Great DQ! They have inside seating and drive thru. The service is always fast and friendly.

The worst dairy queen around! They misheard my order and made me pay for the wrong thing which was much more expensive. When I was 2 cents (literally) short they refused to give me my order. I had to ask a complete stranger for the change. It was embarrassing and all a mistake on their part. The store manager did not apologize or attempt to make the situation any better. I will NEVER go back there.

Worst dq around they have always been bad last night was my last one there. They close at 10 i got there 20 til went to front door it was locked. Pulled into drive thru waited my turn finally got to the speaker and waited another 5 minutes which made it 10 til 10. Sorry we're closed, i mentioned going to front door she said we close the dining room 10 minutes early which i can understand if i didnt go to it 20 minutes early and it was locked. I said ok fine is the manager available that followed with a response of oh i can take your order now. No I'll go somewhere else

(Note: Georgia Mud Fudge -- that I am going gaga for -- IS a Blizzard flavor) WHAT????? No review for the DQ Warren???? Well... I guess we'll fix that! lol It IS DQ!!! What can I say? Three words: GEORGIA MUD FUDGE!!!! Ooooooo... the mere thought makes me drool worst than Homer Simpson on donuts! They serve a full menu here so this is a plus. I have tried their fried mushrooms and though it is nothing to write home about, it is convenient. I would say average at best. Did I mention the GEORGIA MUD FUDGE???? This is about the ONLY reason why I go to DQ! So why the four instead of five stars? I have learned the setback of this DQ location on the first, warm, ice-cream day of the year -- a VERY short drive thru. Quick tip is NOT to go to this location when you KNOW half the city of Warren is craving a GEORGIA MUD FUDGE as much as you do!

My wife and I, with our four children , went into the store and ordered. After paying, we observed some of the worst sanitary conditions we have ever seen in a food service establishment. Fly's were hovering around the food, none of the lids were being replaced between use, the dip tank for the mixer rings did not have running water. The dip tank was almost full of floating, nasty ice cream remnants, and one of the lady's making the blizzards was putting her hands in the tank, itching her head, butt and other parts of her body. She had ice cream tracks every where she itched and you could tell she had been working for quite some time. We brought to the attention of one of the workers that the tank wasn't running and the nastyness of the tank and she just shrugged it off. We asked for a refund and said that we no longer wanted our order. That got the attention of the manager, so he went to a secconday dip tank that was not as close and turned on the water and rinsed the rings. He then attempted to re take our order but we refused. After we asked the lady that was making our order if she would eat from that mess and getting a snicker in return, we got our money and left. Our children were very disappointed. Please do not attempt to correct the situation with free or discounted coupons, because we will never return to that store again. Please take a long hard look at you training and operating procedure if you expect to continue to operate.
