This establishment is new to our side of town. Directly across from the new Partridge Creek Mall. My family has been meaning to try it since we are big on Sandwich and Soup or Salad. Walking in to the restaurant it was pretty neat, complete with a guy on a stool singing and playing guitar. The menu I thought was pretty lack luster. They did however make my daughter a grilled cheese that was not on the menu, thanks! My sandwich (the wreck) was OK, but not great, and for the price, yikes... The Chili, well I have had better elsewhere (much). My husband had the Italian and it was good not great for the price. The chicken noodle soup seemed like it came out of a Campbell's can, ooh hum. With so many places to choose from up and down the Hall Road Corridor, I would easily go to Panera or Grand Traverse Pie Company next time. I don't think my family will be eating here again :(

Yum! Great atmosphere! Super fast and fresh! Love the deli pickles! Live music playing is a fun touch! Great for a quick inexpensive option! Can't wait to visit again!

Potbelly Sandwiches, oh how I adore thee. We've been there a total of 3 times and have chowed down on some of the best stuff between 2 pieces of crusty chewy bread. My fav is the Italian with extra provolone, mayo, lettuce, tomatoe, onion & Italian seasoning with a side of the potato salad (dude, they slice the potatos for the salad instead of cube them, and the dressing is just creamy as a dream. I like how the sandwich is crunchy on the outside while it remains soft on the inside. Cookie, cookie, cookie starts with C, and the cookies are the best. So far the chocolate chip minis and the sugar cookies have us hooked. We see that they are now offering salads, but I just can't seem to get past the salivating over the sammiches. Mmm!

First time I have been here and I would come back. I had the Mediterranean Sandwich with Chicken and it was very good. All the other sandwiches looked a little plain ans unoriginal. Next time I'm in though I will give one of them a shot. The service was friendly and fast.

Fast, friendly service compliments the oh so tasty sandwiches. My favorite, the turkey, makes most turkey clubs from elsewhere seem like a half hearted attempt that you'll soon regret as disappointment begins to consume you.

Love this place. The food is great and the staff is pretty good too. The sandwiches are toasted just right. The Oreo shakes are so yummy. If you go on the weekends you even get to listen to some great live music-normally it's Ken....we got a first name basis when my 3 year old fell in love with his music and couldn't stop dancing.

This my favorite sub place to eat at.My favorite sub is the "Tuna" + Hot peppers+ Mustard+Pickles+Italian Seasoning. Always excellent made subs to my liking. The staff is really nice and I like the decorations inside. Free wifi, and clean tables.

Potbelly sandwiches are awesome! I've recently tried the Pizza Sandwich. I get it with everything it comes with plus hot peppers. I usually pair it up with an apple-banana shake, but they took it off the menu :( Although I was bummed about the shake, their vanilla is undoubtedly my favorite anyway. I love the Italian. I usually get every add-on I can get. This is the ultimate in flavor. The service at this location is always friendly and inviting. I've never had bad service here. The restaurant itself is pretty cool. I've been here when live music is also on the menu. It's a clean and friendly atmosphere. ~ b-rock

I went to pick up my wife and daughters sandwiches that they ordered online. I had never been to Potbelly before so I wanted to order my food live having never been in. I explained this to the gal that made my sandwich, she really seemed like I was bothering her ordering my food and asking about bread selections and how they are made. Again never been here before. They asked what I wanted on the sandwich and I was surprised that you don't carry vinegar. As I was about the ask for an alternative the gal making the sandwich wrapped it up before I could ask for anything else. Really? We could not add some vinaigrette dressing? When I got home to eat the sandwich I opened it to add some vinegar and saw the whole 2 pickles that were on the sub one on each side of it. The were hardly any toppings. I have to say the sandwich was not bad but, you can't see the sub being made, so it's tough to even see if they are putting on everything you ask for or if you would like anything "extra". And to top it all they forgot my daughter's cookie. I will not drive back up there for it or to complain. This was a bad experience in your store. There were 3 other people there eating and no one in line but me. I maybe could have understood being short or less than friendly if it was swamped. Either corporate or the franchisee should be concerned. I was not greeted upon entering, asked if I needed anything else, or if I had any questions having not been there before. How do you not ask someone if they want a drink or anything else while ringing them up? You know it's true you never get a second change to make a good first impression. This stores employee's attitudes was all wrong.

Potbelly's is out of Chicago, which means it looks like a bar and uses chalk board. This is a step above Jimmy John's or even Quiznos. So when you get sick of those places come here, it's pretty good. Comments: the menus seem to be staggered in a way that confuses my sensors and causes me to use processing time to figure out what a la cart combination I want (everything is a la cart here) So I always end up pausing a lot when I'm ordering... but I like this challenge.

Been here twice. Both times had a great sandwich. Chicken salad was delish. Today I had a banana strawberry smoothie. Yummy.
