    I really think this place needs new staff and management. On a previous occasion, the simple order for two people I received while ordering inside was completely wrong. I told the girl at the counter of the mistake which she went to the back to tell the cook. During this time I was waiting I did not see her again, but just another employee come to the window to hand off orders to the drive thru. I watched as four vehicles ordered and received their food before mine. Seeing how twenty minutes came and passed and no one even came to the front counter I sat my wrong order down and left. This was the first bad incident with them I have had. The second was while I was pulling up the the drive thru I saw four employees outside by the front door having a smoke break while they all stared as I pulled in. I came to the order box, but no one answered me after I tried again and again. I was in a very short mood to deal with bad service that day so I pulled up to the window but saw no one inside. As I was leaving in absolute irritation all four employees were lighting new cigarettes still in the front. I can't help but wonder what the DQ policy is about having the entire staff out on break at the same time. The little plastic tip cup at their window must be a joke because, honestly, the staff doesn't deserve squat with their terrible service.

    I'd give negative stars if I could. Corporate apparently doesn't read all the complainants from this location. The manager argues with the customers. DQ needs new management at the Belgrade location. The staff isn't properly trained so they feel helpless when dealing with any situation. Even the staff that has been there the longest has trouble with the computer. As seen in the picture they close the drive thru & ask customers to come inside. I've seen 15 customers walk out within 5 minutes due to the manager or computer issues. You don't argue with a customer about how they want their burger made. How do you run out of chocolate ice cream?!!! DQ is an ice cream place for crying out loud! We used to frequent DQ but now we just go across the street instead. DQ also doesn't follow promotions like the other DQ locations. Shame on you DQ! Corporate better wake up & do something before they're out of business!

    I hate leaving even a one star, because they do not deserve that. Slow, slow, slow! Horrible management. Incompetent staff. Dirty. This place needs to get their act together!

    Possibly the worst run Dairy Queen in the world. A 30 min wait for a brizzard? This is obviously local run as the staffing was not professional. The line was long with only one person working the counter. She was constantly telling people that they were out of different things and that they did not take national promotions. The very large and obvious ice cream cake cases were all empty and there were no utensils, napkins, condiments or drinks available except behind the counter. She charged one father for three waters with their 19$ in blizzards. It seems obvious that is all for cost cutting measures which is ironic when the store was packed and people backed up at the drive through. I will never come here again.

    A year ago I promised that I would never come back here and I lied. This place has the worst management in the history of restaurants. I will never ever ever ever go back here. The owner of this horrible horror place is the worst human being that God ever created. The true span of satin. Avoid this place at all costs.

    Very slow service and really cranky cashier. I am never going back. I think the cashier is actually the owner. Just now she told a little girl she could not have ice cream because she cleaned the machine. WTF. This is Dairy Queen and it is not even 6 at night. You should boycott this place simply because they made a little girl cry.

    Restaurants make mistakes. It happens. What usually happens after is they make it right but at this place they would rather accuse you of trying to steal from them. Their complete disrespect of customers just makes it very obvious they only care for your money and not your patronage. If you want ice cream go to Albertsons next door. You'll get better ice cream and 100% better service.

    This place is terrible. Slow service, missed half our order. Line backed up out the door. And to top it off, it doesn't appear they are too clean behind the counter. This is not our first bad experience. Won't be back again.

    Absolutely the worst! We went there and they were "out" of over half the toppings or choices for ice cream....what, isn't that what you do? The gal at the drive through was beyond rude and the service was super slow. (Not the first time we have encountered these issues here) I would rather drive to Bozeman and go to Cold Stone or U Swirl, not going back to DQ for A LONG time!

    This Dairy Queen really pisses me off because you can't get chocolate ice cream after 6:00! Their excuse: the machine takes an hour to clean and they want to have the employees out before midnight. I'm sorry but as long as they are open I don't think I'm asking too much of them to expect chocolate ice cream available for my late-night (or mid-evening for that matter) ice cream runs.

    Holy slow Batman!!! Like the geriatric ward of DQs.... Someone (probably a manager) needs to light the fire under the hind ends of the workers here. Just a warning, DON'T forget anything (i.e. extra spoon, drink, etc) with your order or you will be waiting at the end of the line for ages until you get back to the register. The drive thru seemed to be the priority. Things that could make it better: - speedy service

    Slow! Got a cookie dough blizzard once with literally three pieces so was basically vanilla soft serve in a cup. The tip jar looks tacky outside the window. Bunch of young teens with a lazy work ethic I guess. My stuff sat there and melted while they took. 15 minutes running my card.

    Sorry but the new portioned Blizzards at this location are nothing like the past. Had a Reese Peanut Butter Blizzard and you could not even tell it had any Reese's in it. They told us they are now pre-portioned and new high speed blenders grind the flavor choice more. It tasted pretty much like a cup of soft serve.
