So I had a very upsetting experience here yesterday. I have a 13 month old service dog in training. She has a vest she wears when we go out in public that clearly states she's a service dog in training. The state of Missouri has a law which states that service dogs and service dogs in training are allowed inside of public places, stores, and restaurants, etc. I decided to have lunch yesterday at Chipotle and took Nana (my service dog) with me. I ordered and paid for my food, then went to go and sit down at a table. As soon as I sat down an employee came over to me and asked if I planned on eating in the restaurant. I was completely taken by surprise and had no idea why an employee would ask me if I was planning on eating at a table.....inside of the restaurant I had just ordered and paid for food at....especially as it was the same employee who just took my money for my order. I told him yes, I was planning on eating inside of the restaurant that I had just gotten food from. The employee then said that his manager had told him to tell me that I HAD to leave immediately. This was said in the middle of the restaurant in front of all the people at all the other tables who could clearly hear him. I was completely shocked that I was being kicked out of Chipotle. I have never in my entire life ever been kicked out of anywhere before. When I asked him why, he said it was because dogs weren't allowed inside. I asked him even service dogs? He said he would have to go talk to his manager about it. At this point I was extremely shocked and embarrassed. I have taken my service dog in numerous stores and restaurants all over in several different states and I have NEVER been made to feel unwelcome because of her before. I have been asked before if she was a service dog and when I say yes then it's a non-issue. This was not the case with Chipotle. Even though she was clearly wearing her service vest I wasn't asked if she was a service dog, I was just immediately ordered to leave. The employee did come back and said I could stay, but I already was shocked, embarrassed, and felt unwelcome from the way I was treated. So just an FYI to anyone with a service dog, even though legally you're allowed to be there, you are most definitely NOT welcome at Chipotle. :(

I am more a fan because they try and use all orgaanic, free range ingredients. The food is good to me, but unlike some others they charge you for evrything, but as they say you get what you pay for. The building is always clean, and the peoples service are ok, I do understand sometimes someone may have a bad day.

I decided to stop in for a quick lunch and it felt like I was in Qdoba. It's the same style and layout and basically the same taste. The chicken burrito with everything on it including the hottest salsa (which I later paid for dearly starting with heartburn, then stomach burn, then a burning 'exit' of the spices that had been marinating in my gut for a few hours at work.) That was my overzealousness for food with kick. I also noticed they had Patron burritos on the menu with Patron and Tequila bottles in the back. Very interesting. Didn't want to be tipsy heading back to work! The place was neat and clean and the staff very friendly. I would fail a blind taste test between this place and Qdoba. Both are delicious. Next time I will take Tums before I go! It's damn good.

I am a die-hard Qdoba fan, but I had to try this one out since it was brand new. Place was nice and clean, service decent. Since there is a Qdoba right around the corner, I probably won't be back :)

I now despise this location. Had a horrible experience when they first opened that had me take time to go on thr website and complain to corporate. So I come back almost a year later and I am still disgusted with the service at this joint! Stop hiring these young children to run a kitchen! You have 5+ people in the back walking around. One guy periodically checking the grill. One chick putting the orders together with a line building. One dude ringing ppl out waiting on the chick. I waited about 20 min to get her to put my bowl together and another 10 before I was rang out. I only waited bc I had a cravingand wasn't about to drive out to Delmar. Next time I will have to! Unprofessional monkey shit is what that was. On a Monday night! F off chipotle in Florissant

So in my previous experience with Chipotle on Olive I was underwhelmed by the staff and food. Basically the menu is not very forthcoming on what exactly you are suppose to do when you order and the staff was just staring at us like we were dumb. This location is so much better in my opinion than the olive Location. We were greeted and asked if we needed anything including the whole menu explained. We had the whole menu explained and then ordered, it also felt like it was substantially cheaper than our previous visit I am not sure why but I felt like I got a better value for what I paid this time. Maybe because I actually understood that I was getting chips for an extra charge and not just asked if I wanted chips and then charged for them without my knowing. But all in all it was really great food and I know that they are more responsible when it comes to the impact their food creates. Weather that is just mumbo-jumbo is yet to be seen.

Cool layout! A typical chipotle, but with cool seating and a very open polished warehouse look. esp love the long lunchtable barstool esque seating with bag hooks! (see photo)

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
