Fast and friendly service with a smile. I love coming here! They are great when it comes to accommodating my Autistic son and his picky eating habits. He loves the little chicken sandwiches and they make it just the way he like it. This is his favorite place to eat. It is not easy finding restaurants that he will go eat at but he loves KFC/A&W and the staff that works there. Prices are reasonable and food is delicious!!!

Came here after a long day on the road on our way to Yellowstone and we arrived 15 minutes before closing. I haven't had KFC in a while, the last time being the KFC in West Yellowstone which was just "decent". Anyway, came here and got 2 buckets of the 10 piece chicken with drumsticks and thighs. I got the extra crispy, it's my favorite. Food was ready in a timely manner and we sat down to enjoy our meal. Without realizing, we accidentally stayed almost 15 minutes past closing time; even still, the employees were all very friendly and polite!

This was combined with A&W. It was good. Plenty of room and it was clean. It didn't take too long to get the food and the portions were big. Friendly service.

YUCK!! We ordered around $30 worth of food from both sides of this place, the fries are ALWAYS cold, greasy and taste like fried chicken, the chicken was cold, they forgot two of our sides, no biscuits and the wrong sammie. We called and found out they don't offer refunds, so they re-made our entire order, which was almost equally as disgusting. We need a Popeye's or a Church's or some kind of GOOD chicken place. PS: Way too expensive, you aren't that good.

Slowest drive thru in town. I ordered, waited 15 minutes, and then finally backed out of it and went inside. NO ONE was at the counter (customer wise) so I told the cashier what I had done, and only had 10 more minutes of my lunchtime left. She had no idea what to do. The woman who took my order, even after I told her what I had ordered outside, said I'd have to wait until my time in line came up on the register before she could fill the order. The cars outside had not moved at all. I suggested that she simply void the order and I'd order inside. "That would mess up my register," she said.. so I simply said "Bye," and left. I doubt if I'll ever go back there again. Too bad because I love the boneless chicken. But it's people such as that who have no idea on proper customer service that end up losing customers.
