Cashiers are always friendly , but give or take on person making drinks. There always seems to be som inconsistency in how the drinks are made. I swear the larger my chai latte is, the weaker the flavor. One time frappe is perfect and the next its weak. Parking is horrible. Too many service type businesses in a small strip area. Someone didn't plan well. Most times I have to park in the baby r us lot and walk. They are definitely busy. I'd like to chill and relax, but it's hit or miss in seating.

I've given this Starbucks a couple of tries before writing a review and here is what I have to say: This location is OK. I ordered a less complicated drink this time. Venti Caramel Frappuccino with EXTRA EXTRA Caramel Drizzle and NOOOO Whip. When I place my order, the person at the cash register was extremely nice. Usually the person standing next to her would take the order first before I pay so it wouldn't get busy, but this time she didn't. She just wrote it down as I gave my order.. Maybe because it wasn't busy? As I waited for my drink, I noticed how the barista just sped through everything. Maybe it's because the previous reviews stated that they were slow? Who knows. As I got my drink, everything was on point except for the caramel drizzle.... It was all on one side of the cup, and the bottom. It's like sucking caramel. I never have to tell them to drizzle it on the sides of the cup.. But I guess you need to be more precise at this location. Overall Staff - 4.5/5 (they can be a little more interactive with the customers). Overall Drink - 3.5/5 (I guess I have to be more precise? I mean, technically, they did get my order correct). Hope this helps. Enjoy!

It's a more spacious Starbucks than most in the area. And it's nice that they leave it a little more sparse. Seating is mostly around the edges and there are a few scattered tables in the middle area but there is a lot of standing room which doesn't make it looked as cramped. Not the best use of space, but it's not suffocating.

Parking was a nightmare. I came in from the babies r us area and there was no parking. This was 4 on a Monday. I had to go back out on Haggerty and come back in again. I ended up parking in the babies r us parking. The coffee was ok. Coffee tasted a bit burnt. It's ok. I would not go out of my way to stop here again.

Just perfect! Love me some starbucks! My new fav is the praline latte, skinny of course! Just the perfect blend of yummyness! Not too sweet, and not too bold. This starbucks is always busy but don't let that intimidate you the line moves fast! Great place to meet friends or get so,e work done!

The parking lot is not great, and people will park in the fire lane and/or double park in order to run in and get their coffee. The baristas seem to change a lot. I'm not sure if this Starbucks is used for training purposes or not, but every time I get familiar with a barista, they're gone and/or on a different shift within a few weeks. The drinks are what you'd expect from Starbucks, nothing more or less. The seating is expansive, although it is usually VERY loud inside and the ventilation is poor.

SPACE Type B seating arrangement. I love it. It's not your usual monotonous tables and chairs set up. This location has tall dinner tables that can seat an intimate company meeting, tables for two, study booths and couch chairs. I sat by the barista. Yeah, apparently that's a thing at this location. I would take breaks from working on my computer to people watch and hear the different orders customers wanted from the hard working baristas. The baristas were also exceptionally friendly and they kept the cafe clean and organized. This is also a pretty busy location. I was here for 5 hours and there would be waves of people every hour on a Wednesday early afternoon. OUTLETS There are plenty of outlets here, there are even outlets outside if you choose to sip on some coffee with some sunshine. I had two laptops with me and I was by 4 outlets. If you sat one seat over to my right there was another 4 outlets readily available for a Starbucks visitor. DANG PARKING My only chief complaint is the dang parking. This starbucks is in a small plaza with limited parking. I've actually tried to visit this Starbucks before but got so frusterated with parking, I never gave it a chance. Now, that I've seen its glory... I'll be more open to the idea of a longer walk. (from the Baby's R US parking lot).

Always a little busier than I'd like and parking is horrendous but Cindy is right...they do have fairly open seating and a bar height counter near the windows if you prefer to stand and work. Get there at the right time and you're golden otherwise you'll need to hike it out from the back lots. That aside, service is quick and friendly.

We have always been satisfied with Starbucks products anywhere in the USA. Oatmeal at breakfast is a nice addition.

Stop here on mornings where I have a few extra minutes before work. They're so great at getting customers in and out quickly while still being personable. The baristas know most of the morning crowd by name. Its a bigger layout than other Starbucks so would be a great place to do work or hold a small meeting.

I went in today to Starbucks I frequently visit here before I head over to AMC 20, great place to get a buzz on so you can have your attention at its fullest while checking out the latest IMAX 3-D spectacle showing.

Great location, close to the highway so it's perfect to go by on your way to work or social functions. They have a drive through and it usually runs pretty fast. Everyone at this location seems to be really friendly and they all the options you expect. They also have an outdoor area you can sit in when the weather is warm enough.

Love this Starbucks! It's always busy but hey that's why everyone loves this place. I've never come in and had to wait too long to order and I always get my drink within a decent time. I've never ordered food from this one but I'm sure it's good. I love the way it looks inside, always a seat to sit. & who doesn't love free wifi. It's always helpful when I have homework to do. The only thing I would change is to get a drive threw!

Not my favorite starbucks, due to the location, parking and employees but it gets the job done. The employees are a bit preoccupied and there is virtually no parking ever. Lots of younger kids and hipsters making some music on their macbooks crowd all of the tables.

Not thrilled with this particular Starbucks. Frankly, I don't think I ask much -- an accurately filled order with reasonably courteous service. I placed my order (coffee and a breakfast sandwich) and was directed to wait at the end of the counter. You know, the usual Starbucks drill. When my turn came and my coffee didn't get announced, I waited a few more minutes then went back to the cash register to inquire about my coffee. I noticed a venti coffee sitting between the two cash registers. I picked it up and looked at it. It had no writing on it to specify who it was for or what was in it, so I set it back down.. Anyway, when I asked asked where my coffee was, they pointed to the lone, unmarked coffee like I was the dumbest critter on two feet. Post cream and sugar, I'm looking for my breakfast sandwich. Turns out, one of the employees was holding my bagged sandwich in his hand while he was grinding coffee beans for another customer. That's right, it was waaaaay too hard to turn around and hand me the pre-made microwaved sandwich while it was still piping hot. Better to keep me waiting and give me a warm sandwich instead. Admittedly, everyone is entitled to an off day. I'd probably stop here again to satisfy my caffeine fix, if for no other reason than to figure out whether this was, in fact, an off day.

Been here many times. They always made the orders correctly but the service is very slow. There are never enough baristas and the lines are always long. They have more people cleaning than making drinks.

Solid service, high-volume Starbucks. Parking is almost always at a premium; may need to park in adjacent lots. During weekday afternoons it is often at 90% capacity, which means its tough for finding a pair of seats together for get-togethers. When nearby college is in session, it can be very heavily populated by camped-out students from ~4p onward.

I now frequent this location less (~3x/wk as opposed to 5x/wk) which has either given me the good fortune of missing their busy/slow times or their timeliness has improved. Either way drinks are still made perfectly every single time and am happy my experience has improved! Yay!

Pretty decent starbucks. It has lots of tables to read, work or do homework. I gave it 3 stars because well, the parking is horrible and lately the drinks have been messy, slow to produce and haven't been made the best. I usually go to the one in downtown Northville and enjoy that one much more.

This Starbucks is always packed but they usually stay on top of it, just if you stop here don't be in a hurry because it's going be a while, plus the parking is horrible, never anywhere to park

The staff has improved in recent months. I had a really good experience there. They try to make your day sometimes and it's unexpected. I love how spacious this location is. I love hanging out there.

Suburban Starbucks are suburban Starbucks! This is the only one for a few exits so it gets realty really crowded in the mornings! Staff is very friendly, location is pretty hugs with lots of tables. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a little dicey.

This location embodies just about every negative stereotype a person might have about Starbucks. While it's very open-air inside, it "feels" very cold and corporate. Even the chalkboard seems to have a "Corporate called and said we need to make the mint Frappuccino look funky this month." The perpetual wall of middle manager types with their Dell laptops feverishly trying to figure out their wifi or VPN connections doesn't help. Where the downtown Northville location has an ambiance that makes me wish I didn't have other things to do, this one makes me want to leave immediately. Except, I can't leave immediately, because I ordered and paid for something, but they're being incredibly slow in making it. This Starbucks is the only place I can think of where I've left feeling like I was a bad person who contributed to societal decline.

This is one of the worst Starbucks, frankly speaking. Busy, under staffed, poor Customer service. Barista was just plowing through drink orders without care for the quality of her craft. The register man probably couldn't count to ten even with a calculator. Also, just dirty and unkept in appearance. Specifically, our drinks were served with milk all over them dripping down the sides and placed on top of other spills. I get Starbucks is the 21st century McDonald's but even McDonald's stepped it up. In the era of keeping business local I see your Starbucks being sent back to the crevasse at pike place market where it came from to think about what they have done for awhile.

The rudest Starbucks I've ever been to. Starbucks is known for their great customer service and coffee this one is just fell off the wagon. Been here a few times and each time I thought maybe the baristas were just on their off day but after this time I will no longer come back here... Not only do they not know how to take orders but they give you attitude when you try to correct them...

It's always freaking cold in this place. I think they purposely do it so people don't sit around for a long time.

I didn't really need a caffeine fix as much as I needed a place that was smack-dab in between 3 different locales in order to meet up with some folks. In this neck of the woods, it's mostly strip-malls (and regular malls.. looking out the window, I could see both a Friday's and a Target -- you get the idea!), which narrows down the choices. I couldn't locate an indie café in this area, let alone one open on NY Day. I guess the benefit of a chain is that they do tend to be open on days other smaller bizes take as holidays. Pros: Easy parking Lots of space/places to sit Plenty of available outlets for ye olde laptop Kind/cute staff Surprisingly good music (early-mid-ish Elvis, Curtis Mayfield and Sharon Jones!) Fast wifi (I have AT&T internet at home, so luckily, I get to sign on for free!) Cons: Chai latte was even more bland than the normal chai lattes at Starbucks. Perhaps the mix was off? Pastry I guiltily ordered: not really worth the guilt. It was stale Out of Izze (boo hoo!)

the best. the best staff. the fact that they have dark roast brewing into the afternoon. the open airy feel is nice and the "bar" where, if there are no tables, you can sit, and there is also outside seating. They do all the fancy stuff here and have nice food and the day we were there, there was a truck with a nice logo with some models LOL giving free samples of the Refreshers. The fact it was 100 degrees that day helped. I like this one.

Although I am trying to kick my caffeine addiction, I still consider this to be one of my favorite hangouts. With the new construction, the shop has a more open feel and I like the darker decor. The baristas are friendly and knew me well enough to have my drink waiting for me. And even though I'm drinking less coffee, I'll still be hanging there, soaking in the ambiance. Pros - decor, music, wonderful service, delicious mochas Cons - sometimes have to park way off in the distance, but the walk will do you good

I love this Starbucks for many reasons and it was a place that I visited a lot during high school and college: -close to AMC 20 and all the restaurants so you can always go here before or after your movie and/or your meal -large store with plenty of seating and Wi-Fi -great outdoor seating and plenty of it -great service and good music -comfy chairs and couches which are a big plus for me -plenty of parking because its connected to the Kohl's and Baby R Us parking lot -great atmosphere to meet people at and hang out with friends :)
