I actually visited Slimberry a few months ago, but forgot to write a review until now. It's a small kiosk in St. Louis Mills Mall, across from the Banana Republic Outlet, and close to Cabela's. With that said, it's extremely tiny. EXTREMELY. There are 4 or 5 flavors at any given time, and a small handful of typical froyo toppings. I stuck with vanilla, but they also had strawberry, peach, chocolate, and white chocolate. Toppings included chocolate and candy pieces, and a small selection of fruit that didn't look particularly fresh or appetizing. Who knows how often they refresh the toppings. I'm sure the turnaround is better on a Friday or Saturday night, but I know better than to visit a mall when all of the teenyboppers are out in full force! (Now get off my lawn!) Anyway, the yogurt was decent. It tasted like vanilla, with no tart aftertaste (which I've actually come to love, thanks to Red Mango!). If you're into the 'froyo that tastes like TCBY' thing, this is your place. All in all, Slimberry is not bad, but it's nothing I would drive all the way to North County for.
