This place is so inconsistent. The salad bar is the only reason to go here.

What can I say? Every bad decision can be traced back to a single moment when you say " this seems like a good idea". It was right off the highway and the menu was inviting but i dont think i will be going back.

Living in Monticello Mississippi just means that I am not able to experience the niceties of life. Not by any stretch of the imagination. As matter of face, it takes me thirty to forty minutes to get the McComb, which is the location of the only decent "fine dining" establishment in a one hundred miles radius. And let me tell you, "fine dining" is something of an exaggeration. The food is okay. The menu a bit pricey, especially for the people it's supposed to be catering to, but that's the way you have it, I suppose. The problem I had was that walking in on a Friday night at six o'clock and finding the restaurant on a half hour wait when there was only ten tables sitting seemed a little more than ridiculous. "The kitchen is behind," is what we were told, but seriously, when there's only ten tables sitting, and half of them have food in front of them, how can that be so? We actually waited twenty five minutes. But like I said, the food was good, the salad bar fantastic, and when push came to shove, there wasn't really anywhere else to go.

The staff were very nice and attentive and the food was very good. I highly recommend the hickory bourbon pork chop. The salad bar was very fresh however there were a few toppings that are very odd for a salad bar (ie green peas). We ordered a dessert and that took ridiculously to long to come, but besides that we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

I was here tonight and I must say I was very impressed with the establishment. My server was Roger very nice young man an a great server. Some restaurant you go to and you give your completed order they rush out your food (ie Olive Garden), but Roger made sure each course came out in good time. Even though it was after 8 pm the salad bar was very fresh. I had a nice time so give them a try the food is great.

Good lunch with the wife here. Not a very great place for lunch because they only have their dinner menu. Unless you want steak and lobster for lunch. The burgers are good and the salad bar is good as usual. The dressings are starting to slip a little. They don't make them anymore. They just pour them out of the bottles. Our waitress was really nice.

So to start with, as a server you should be friendly, but also professional when doing so, it's really a turn off when everyone is trying to eat and have to wait until you finish talking. Although the server was really nice it was just hard to deal with sometimes. Everything took way too long. Even though we were a pretty large party I feel like having to wait 10 mins to get 6 drinks is a pretty long time. And then waiting for food even longer. At one point there was a small drink spill and instead of helping clean the mess. The server left and we had to wait about 5 minutes to get napkins to clean the spill. I noticed during our wait time at least two other customers sent back food for being over cooked. Although our food was fine. I don't have any complaints there. There were times when the server made a few inappropriate jokes. Again I just feel like there should be a line where friendly stays professional. I will return. I just hope that management can get a handle on things and turn the restaurant around. As it is one of the few in the area. However if i am On a schedule I will not return seeing as how we waited.

Came here with a family of 10. After waiting for over an hour for our food, half of us had to send the food back because it was old, over cooked and just overall unacceptable. One of the dishes literally had the rice still in the plastic baggie that they heated it up. Gross. The server was pleasant but it was a pretty bad experience. We will not be back. You should think twice before coming here.

Well Ruby Tuesdays is trying to attract a bit more upscale crowd this particular location falls flat on its face. The atmosphere in this location is nice and it is convenient to interstate 55. However, there are two restaurants just crossed the freeway better much better (Applebee's and Santa Fe steakhouse). I had a salad from the bar which was fine and a grilled chicken sandwich which resembled shoe leather and it's texture. The cook either forgot to take the chicken off the grill or had no idea how to prepare a simple grilled chicken sandwich. Finally there was no sign that a manager was paying attention to details as servers milled around, and it seemed that they had not been properly trained.

Our server said he was new so we were very patient until like an hour into it. It was clearly a management issue because the food was taking forever, too. The manager did help out completing our order and discounted the ticket which was very nice and unexpected. Food was good once we FINALLY got it. The salad bar was excellent and everything was fresh.

Chain restaurants are what they are. Salad bar had fresh ingredients, fine enough diversity. I had a pasta dish. Very saucy, light on meat. Cheese biscuits hot/ fresh were best part. Could have been worse...
