Amazing breakfast! And great service also. A proper diner with perfect bacon, great hashbrowns and excellent cinnamon rolls, so good we got 4 to take home. I'm glad we drove through Great Falls and decided to stop here, breakfast couldn't be any better.

Good home style cooking, reasonably priced. I had the travelers breakfast, 2 scrambled eggs with ham and crisp hash Browns and toast at $6.75! It was busy due to Father's Day - but the waitress was very good and the food was served hot.

Pictured is the sausage omelette. As you can see portions are plentiful. I had a mini breakfast of one egg 2 bacon 1 toast and plenty of crispy hash browns and could hardly finish it. Everything was cooked just right and came out hot. I could not resist the cinnamon roll. I ate 1/4. Hubby had a 1/4 and I took 1/2 home. It was good but had too much sugar in it. You can have it 3 ways. Covered with white frosting. Covered with maple frosting or covered with caramel sauce. I had the caramel. Restaurant is clean but old. The service was slow but very friendly.

Meatloaf dinner for lunch. Salad was iceberg lettuce, cucumber, carrot. I had Blue cheese dressing. Their soup is canned chicken noodle or cream m of tomato; says so right on the menu. Meatloaf lunch came with real mashed potatoes with gravy and a huge Parker house roll. Meatloaf, potatoes with gravy and salad all for $6.95. Lots to choose from on the menu, so I give four stars for the category, home cooking. Service was friendly and efficient.

I wish Home Cafe could fit in my pocket and I could carry it with me on my travels. Home Cafe is a spot that any day of the week you can find a couple of 70 year old cowboys sitting around, drinking coffee, and discussing the weather. Picture a diner with seat coverings from a pre-1970s world, a bar with low stools, and food to match. The waitstaff is no nonsense, but will always take a few seconds to ask how your family is. A great local place with lots of character. Great service and you get get a huge meal for less than $6. My favorites here are the small things for breakfast. Their home-made doughnuts are hardy, light, and not too sweet. They have a distinct homemade flavor that you can't get from dunkin' donuts or the like. Another of my breakfast favorites are the hash-browns, which are shredded and and put on the grill until crispy brown on the outside. Both items are not much more than $1. Their omelets are "meh" based on the processed cheese that is used. Other than that, go for it. The specials of the day are always a good bet, and all the food is prepared to exactly how you request. The hamburgers are hand-formed and very juicy. As a heads up, Homes is open very early and for lunch. However, they are not open for dinner every night of the week.
