I ate at this Qdoba for lunch today with some work buddies. The inside looks like any other Qdoba, nothing special here. But I did notice that the tables and floor were all very clean. I walked up and placed my order of a Taco Salad, in a bowl, with no shell, and chicken. The salad was awesome. It tasted extremely fresh. But not sure if it was worth $8, that's pretty steep to me. All in all, I would definitely go back as it was a great experience all around. Great food, service, and location.

I really enjoy going to Qdoba every now and again. I LOVE the chips and queso it is my favorite! If you have never tried it you are so missing out! That's pretty much the only reason I go is for the queso. I usually just get that as my meal it's pretty big if you don't want to share. The tacos are pretty small so I sometimes get one of those as well but I could do without. The only thing is I noticed this visit it didn't seem all that hygienic. As I was ordering the girl picked a lid out of the hot sauce with her bare fingers. I also didn't like how they put my queso cup right on top of my chips after it has been touched and what not.

They're pretty good. However I'd like to make the distinction that this is more TexMex food than Mexican. The queso is good. Lots of types to choose from. Some previous comment compared to chipotle: Set up and environment are the same as chipotle but NOT the same food or quality. Chipotle uses meat from only nutrient fed and free grazing animals. Also Chipotle's prices are based on the cost of those animals, not on the market price or how much they can get from customers, so this is just a bit more expensive. Over all the food is good. Only recommendations I have is to cut a bit more fat from the meat and charge a little more to provide fresh vegetables- the tomatoes in the pico tasted a few days old or very overly ripe

Never dine-in before, but the food was excellent. I made a great choice for lunch today.

Yum. Stopped with the kids while Christmas shopping and it was very good. I got the burrito and kids got the nachos. We all think this place is much better than Chipotle.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
