I'm guessing the beer is always flat and the service slow because there aren't enough patrons to drink the beer and fund a full staff. Another Jackson business failure waiting to happen.

Worst service ever. Barely get acknowledged. When you do the beer list SUCKS. the pizza was below average. That's what their famous for. All I saw was bros and shots. Hate the whole place. Corny interior. A million TVs.... Just what we needed.

This food is awful. I got a make-your-own pizza grinder and a colleague got the Chase Club grinder. Not only did he receive about 2x as much filling for the same price (trying to think... his may have been $1 more, but comparable), but mine came room temperature. You've got to put it in the oven for more than 2 minutes guys. It honestly could have been microwaved. Our server was really nice and attentive, which was the only highlight.

Really good atmosphere, service has been hit or miss when I go. I asked three wait staff to change the channel so the people in the front half of the restaurant could watch the game. Nobody seemed to care I guess, because I had to watch judge Joe Brown instead. But the place has decent food and drinks. They could probably do them selves q favour by adding an appropriate bee menu, I mean come on, it's 2015... who drinks bud, Miller and Coors anymore.

Decent for Jackson standards but nothing special. My husband was exciting to see the nascar that hangs above the bar. It's a newer bar and clean inside. Definitely not a dive bar but lacking any true character.

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by unenthusiastic faces. The young hostesses leaning on the desk give you glares, as if you inconvenienced their conversation. After finally getting to our table, we waited 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The bar is the only good thing about this place. Mediocre food and poor service provided by young girls who clearly have no social skills. I have been coming since this place opened and every visit is the same. No more chances.

Service has always been acceptable. Food usually good; however, I ordered the potato skins tonight. How to take "mehhh" potato skins to "really good" - get rid of the crappy cheese flavored pudding (nacho cheese from a can) and use real shredded cheese. The soft pretzels could use a better cheese sauce too. Other than my dilemmas with the cheese, give Chase a try!

If the older blonde lady is there, turn around and spend your money elsewhere. Terrible service, closes early, not the place I spend my money. If it's anyone else Good service good food good environment. Decent beer selection, pool all the good stuff. Would recommend, unless the GM is there, then service is terrible.

After numerous attempts to find a table and wait for a table to open, we are blown off by the hostesses who choose to seat their friends first. The times we have gone in and found a table, we end up waiting ten to fifteen minutes at a crowded bar to get our drinks because the wait staff is virtually nonexistent.

Good food and good service. Owner always comes to the table to ask how your meal is. Sports Theme restaurant with a family feel to it. Great place!!!

Nice atmosphere - can get a little loud but it's a sports bar what do you expect. The food is good...can't go wrong with the ranch. Yummy burgers and cheese bread. They have a pretty good selection for a kids menu. The meals come with a cookie and are served on frisbees that the kids can take home. Both of the kids were happy with their meals. The pizza is also very good here as well and they even have a mini pizza for the kids. Great experience and if the kids are happy, how can you go wrong.

Great place to watch a game. The place is also probably the coolest designed bar in Jackson. Menu is limited but everything I've had has been decent. It's worth checking out.

I've only been here like 5 times total and not by choice. Every time I have they managed to mess up the order. It's like the only place worse about screwing it up then McDonalds! On top of that the service is mediocre at best. I would recommend any other place than this.

Good food. Found this place completely by accident searching for something in Jackson. Been open about a year the bartender told us. Grilled buffalo chicken sandwich was good but could have has more sauce. Husbands burger was good. Neat atmosphere. I like all the tall table vs booths like most other bars have. I'd come back to try some other menu items.

I really tried to love this place and have been there at least 5 times and not once have I had a good experience. Getting a table there is unpredictable they boast about being 2 stories but several times I've been turned away due to their first level of maybe only 15 tables being full. If you do get a table and want a beer don't bother ordering a tall. The staff will encourage you to buy a tall beer because of the price difference but after I had drank one tall beer I ordered a short and since the wait staff had not cleared my table I poured the short beer in to the tall beer glass from my first drink... There was practically no difference. For the food I'm a sucker for anything Buffalo flavored so I was very happy with the menu I assumed a $9 cheeseburger would be fresh and delish! But sadly the Chase just uses frozen patties which is sad since their menu features several different burgers. Like I said I've really tried to love this place, I've gone to just have drinks there and still have been let down by rude staff and light drinks for the price they charge. I really wished this place lived up to the hype

Had lunch today and there are no complaints. The sandwiches were very good and drinks fine. Very clean looking but noisy - aren't all sports bars.

I like the ambiance. It's very much a "sports bar." The service on the other hand is terrible. Our server came back to check on us after 45 minutes. After that we had to go to the bar for our check because she never came back to our table. We would've ordered more food and drinks had she came back regularly. We ended up leaving to go to another bar.

Sports bar? Only if you are a Michigan fan. If you are from out of town and trying to watch your local team on game day, don't bother. Even if they are on ESPN! They have plenty enough TVs.....ALL on the same channel. Way to cater to a diverse crowd! And the food is lackluster at best. Selection is limited, quality is just ok .

The first time we went we had about 5 people and it was pretty good. Good good, decent service. The second time it was a group of three and a three month old baby. The waitress was very rude from the beginning. She basically snapped at me when she asked for my menu as I was trying to get it while also holding my baby. She brought my husband's friend the wrong beer and never checked on our food until we were almost done. Speaking of the food the first time we went a friend ordered the pizza burger. It was a burger with his desired toppings. The second time we went my husband ordered it and they gave him a wrap with the toppings in it. No meat, no sauce, no burger bun. I'm confused how that constitutes a pizza burger? The waitress basically just kept trying to kick us out the door the whole meal. We haven't been back since

Only been open since mid-July...Rusty Wallace came in during the August MIS race and autographed the #2 car of his...what i heard anyway good food, interesting layout. Would def come back!
