really a nice place but over time it will get better than ever

A friend recommended this place -- and I agree, it is definitely the place to go! The firebird ahi tuna was wonderful. I snuck a piece of the Pulled Pork and that was just as good. The S.O.D. was gumbo. It was good, maybe a little salty. But that is the only complaint. And of course, we all enjoyed the beer!

My first destination after picking up my rental car at the airport! I noticed that Billings has a few brewery options, but I picked this one because the vegetarian options looked best. I got a beer sampler of four 4oz beers for $4! In California, I am used to paying way more than that to go beer tasting. Here is what I thought: Liked: 1. Pink Slip - made with fresh raspberries! 2. GrandMaster SMaSH Mosaic Indifferent: 1. CANU Recreation Ale 2. ICONIC Pale Ale Didn't Try: 1. Stand Down Brown 2. Golden Ticket 3. White Noise Hefeweizen 4. Meeteetse Fly Rye 5. Alt 0220 6. Hi-Line Porter A few options on the food menu looked good, but I ended up getting the pretzels since that is a staple for me while beer tasting. The pretzels were so good! I definitely recommend this place if you are interested in beer tasting in Billings.

After my partner and I took a detour into Billings for the night, I scoped out Yelp for advice on where to munch on some grub. The reviews looked great for Uberbrew, so I continued to explain to my other half what a gastropub is. Much to his surprise a gastropub has nothing to do with gastronomy. Uberbrew was very welcoming as we bellied up to the bar. The place was hopping so service was understandably slowed. We ordered a flight of their homemade hefeweizen, pale ale, ipa, and porter. All were delicious. I ended up ordering a pint of the ipa, while the Mister had the hefeweizen. We shared the German eggrolls with mustard. No complaints. My fella ordered the Chipotle onion burger with the Mac and cheese (fries came instead). I ordered the Bleu cheese wedge salad with bacon and a side of mac and cheese (Sharing is caring). We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Only slightly disappointed with the Mac and cheese. Nothing remarkable about it. The atmosphere was fun and we felt quite at home. Would love to return and try more menu items.

We are here right now! (Live yelping! ) ...and the staff is amazing! (Chaney is amazing!) ...and the BLT is great! ...and the cheesesteak is great! ...and the beer is great!

  • Rachel B.

We loved this brewery. The beers were not quite 5 star, but the atmosphere and food were like a hidden gem in Billings. I would highly recommend swinging by.

  • Diana T.

The Brews change and they have something to fit neatly everyone's tastebuds. When we first ate at Ãœberbrew I fully expected bar food. What a pleasant surprise to discover a menu with delicious options that are as tasty as their beer.

  • Erin P.

Stopped in for a quick late lunch and was very happy with service (Melissa)! The onion rings were amazing! Half order is huge! They also have a very nice patio.

Great brewery. Got a flight of Black Hop 2 (8.6%,100 IBU ),Alpha Force (7.71%,75 IBU ), Great Pumpkin Massacre (6.71%,35 IBU ), Dirty Little Sticke (7.8%,40 IBU ). LOVED them all. Only brewery in Billings that opens at 11. Ordered 2 appetizers -Bacon & Eggs (candied bacon, deviled eggs) & German Egg Roll. Both were very good. Service was excellent and I recommend doing the Billings brewery tour. 1.5 mile route & historic stuff.

  • Greg R.

Love their beer, especially Pink Slip. Food is also good, but has been hit or miss for quality. What a cool place, interior design is very appealing and a neat atmosphere overall.

We flew into Billings for our trip to Yellowstone. We checked our trusty Yelp app to find a local eatery. Ãœberbrew did not disappoint! It was open seating when we got there which was a little confusing. The decor is urban industrial but casual. There are several tv's so you can catch whatever big sporting event is on. Our server was super friendly, helpful and efficient! We started each with one of their brews. Our server brought us a few samples since we weren't sure which one to order. They were all great! I had the IPA and my friend had the amber. We couldn't resist ordering the cheese fries. Just fantastic. The fries are crispy and seasoned then the beer cheese on top is heaven! Plus crumbled bacon: oh my! It is a huge portion! My friend ordered the Ruben and I had the sausage Mac n cheese. The server asked my friend if she wanted grilled onions and she agreed/. Just know there is an up charge/. There is also a charge for ranch dressing. The Reuben was fantastic but didn't need the grilled onions. My Mac n cheese was to die for. A huge portion! I loved the bacon on top. This place is great, don't miss it! If I were ever to come back to billings I would definitely eat here again!!

I flew up from LA and a Marine on the plane saw my Pizza Port hat and said I had to visit Uber. They only had one IPA on tap but it was bomb. Would highly recommend the Alpha Force IPA very well balanced, right up there with the best iPas from Russian River, Kern River, Alpine, Boneyard and so on. I know my iPas! And for 3$ a pint during happy it was the best deal I had while I was in Montana.

  • Elise C.

Really neat feel and ambiance. Really liked the sliders with beer cheese soup and a Golden Ticket. I need them to open in Portland, Oregon now!

  • Randy P.

This is an amazing place to stop. Nice selection of beers and the food is unique with a lot of flavor. Some of the items are Signature design. You will be coming back for more.

  • Joey S.

So good. I wish we had a place like this where we live so that we could keep coming back and trying everything on the menu. My Uberburger was amazing, and the White Noise Hef was good enough to bring home a growler. If we're ever back in Billings we will come here again.

    (5)
  • Jim U.

Very good food selection. I had an IPA and a stout. Both were excellent. Unlike the smaller microbrew pubs in Billings this place opens early. Great place to start so you get food in your belly before moving on to all the other tasting rooms which do not serve food

    (5)
  • Sandy K.

Beer, food and atmosphere are excellent. My favorite brew is the White Noise and they also have great burgers and ahi tuna. A great place to meet friends for a brew and a bite. Service has also been very good every time.

    (5)
  • Bella M.

Loved Uberbrew! The beer was great & the ahi tuna was yummy! But best of all, the staff was so friendly & knowledgeable about the beer & food. We also enjoyed talking to Gretchen & Kenny. How nice to be from out of town & find friendly conversation at the bar. Side note, go Tigers & thanks for supporting Shinola!

  • Gabrielle U.

Visited Billings for the weekend and my cousin took me here. Right away, loved the atmosphere - long wooden tables and an industrial feel. They were out of a couple of beers so I got the Golden Ticket, which was good. I wasn't really feeling this rule of only 3 beers and nothing after 8 PM though. I got the hot beer sausage with mac n cheese. The sausage was great - came with a couple different mustards that really complimented it. I also got grilled onions and the bun was fluffy and fresh. The mac n cheese was also very good. A definite go-to spot if you're in Billings and looking for a casual but fun place.

  • Adam J.

Really good flagship hefenweizen and the cream beer was also good. The food was very good as well as I had a moist and well spiced meatloaf.

    (4)
  • Scot E.

Awesome microbrews & phenomenal German food. Lots of HD TV's. I love the exposed brick wall & the old barn wood.

    (5)
  • Sam G.

Yum! If you're in Billings, don't miss this tasty treat of a brewery/restaurant. Nestled in an older building with painted woodwork and skylights, they have delicious, award-winning beers and great staff. Of course, I tried their wings, and they were more than satisfying with a unique smoked flavor and spicy-if-you-want. I asked for recommendations for my server, and he was dead-on for what's best. I only wish I'd had more room in my tummy because the daily special sounded wonderful...

    (5)
  • Patrick S.

Had a great burger and the beer is worth the go. Finding a table can be a little challenging at certain times.

  • Tracy T.

Wanted to try something different so we is it going inside and started off with there beer white noise and it was very light refreshing. For the appetizer I had the clams and they were so delicious I could probably have licked the bowl. Unfortunately I wasn't too thrilled about my burger but it would not stop me from going back and trying them again. The atmosphere was fun and the staff were all extremely friendly. Its a restaurant that I would recommend to anyone that wants to enjoy a fun night out on the town.

  • Michael E.

Great atmosphere and beer. Good wasn't great (fish & chips) but everything else was excellent including the staff.

    (5)
  • Colin A.

Great beer. Great service. Great atmosphere. Food is pretty good but I think it can still improve over time!

  • Ash R.

Schnitzel sandwich is PHENOMENALLY GOOD, seriously, and the cheese fries are an awesome indulgence. Deviled eggs and bacon are also awesome and my partner still hasn't shut up about the Uberdog, which was definitely delicious. Service is usually good -- we've been here mostly in the late afternoon before the dinner rush -- and food comes quickly, but you can feel a little ignored if you're not a young bro in a baseball hat. Totally worth it though!

    (5)
  • Robyn T.

Great food! Great beer!! Great service!! Best beer cheese (cheddar ale) in town hands down!!! Thanks Chaney!

    (5)
  • Bryan D.

I stopped in here for a beer and dinner and was not disappointed in the decision. I had the Alpha Force IPA and started out with the naked chicken wings which had a very nice smoked flavor. I then had the Tuna Salad with a side of Sheaf bread. The Salad and bread were both excellent. The Ahi Tuna was lightly seared just the way I like it. The service was also excellent. I will be back the next time I am in town.

    (5)
  • Donna K.

Great beer and food. The meatloaf sandwich was very good with great flavor. The Apple Whiskey sauce was a great pairing. The schnitzel was delicious and huge. Great service, very friendly and welcoming.

    (4)
  • Macayla B.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place! The meatloaf sandwich is to die for. They make a whiskey glaze that goes over it and it is wonderful! I want one right now just writing about it!

  • Jeremy L.

Uberbrew has a lot of potential, but that's about the best I can say about it. In 3 visits, I have yet to find a beer that is anything better than passable. Half their beers are vaguely to style, and we've had trouble with the waitresses even knowing which was which when we've tried flights. The nitro tap was having so many issues, our table got food before 2 of the nitro beers arrived. The food is hit and miss. I've had some things I've liked, but a chicken sandwich I recently had was mostly soggy and just generally cheap seeming. Not very quality ingredients being used, I don't care if it's a brew pub. Uberbrew is a nice place to drink, though. Modern looking, some TV's, and clean. However... there was a DJ set up in there the other night. I have no idea who thought that music was appropriate for the crowd sitting there, but it wasn't. Honestly, we left after a single beer because the music was so annoying. Average age was older than me, so I don't know what they were going for. Given the options in Billings, it's still worth giving Uberbrew the benefit of the doubt, but don't expect much.

  • Doug O.

Some of the best bar food in town, and now after a couple of years tweaking recipes, they have one of the best craft beer selections in town.

  • Matt K.

One of only 2 real gastropubs in Billings. Montana Brew Pub being the other and better food by far and beers are close. I wanna love uberbrew. It has an industrial sheik meets a Montana cabin theme. Staff is professional do a good job. But the food is very hit and miss. Sometimes I like what I order and sometimes it sucks. They get creative and sometimes it's a fail. Breweries here without food open 4-8pm and only serve 3 drinks. Uber serves beer till 8 and food till 9. But it opens around 11am with lunch and kegs and eggs on Sunday's. The Hi-Line porter is about perfect. White noise is a seller on taps all around town. Give it a go and good luck with the food. Fried grilled cheese sandwiches suuuuck.

After driving around Billings, MT to find a brewery and striking out because they don't open until 4 pm I found Uberbrew! Although I live in Wyoming I will be back to enjoy the brew, food, friendly staff and vibe. The Pink Slip was very light and refreshing. The U brat very possibly had the very best caramelized onions on it that I have ever had. Oh, and to top it all off their bread / bun s come from a local bakery. Definitely bread worthy! I shall return ...

  • Preet S.

Really good food, the service..... Not so much. We had the slow smoked buffalo wings, they really do have that smokey flavor. Its unique, I've had smoked wings before but these can stand on their own. And the chipotle mayo is really good too, I had it with the grilled chicken. Haha I say had the mayo with the chicken because I had to get 2nds. My only gripe is that they can only sever 3 beers/day/person and no more after 8. But I can buy a growler and be on my way? Seems a little backwards. I really like the ambiance too, very casual. But also a little on the hipster side. They skylights were a nice touch thou, really opens the place up.

  • DerickandMegan D.

Wow... Didn't expect the food to be this dang good!! I had the uberburger, comes with some sausage on the burger. So delicious....added some wings for a starter...can't say enough, how good the wings are, a good variety of sauces and the whiskey...sauce was a treat! Good size wings! The food is great and the beer selection and specials are very nice. A very relaxed joint with tv's, friendly staff, awesome food selection. I will be back to this joint before I leave Billings!!

Beer is fantastic and the food matches suit. Casual, excellent gastropub in a fantastic part of Billings. Staff is friendly and attentive. Great place to hangout.

Read the reviews of this place as we were driving through the area and looking for a place close to the highway for a late lunch and we were not disappointed. Fast and friendly service and the food and brews surpassed our expectations. We wish this place wasn't 500 miles from home because we would love to visit here frequently.

Good brewery. Very good beer and fun food. Our burgers were very tasty.service great. Our waiter was so attentive to my our children. We would return again.

I was in town for business and enjoyed a few craft beers here as well as the beer cheese soup. I wish, I had ordered one of their selections of beer sausages/brats, but I was filled enough by the large bowl of soup and the pale ales I quaffed. The place was busy and has a cool industrial style. I would go again if I were in town and it looks likes a fun place to chill with some friends.

  • Tim C.

I was torn between Alt 0220 and the Überstition Foreign Stout. The bar keep tasted me up on both of them so I could decide. Ended up drinking pints of both. I ordered the chipotle onion burger....and crushed it! It was amazing! Chipotle sauce really gave it a kick combined with sautéed onions. Had the side of Mac and cheese. Creamy and delicious! Another great experience at Überbrew.

  • Rhea H.

I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was warm and the staff was friendly. We both had the whiskey burger. It was quite good and the fries were crispy on the outside and seasoned perfectly. Their micro brews were very good as well. I will be going back.

I thought I would give my first review on Yelp, and chose to review Uberbrew. It is a great place to eat. Their cheese scrunchy is remnants of the happy diner that we all loved. I'm not a big beer fan, so I always get the white noise. On sundays they have a keg and eggs that I regularly have. It is always a great way to eat and drink before Noon! Add some orange juice to your beer and mmm mmm good! Its a great breakfast drink. I also enjoy the meatloaf. It is very good.

Stopped here after having a sampler of beer at Carter's. Glad I did! Much better beer and a very tasty Reuben Dog! We had pretzels for starters. They came with three sauces; standard mustard, hot honey mustard and a imitation jalapeño cheese sauce. The honey mustard was by far the best, a skin formed over the cheese after it had sat for ten minutes... The pretzels were anything special, not made in house or anything, but they tasted fine and kept us occupied until our other food arrived. The dog was nice and juicy. Kielbasa topped with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese. I would have like a bit more corned beef, but the dog was a decent size nonetheless. It was served with fries, which were also pretty good. Lightly seasoned and cooked correctly. I had the strong IPA (forget the name) it was nice. Good body and nice hopiness. Service was decent. We had a waitress with some personality and she did fine taking care of us. It was pretty busy so there was time where we didn't see her for a little while, but we really didn't need anything.

Best IPA in town! Food is always good. Cucumbers dipped in queso is my favorite. Love love all the waitresses!!! Always smiling faces and great service.

Take your appetite. Montana is knocking it out of the park with great microbrews and gastro pubs. We had heard about Uberbrew from a friend and decided to check it out on a recent trip to Billings. We had an order of the Sheaf bread as an appetizer. It was delicious, but unless you have a huge appetite, make sure you share with more than 2. We both enjoyed the "Golden Ticket" Kolsh style beer. It was crisp and delicious on a warm day. I enjoyed a perfect Reuben with a bistro style salad - no iceberg lettuce in this joint. Dave took on the Uberburger. The thick burger was topped with a cheese I cannot pronounce, a spicy sliced sausage and jalapenos. It was served with delicious crunchy lightly coated fries. We will definitely recommend and return~

We were a group of 7 that came in and had fabulous service, great food and a wonderful time. Absolutely, everyone of us had a wonderful meal, from the Pulled Pork Sandwich, Whiskey Chicken sandwich, Mac -n- Cheese, Strawberry Spinach side salad, Caesar Salad and Whiskey Burger! All food was served at the same time and to perfection. We had a great, friendly and professional server who added to our wonderful time. Will definitely come back to The Uberbeer!

Great food, great staff, great place! We had the Caesar salad with quinoa cake and chicken, the pulled pork burger and the ahi tuna burger. Everything was so good! Highly recommended!

Absolutely hands down fabulous!!! Service, food, atmosphere, everything was stellar!! I walked out stuffed, happy, and nothing disappointed us. See my tips for what we ordered!! They were even great with the kids - how refreshing!!

I really enjoyed Uberbrew and WISHED it were in Orlando (where I live). Visiting friends, I wanted to try some breweries and we decided to try this place. When you walk in, you seat yourself, though they carry food, its a Brewery first. The wood work, metal work and open ceilings give this little place in downtown Billings an amazing feeling. Its bright during the day due to the windows in the ceiling, mirrors behind the bar help the sun light pass through the approx. 1500 sq seating area. The industrial look and large glass windows allowing views into the actual brewing area make this place pop. Unfortunately I ate before showing up, but shouldn't have. They have a variety of beef burgers which you can sub any for buffalo!!! Woo! I tried only 2 beers, sadly Billings has a law that prevents any brewer from serving beer after 8pm. How lame is that!! However, you can't fault them for the city's stupid law. Its also kind of a college town due to a University just down the way, how can you NOT continue to serve beer at breweries!!! The two beers I tried were very good. nothing too sour or bitter, smooth, dark and served at a good temp. If I had more time I would have gone back and spent more money at Uberbrew, great spot to sit and talk over a good beer!

    (4)
  • Madeline A.

For starters, the service here has always been wonderful and so friendly!!!!! And I love the food. I had the small spinach salad with candied almonds and craisins with grilled chicken and it was by far the best salad I have ever had. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Everything I have ever ordered here has been delicious!

  • Tiffany M.

Uberbrew is a great place to pick up a to go order. I say that because it is always cold and some days you will go in there and the place reeks. I know they are making beer in there but goodness invest in a good ventilation system. It gets overwhelming. I have tried the beers and haven't found one that I have ordered twice but the food is good! The eggs and bacon is simple yet amazing. The bockwurst is usually yummy. They also have a sunday breakfast that is good.

    (3)
  • Christopher B.

#1: note that they cannot (by law) serve alcohol after 8pm. :-( #2: decent food, decent priced. Place seemed a bit pretentious to me, and after taking the bartender's rec on the chipotle burger ("One of the best burgers I've ever had"--his words) and fries ("Our fries are also amazing"), I have to say I was underwhelmed. It was all "fine". But that's all.

  • Janet H.

Excellent craft brew selection and menu choices! Ãœber brew is a brewery that also provides an excellent menu! They have a great choice of good beers to go with the unique German menu! The eggs and bacon appetizer is to die for! The bacon has brown sugar sprinkled on it during cooking and the eggs are devilled...you will not be disappointed! They have great Uberbrew hotdogs, exceptional cheese soup, and great homemade bread ring with the fruit and cheese plate! Something for everyone!

Uberbrew is awesome. I had a few hours to kill in Billings and settled on Uber and I really lucked out. Great staff and service. Food and beer are worth the trip. The Black Hops Tactical IPA was awesome. I'll work Uberbrew into my trip next time.

The restaurant has a nice industrial/warehouse-type look to it, with big tables you can share with other parties. They have some good beers on the menu for those with lighter taste (raspberry and Hefeweizen). The dinner menu is not the friendliest for vegetarians, but they do have a few options that involve quinoa cakes, which are delicious. It was especially great with the caesar salad. There is also a salmon sandwich with cranberry walnut bread, which looked great. For two meals, two appetizers, and 4 beers, the bill was only about $50. Our waitress was friendly and the restaurant even seemed pretty kid friendly.

  • Trina W.

Bill had the Schnitzel burger, with Hot mustard sauce. He loved it, and I loved the few bites I could get from him. I had the salad, sigh, but their Rasberry vingerette is world class. Super friendly service. We were here over Christmas break, and it was delightful to see families with little kids, grandparents. The works. The staff was very gracious with them, (you know how messy some tables are) Their daily specials are always a big hit, because by the time we arrive, they are mostly out. One day I will arrive in time for the specials. One of my mottos "order the specials, the chefs really love it"

  • Andrew R.

Tolerable food, good service, and poor beer. My sandwich was well executed, but fairly boring, and the piece of meat on it would be more properly termed a cutlet, not a schnitzel. It was juicy, large, and crisp, but bland, on a bland bun, with bland accompaniments including a single lonely, anemic tomato slice. The hot mustard was good, but totally obliterated everything else. The sausage was fine as well, and properly cooked, but, again, a poor bun and a light dusting of weak sauerkraut did nothing for it. The side Caesar was limpid; it lacked crispness of flavor and lettuce. Caesar should be "bright". The kitchen crew did seem to be tight, pro, and in control, though, and were really putting the food out. As for the beer, three of my selections were good on first impression but, strangely, all three left an acrid, metallic aftertaste that lingered and lingered. My fourth choice was actually pretty good, in the same way Kona's Pipeline Porter is. In exacly the same way, in fact. I'm almost certain it was a clone, albeit a well done one. To top it all off, the space was nice, light, and open, but upon closer inspection, there was a huge amount of downright shoddy carpentry, painting, tilework, and "craftsmanship". Unfortunately, as a craftsman myself, I usually find this to be a red flag: owners who accept this kind of thing before the restaurant is even open, usually aren't much more particular about things once the place is open.

It reminds me of a Cleveland Nanobrew joint that I love. I must say - the decor is uncomfortable. Its big and open with hard metal chairs. Not very comfy for long dinners... but maybe that's the point. :) We ordered wings and fried cheese curd for appetizers. The cheese curd was really good - but the mustard dipping sauce tasted like it was out of a jar. They could have been more creative with this. A chipotle sauce would have been awesome. The burgers were all creative and tasty. I'm not much of a beer drinker... but I did find a fruity beer that was tolerable. The noise level here is high. Probably not the best place to hold conversation with someone you've just met... but it ended up being a very nice night and I have no real complaints. Will definitely go back here.

I tried this restaurant after seeing an article in AAA magazine on them. The service was uber fast and friendly. The Cheddar Ale Soup was to die for and the Reuben with caramelized onions was so good. This is definitely on my list of places to return to.

Great beer & excellent food! Stopped here on a whim on the way to Red Lodge. We got pints & then growlers of the ipa & porter & were pleasantly surprised. We also had the meatloaf sandwich & the sausage Mac-n-cheese & they were delicious! Highly recommend this place!!!

We went here a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night to watch the Michigan game since we couldn't get it at home. It was our first time at Uberbrew and the atmosphere was great. I ordered a burger which was absolutely fantastic, as were the fries I got with my burger. My husband ordered the quesadilla which was good but kind of weird because they used a liquid cheese sauce on their quesadilla which I've never seen or heard of anywhere else. My husband liked his beer but I was a little disappointed they did not have a house made root beer or cream soda or something, they only had like pepsi products or coke,I don't remember which. I expect my brewpub to make a signature non-alcoholic soda in addition to theirs beers but Uberbrew has not caught on to that idea yet I guess. Still we really enjoyed the place and will be back.

Love UberBrew. Great atmosphere, relaxed and comfortable, perfect for lunchtime. Service was excellent, friendly and attentive, and not pestering or hovering. Classic cheese burger was awesome, real cheese, all the toppings and with a Caesar salad. Will lunch there again!

Great place to go if you are in downtown Billings. Fun atmosphere, good beer and tasty food. Mt husband raved about the pulled pork sandwich as the coleslaw that came in it had a spicy kick. We definitely will be repeat customers!

Bacon & Eggs appetizer = proof (as if you needed any) that these two go together. Creamy smooth deviled egg filling and brown sugar sweetened strips of thick-cut bacon!

  • Jeremy G.

Went here for dinner one evening when I was in Billings for business. Amazing experience! I had a tasty flight of beers and I am not normally a beer drinker. The food was different than standard bar food. It was burgers and such but tasty variations, all of which sounded appealing. I had the Quinoa cakes which were pretty amazing. There was live music which created a great vibe.

It's a shame. The atmosphere was cool and modern. Oii but the food..... The server asked how I wanted my burger. Told him MR...got well done. I asked for him to make another.....I got Med Well this time. THe server waited for me to see if it was cooked correctly. WHen i cut into it and showed him that it was over cooked again and not by a little...it was on the edge of being well done again.....I showed the waiter that it wasn't right again. He just looked at me blankly and walked away. I picked at the burger but didn't eat it all. He took my plate and gave us the bill with the poorly cooked burger. A manager didn't even come. Shame...the place has potential but service and food is what will keep a place in biz.

This new bar in a very well renovated space has put a lot of money and thought into the customer experience. The food is interesting and really quite tasty. Unfortunately though the beer is absolutely the worst micro I've personally ever had. I feel bad even calling what I tasted beer because it's a bit of an insult against the noble beverage. Thinking it was possibly teething pains I gave it a few weeks and made a return visit only to find the same. One wonders how Uber gave so much time and attention to the rest of the project and missed so terribly on the beverage.

Went there with the family for lunch. Awesome! I had the pulled pork sandwich, it was great!! Super tender and juicy. My dad and sister had the Chicago dog, they said it was good. Brother had the Chipotle Onion burger, he didnt eat very much, but it was great! The highlight of the lunch was the Mac and Cheese, though! It was perfect, good noodle and super creamy cheese, superb. The pale ale pub cheese and German eggroll were fantastic, too. Overall it was a fantastic lunch, and great service and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

There is a new brewery/restaurant in Billings. My wife and I tried the place last night and overall I liked it. They only had about 5 beers ready, but more are on the way. The beers were good, but I think there is more to do to get to the level of some of the other places in town. The space is bright and open with lots of natural light from several skylights. The menu is upscale pub food with wings, burgers, sandwiches, etc. We tried the wings and the plowman's patter, which was sausage, cheese, bread and fruit with dipping sauces. There is a 3 beer limit due to their license. Overall a good place to grab a meal and a beer. It is a good addition to Montana Ave

This place is such a great addition to downtown Billings! The beer is great, the food is creative and very tasty and the atmosphere is really great! The only downfall is that the service can be a bit spotty but I'm sure that's mostly to do with still working the bugs out. All in all, I really like this place and will venture back many, many times...even if I have to do it 3 beers at a time!

This is by far and away the best place for both beer and food in Billings. Menu is very unique and creative. Beers are outstanding, along with service. I can't say anything bad about this place. Our 2nd time here in 24 hours, and will be returning tomorrow again before we leave town for sure.

Amazing food, & even more amazing beer. The service is always impeccable! I would give it 5 stars, except for the owner sitting at the bar every time I go in. I went in at noon for lunch one day & he was sitting there drinking. Went back in to meet some friends at 7 & he was STILL there... drinking. He actually got into a small argument with a customer while I was there. Pretty tacky if you ask me.

A fine spot for beer and not fancy food. The cone head IPA was delicious. I had the smoked chicken Caesar salad. My son had the bratwurst. Both were yummy. Pleasant stop.

I was recently in downtown with a number of colleagues for some professional training. Located within walking distance of the Crowne Plaza, we decided to visit for lunch one afternoon. Everyone was very pleased both with the quality and quantity of the meals they ordered. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff was very welcoming. We didn't order any drinks but I've sampled them before and was impressed. A great place, I'll be back for sure.

Wish I hadn't already stuffed my face prior to coming here. Yummy beer. The alt was my favorite. The coffee porter was good too.
