Good, quick service both inside and the drive thru. The girls working here have always been friendly and my order has always been correct. The inside is clean and comfortable. I have come up here a few times to do some computer work. When the weather is nice they have a small outside area you can sit at.

I like going to Starbucks for coffe, simply so I can say, I'll have an extra large coffe with three cream and three splenda, and THEY'RE the one who is confused!! Hahaha... "Uhhh....so that'll be uhhhh...vente..blah blah blah....whatever dude....just make my coffee... It's my little joy :-D. Yes, good coffee...slightly higher priced, but if it's on the right side of the street (while I'm driving) I'll go.....that's really all you have to be for me to stop at your coffee place...just have me needing a coffee, and not wanting tto do some ridiculous left hand turn or Michigan left and I'll stop in :-D. I'm easy....easy like Sunday morning :-*

If you want to go to a Starbucks in this area to sit and relax with your coffee, then this place is pretty good. It's quite clean, the layout is decent and is well lit with natural light. A review of the actual service there is far less flattering! I ordered 1 house coffee today, and it took 3 people running back and forth to take my simple order. It seemed like they were all doing one another's jobs with VERY poor organization. But as soon as I stepped away from the "counter of chaos", everything was fine!

Awful service. 5 employees with one on break, not many people in the store. We ordered 3 food items and 4 coffee drinks, of which the cashier forgot to deliver the two Vanilla Blondes and left them sitting on the back counter, causing an overall 20 minute wait. Also, no creamers (2%, Skim, etc.) were available and the employees told us they "simply don't do that", but were quick to give attitude when asking for it behind the counter. Not the most efficient Starbucks.

This is bar far my favorite Starbucks. The bararista's are always nice and super friendly. Their seating setup is very cozy and in front of the window. Some of the other stores I have been too, just not the same. Not a very cozy feeling.

This Starbucks was ok for the first couple months I started stopping there on my way to work but, something has changed drastically since then. I stopped in during the time when pumpkin spice was being introduced and I loved the flavor. I ordered it a couple times and then one day they were out of the 'pumpkin' flavoring..I thought it was odd to run out of the signature drink but, waited a week and tried again. Upon my return I tried to order the drink again and again they were out...I was pretty disappointed. Luckily Starbucks has good customer service and they gave me free drinks..but, really I would prefer they just had what I came for..that would be nice. Also, it's good to know what locations to avoid so that you are not disappointed. This location continues to run out of random things that are usually required for their seasonal drinks, which sucks. I'm guessing poor management but, who knows?! I'll be going to the other location instead. Luckily we have 2 to choose from in the immediate area.

This Starbucks tarnishes the excellent reputation Starbucks has built. Two out of five times my drink is wrong. This is a problem seeing how I just paid $4.00 for a tall drink or $5 for a grande and I purchased it through the Drive Thru on my way to work. I don't have time to go back and allow them to rectify the situation. They should've made it right the first time! On top of their inability to make my drink- which by the way is straight off the menu- I don't even customize it- their customer service is not what one would expect from SB. I've received attitude, a "Just pull up to the window" rudely stated and also have had the barista make the coffee drinks for the 6 people after me before making mine. I used to frequent this location daily. I have decided its worth it to drive out of my way to get a my coffee correctly made elsewhere. This place needs new management and some new workers (some are the most cheery people I've ever met, others shouldn't even think about working in customer service).

Hey, it's a Starbucks! It's so different from every other location because, uh, yeah it's not different. They're all the same, sans a couple comfy chairs and tables. This particular location has a decent outside patio, but it's abnormally loud in here with the jazz music. People try to work here, you know...

This is your typical Starbucks expect the norm. I do have to admit it's a great location near shopping and close to the freeway I like the fact they have a drive thru but it seems to me that there frequently out of certain drink syrup and food items on the menu and that gets aggravating especially when you go out of your way to have a signature Starbucks item and they never have it. It's hit or miss when it comes to the employees sometimes you will get an overly happy in a creepy way employee and then the next time you go they will be so rude it seems like they don't even want to be there. See for yourself like I said it's hit or miss but I still enjoy my Starbucks rude people or not.

This location has the best service out of all the locations I've been too!! I was suffering from a pretty awful head cold a few days ago and I needed hot tea BAD! I pulled up to the drive-thru and was greeted with the sweetest voice asking me what I would like and how my day was going. I felt like I was talking to a nanny or a fairy godmother. She was warm and comforting, she gave me extra honey and napkins because she heard my "sniffles". I want this barista to climb into bed and read me a bedtime story.
