made with orange juice (vs lemon), but it was surprisingly yummy and tasted almost a little like honey butter. I'll have to try that at home some time... The wine selection is extensive and the desserts are also very tasty. We had the Creme Brulee, and it was just as divine as our entrees. Another thing that I liked about this place, is that although I would consider it a "fancy" restaurant, we felt comfortable wandering in the door in shorts and flip flops. It is located right in Old Town, and like so many others in the restaurant, we had been spending the day sight-seeing. I highly recommend Antiquity, and I'm sure that we'll be going back if we ever find ourselves in Albuquerqe again.

One of the best restaurant experiences I ever had. All of the food was fantastic. The oysters rockefeller, scallops, and the filet mignon were fantastic. On top of that the owner Steve constantly visited with us and gave us recommendations. He was a gracious host. Again, one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had.

Really fun place to take a date! Intimate dining experience. Tucked away in old town. Love the old screen door you first walk through and the oven in the front. The menu is always delicious! Great fresh bread!

Not as good as everyone says it is, but maybe we were just there on an off night. Odd how narrow the hallway is, service was good, food was good, atmosphere was fine, but overall not amazing.

Definitely check this place out if you are in the area and had your full of Mexican food.

Swoon.

Enjoy!

We absolutely love this place! The atmosphere, food, and service all deserve more than five stars! My husband and I have been coming here for about six years. It's our anniversary, valentines day, and any other excuse we can find to eat here, restaurant! The quality of the food is consistent every single time we come... absolutely amazing! Tip: crab legs are not on the menu, but they usually have them if you request them. These are Alaskan king crab legs, and they are by far the best we've ever had! Also, the French onion soup is amazing! The dress is business casual, but you feel very comfortable going really dressed up.

This is my favorite restaurant in Albuquerque! I ordered the chateaubriand and it was cooked perfectly. The service is great here and they really take the time to explain the menu items to you. Try it out! You won't be disappointed!

  • Ashley E.

  • Chris W.
