Overpriced and rushed service. The server attempted to set down the planked white fish across 3 people sitting at our table while the dish was dripping oil. The entrees with mussels were served with most of the mussels closed. Food poisoning at its best. No longer do they want to offer the unlimited salad bowl because your dinner is so rushed you don't have time to eat the 1st bowl of salad. A ploy to say the least. Desserts were a sloppy mess of raspberry jam on top of a hard overdone brownie.

Came here last night and decided to try the ribs. Wow they were amazing. Along with the setting overlooking the golf course, was not disappointed.

Service was terrible, food was just ok and if you have any food allergies don't eat here. They clearly don't take them seriously! My sister is deathly allergic to sesame seeds and her fish came and clearly had some on top even though the server promised it didn't have any. Then the manager came and assured us it didn't yet clearly it did. The chef never came out, we were treated like an inconvenience for having this allergy all while dropping over $200 on our party of 5. What a joke the management and customer service is here. It'll take someone dying before they take it seriously.

My family comes here all the time and I finally visited for the first time this past weekend. Pros: -Outdoor dining. -Blue cheese stuffed olives. -Decent food. -Family owned. -Beautiful scenery. Cons: -Cannot make reservations, even for group of 13 like we had. (Only call ahead seating 30 mins before you'd like to come) -Loud. This place is hard to grasp.. but I like it. The country club enviornment makes it seem like it will be pretentious and ritzy, but it's quite the contrary. Clearbrook was filled to the brim with friendly and happy customers and had a pretty casual menu. I read on the menu somewhere that their goal is to give the guests the opportunity to either eat more fine dining type foodies or have something quick and easy like wings or finger foods. I like that idea! Especially when you have a large group to please. I was semi-annoyed with the fact that they don't take reservations, even with our large group. We called 30 mins ahead like they said and told them we had a group of 13 and wanted to sit outside. When we arrived, we were at 2 different tables, and inside. Whatever, not the worst thing that could happen, just annoying. We couldn't get separate checks, even when we asked before we ordered anything. Although this seemed annoying me at first, it was pointed out that some of the people who wanted to be on the same check were sitting at separate tables. This made it impossible for the server to do. Again, the accommodation of a 13+ group sitting at one table would have been taken care of if they took reservations. The environment was loud, but fun. Everyone in our group seemed very pleased with their food. I had the tenderloin and it was cooked perfectly. Also- for a large group, all the food was quick and accurate which is always a plus. I thought it was really affordable and almost every dish came with bread and salad. We also had a birthday which the server brought a desert and got everyone in the room to sing happy birthday.. she was turning 4 and it really made her night. I would definitely return. I think my experience would be even better in a small group or with my boyfriend.

Visiting great friends for the weekend. They frequent this restaurant and the golf course - we golfed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed the course. The food was really good. They enjoy a particular server - Jessica. She left to reserve a table for us, and just as we were walking in the dining room, someone else seated a couple at our table - oh well, it was going to get dark soon, so a table in the back of the room would do. Jessica was wonderful during the entire night. Very attentive, and made awesome recommendations. And the food = Steak Quesadillas for one of our friends, and a steak for the other - they both loved their meals, especially the steak. Both of us had the shrimp cakes. They were outstanding -- something a little different from other menus. 3 large cakes, and I could only finish 2, so they took home the remainder and loved it as well. The starter salad was awesome - nice and fresh with a light Italian dressing. So we had to do dessert - the lava cake and a layered chocolate cake piece. Both were so delicious. Too bad we don't live closer - would be fun for both gold and food.

Consistently good service, drinks and food. Menu has a good variety and always seem to have specials. Outdoor dining area is really nice. No reservations, but because it has a lot of seating, never have had to wait more than 3-4 minutes.

Great food. The manager was an idiot. He tried to explain that it's normal to have cork and sawdust type material in your glass of wine. No apology no anything. Won't be back for another 3 years just like last time.

Not a pleasant place. Food is mediocre and pricey. The service was poor and the husband and wife owners were not the least bit friendly or accommodating. We used to be regulars here, but will not go back.

This place is close to where family lives and I have eaten here often. The vibe is nice, the decor cozy and warm. It can be expensive but they have a nice menu of affordable options. If you're looking for somewhere a bit off the beaten path I recommend Clearbrook.

We dined here with friends on January 3rd 2009, and everything was wonderful- the service, the food, & the wine. I had some kind of spinach manicotti, and it was perfection. My salad was also wonderful. We will be back for sure!!
