This is by far the worst service in the fast food industry! Over a 25min wait, two Sunday's in a row! Only four total cars in line, including us! The worst part of today is that they couldn't even get the order right with all that time. Paid for a grilled chicken bacon ranch meal and received a breaded chicken marinara sandwich, I hate fried chicken! Even better, my wife calls to let them know and they don't even answer!!

I have been to many Dairy Queens in my travels around the states. But this one beats almost all the others. The food is always fresh and the service has always been fast and very friendly. If you are looking for just a quick desert or a nice place to take the family, this is a great place to go.

Used the drive through tonight and the line took forever. Ordered a valentine's day cake that was clearly on menu only to wait five cars to be told they really didn't have it. So then had to change our orders at window. Seemed very busy and to much for staff to keep things straight. Ice cream was good but service was not all that accurate.

To be entirely honest, I might choose this Dairy Queen over any other sit-down restaurant in town. We were totally blown away. The interior is gorgeous; recently remodeled with beautiful tile and an almost Tuscan-style ironwork in the lighting and walls. Each table had a napkin dispenser, catchup, mustard, and salt and pepper in a turnstile in the center. Our food was brought right out to us; service was exceptionally friendly. And the food was great. Chances are, if you're driving down Reserve Street looking for fast food, you're either headed out on a long journey down I-90 or you're just returning and not in the mood to waste any time. This is certainly your place. Quick, tasty, and comfortable. Best fast-food restaurant I've ever visited and a great way to start our Missoula-to-Portland road trip.

Dairy Queen is always good ice cream but this one is incredibly slow service. I'm not sure I've ever waited so long (20 minutes) for a small dipped cone. My last couple of stops here have been marked by extremely slow service. Next time I will choose to drive across town to another location.

Ordered a flamethrower burger with no tomato and no lettuce, and a bacon cheese burger with only onion, mustard and pickle (aside from the bacon and cheese). Not only did it take far longer than it should have, but the flamethrower somehow manged to come out with three patties (maybe this isn't a detraction but still, not how it should be) and my bacon cheese burger came with the things I asked for, but it also had lettuce and flamethrower sauce on it. Of course, I didn't discover these things until I got back to my hotel, so I wasn't able to get this fixed. The only thing that makes this two stars rather than one is because all of the employees were extremely polite and friendly. Special orders, apparently, do upset them.

Once again we find ourselves in Missoula, 1 1/2 hours from home. To much to do to stop for a big meal. This DQ keeps getting better! The staff are friendly and patient, waiting on all of us trying to decide what to get. I got my usual, The chicken strip basket. they gave me an extra chicken cause a couple of them were a little smaller. They even brought our food to our table, hot out of the kitchen. Thank you! This is one of our favorite food stops. We will be back again.
