Stopped here for lunch. I had the chicken and noodles, which is a family recipe. It was huge for under 7 dollars and came on top of mashed potatoes with a biscuit on the side. It was delicious!! Highly recommended! The onion rings are amazing as well! I'll be back.

Great prices, small town cafe feel but great food!! Biscuits and gravy were great. Good vintage photos of Louisville. Great place to stop in for breakfast if you are nearby camping.

THE VERY BEST PORK TENDERLOIN! Tenderloin was thinly cut, very fresh, and very tender. The batter was bubbly crunchy golden brown without a bit of greasiness. For $8.95, the tenderloin dwarfed the bun and filled the plate. My lunch companion has been to the cafe several times and always orders the hot roast beef sandwich (two scoops of real mashed potatoes, plenty of beef and brown gravy). When I return, I will be tempted to order the catfish poor boy, but the tenderloin will likely win out. Over the lunch hour, the cafe was filled with locals. Find the Main Street Cafe on the main street in small town Louisville, Nebraska. The tin ceiling and wooden floor say this was once a store of some kind. Now it is a very special cafe. If there is an equal in Omaha, I haven't found it. Dreaming of that pork tenderloin and returning to small town life.

Great pork tenderloin. Outside batter is amazing. Light rich. Fries were great too. Both time I have been here, 2 waitresses. One unable to serve beer. First time busy & wait staff was overwhelmed so service was so so. Second great service, 8 tables going

Good American food with nice service and good fries. I ate the philly cheese steak and it was very good! Husband had the Cajun burger and it had some heat, which he liked. The kids loved the environment and we fed the whole family dinner for less than $30. They serve beer and fresh baked goods. What more can you ask for out of a town 1500 people?! Super cute inside...
